This thesis discusses the trend of decline in the number of patient visits that showindications of low levels of patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB Harapan Kita, wherethe patient may be switched to another hospital or may not return to visit because it was notsatisfied by the services provided. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship ofindependent variables of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance andempathy) with the dependent variable in patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB HarapanKita in 2012. This study used a cross-sectional study design, the sample size is 106respondents were new patients or patients longer. To test for univariate analysis of frequencydistribution analysis was used, while to test bivariate analysis using quadratic kai test.The analysis showed no significant relationship between service quality and loyalty ofpatients as p value < α (α = 0.05). Obtained p value for each dimension of service quality,that is tangibles (p value = 0.001), reliability (p value = 0.023), responsiveness (p value =0.006), assurance (p value = 0.002) and empathy (p value = 0.033). So is the relationship ofpatient satisfaction with the loyalty of the patients showed a significant relationship ie, pvalue = 0.001.

Latar belakang: Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) memberikan manfaat pembiayaan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit (RS) termasuk pada layanan rawat jalan. Komposisi pasien rawat jalan (RJ) RS UKRIDA hampir seluruhnya menggunakan penjaminan program JKN. Berdasarkan analisa kondisi finansial RS, selain menjaga pemasukan dari program JKN, perlu adanya dorongan pemasukan dari komposisi pasien berbayar pribadi (out of pocket). Secara regulasi, pasien JKN diperkenankan iur biaya untuk layanan rawat jalan eksekutif. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ingin melihat gambaran serta hubungan kepuasan pengalaman pasien / patient experiential satisfaction (PES), loyalitas pasien (LP), dan willingness to pay (WTP) untuk peningkatan layanan pada pasien layanan RJ RS UKRIDA. Metodologi: Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel adalah pasien RJ RS UKRIDA yang menggunakan jaminan program JKN pada lima poli yang ditetapkan. Sampling dilakukan dengan metode convenient sampling selama bulan Mei 2024. Hasil: Persepsi responden terhadap variabel inpenden dari PES sudah baik. PES dan LP juga sudah digambarkan baik oleh responden. Responden juga menunjukkan kesediaan membayar untuk peningkatan layanan yang ditawarkan dengan nilai rerata sebesar Rp 140.968,-. PES berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap LP dan WTP, begitu juga LP terhadap WTP. LP menjadi variabel mediasi yang signifikan untuk hubungan PES terhadap WTP Kesimpulan: RS perlu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan PES dari pasien yang berobat sehingga terbentuk LP yang akan membangun budaya WTP pada pasien JKN untuk peningkatan layanan. Background: National Health Insurance (NHI) program in Indonesia provide health services financing benefit, including services at hospital outpatient clinics. At UKRIDA hospital itself, most patient utilise that NHI benefit. As for that, based on hospital financial condition, NHI patients must be maintained, but on the other side revenue from out-of-pocket patients should be improved. Indonesian health regulation permit hospital to charge extra fees from NHI patients for execuitve services. Therefore, this study picture patient experiential satisfaction (PES), patient loyalty (PL), and patient’s willingness to pay (WTP) for quality improvement at UKRIDA Hospital outpatients setting. Methodology: This is a quantitative cross-sectional study using questionnaire as it’s tool. Samples taken in May 2024 using convenient sampling method from UKRIDA hospital outpatients that utilise NHI benefit for five chosen departement clinics. Results: Respondents rate every PES’s independent construct as good. PES and PL also rated as good. Respondents show willingness to pay for every quality improvement given in the questionairre with average value at Rp 140.968,-. PES found to be significantly influence LP and WTP, as well as LP significantly influence WTP. LP acts as significant mediator for PES to influence patient’s WTP for quality improvement. Conclusion: UKRIDA Hospital need to maintain it’s performance to keep PES, therefore PL is formed. At this state, NHI patient’s WTP for quality improvement expected to be improved. To channel that interest, UKRIDA Hospital should develop executive clinics based on regulation. This Research aims to determine patient satisfaction on service of ambulatory care Installation at Drug Dependence Hospital Jakarta in year 2010 and the factors associated with patient satisfaction, ie, patient characteristics and service in ambulatory care installation. The method of this thesis is cross sectional analytic study on 110 patients that used univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Chi square and logistic regression is used as statistic test.
The research results that 64% respondents who expressed satisfaction. There are three dominant variables of patient characteristics that are related to occupation, income and education. There are three dominant variables of ambulatory services related with satisfaction, that are environmental infrastructure in the waiting room, nursing services, and physician services. By patients characteristics this research informed that requiring community services more customer-oriented, communicative, fast, responsive, and competence and quality of the service implementation.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pada perawat rawat inap RSUD Koja. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan uji chi square dan regresi logistik. Pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala likert kepada 134 responden. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus perhitungan jumlah sampel simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara stress kerja (p=0,006) dan kepuasan kerja (p=0,001) terhadap kinerja.
Hasil multivariat menunjukkan bahwa komponen dari variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pada perawat . Peneliti menyarankan untuk melakukan maintenance sarana dan prasarana secara rutin, mengadakan pelatihan/acara yang bersifat meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan dan penguatan psikologi, melakukan Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), dan menghitung kembali kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik pasien, kualitas layanan, dan hambatan pindah dengan loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Responden berjumlah 150 orang dan merupakan pasien yang telah melakukan pengobatan di pelayanan rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu minimal dua kali. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan selama bulan Desember 2011 di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode analisis univariate, bevariate (pearson chi-square), dan analisis multivariate (logistic regretion).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik pasien berdasarkan usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, sumber biaya pengobatan, jarak tempat tinggal pasien dari Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu dengan loyalitas pasien, terdapat hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan dimensi kualitas layanan tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty dengan loyalitas pasien, terdapat hubungan antara hambatan pindah dengan loyalitas pasien, dan hambatan pindah adalah variabel yang memiliki keterikatan paling besar dengan loyalitas pasien.
This study aimed to determine the correlation between patient characteristic, service quality, and switching barrier, with patient loyalty. This study was a quantitative study with crosssectional design. Data was acquired from 150 respondents who had been visited this hospital for minimal two times before. The data was collected with questioner during Desember 2011 in the outpatient unit of Tugu Ibu Hospital. Those data analyzed in univariate analysis, bevariate analysis (pearson chi-square), and multivariate analysis (logistic regretion).
The results shown that there was a correlation between patient characteristic based on age, occupation, education, source of treatment cost, and distance between patient residence with the hospital with patient loyalty, there was a correlation between service quality and each dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty, with patient loyalty, there was a correlation between switching barrier and patient loyalty, and switching barrier was the variable that had the biggest correlation with patient loyalty.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the Characteristics of nursesand job satisfaction at the Hospital Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa. This type ofquantitative research with cross sectional method using questionnaires . The studywas conducted at Hospital Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa in May 2015, with a sampletotaling 77 nurses. Analysis of the relationship using fisher exact test and logisticregression. The results showed the part of characteristic such as salary, therelationship between nurses, perception and the last is wisdom and job satisfactionhas a significant relationship. The Hospital should care and improve the nurses jobsatisfaction and job satisfaction in order to increase quality of service.

ABSTRAK
Pokok permasalahan yang terdapat pada bagian rawat jalan pada RSIA SINTA, Bandar Lampung saat ini adalah belum adanya sistem administrasi dikarenakan rumah sakit yang akan mulai berdiri. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem informasi manajemen yang memadai untuk menunjang proses sehari-harinya. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu usulan pengembangan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi secara baik dengan bagian-bagian yang terkait. Pemecahan terhadap masalah diawali dengan penelitian kualitatif berupa pengumpulan data, analisis data, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan rancangan awal sistem usulan, pembuatan kamus data, normalisasi data yang akhirnya dilanjutkan dengan perancangan struktur database. Data-data untuk keperluan pengembangan sistem informasi ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung, terutama mengenai sistem dan aliran informasi. Dari hasil pengumpulan data ini, kemudian dibuat rancangan sistem informasi manual berdasarkan hasil interview, lalu diuraikan kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada serta usulan-usulan perbaikan yang harus dilakukan. Berdasarkan pengumpulan dan analisa data, kemudian dirancang sistem informasi usulan untuk bagian rawat jalan serta hubungannya dengan bagian lainnya dalam RSIA SINTA, yang pada dasarnya merupakan pengembangan dari rancangan sistem informasi manual berdasarkan pengalaman responden pegawai RSIA SINTA.
ABSTRACT
SINTA Maternal and Child Hospital is a start-up hospital. There is an absence in administration system for the outpatient department to support day-to-day process. The purpose of this research is to design an information system improvement that would be well integrated with other departments. Fragmentation of the problem begins with the form of qualitative research data collection, data analysis, followed by making the initial plan proposed system, data dictionary, data normalization which eventually extended with database structure planning. The data for this research was collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations, especially in systems and information flow. From the results of this data collection, manual information system is made based on interviews, then outlined some weaknesses and suggestions for improvement. Based on data collection and analysis, a proposal of information system was designed for the outpatient department and its relationship with the rest department of SINTA Maternal and Child Hospital, which is basically an improvement of the manual information system based on the experience of respondent officers at SINTA Maternal and Child Hospital
