ABSTRAK Perawat sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pasien dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja diantaranya adalah Imbalan Finansial dan Imbalan Non Finansial. Imbalan Finansial dan Imbalan Non Finansial mempunyai peran penting dalam menentukan Kinerja Perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan imbalan finansial dan imbalan non finansial terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat (RSKO) Jakarta Tahun 2011. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2011. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional pada 63 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan menggunakan uji asumsi yang disyaratkan dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil analisis bivariat diperoleh temuan penelitian adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara gaji, hubungan dengan atasan, hubungan dengan teman, promosi jabatan, kesempatan mengembangkan diri dan penghargaan terhadap hasil pekerjaan dengan kinerja perawat. Dari Analisis multivariat diperoleh temuan penelitian yaitu variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja adalah imbalan finansial yaitu gaji dan imbalan non finansial yaitu hubungan dengan teman sekerja. Dengan hasil penelitian tersebut diatas, perlu bagi manajemen RSKO Jakarta untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui imbalan finansial yaitu gaji, dan imbalan non finansial yaitu hubungan dengan teman. Disamping itu perlu juga memberikan kesempatan yang luas kepada para perawat untuk mengembangkan diri dengan mengikutsertakan perawat dalam pelatihan-pelatihan terkait bidang tugas dan pendidikan lanjutan agar kualifikasi dan kinerja perawat meningkat serta memberikan penghargaan atas hasil kerja perawat misalnya dengan pemilihan perawat teladan sehingga dapat memotivasi perawat untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. ABSTRACT Nurses as the spearhead of health services that relate directly to the patient is required to have high performance. Many factors affect the performance of which is the Financial Rewards and Nonfinancial Rewards. Financial Rewards and Non Financial Rewards play an important role in determining the performance of Nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship of financial rewards and non-financial rewards to the performance of nurses at the Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat (RSKO) Jakarta in 2011. The study was conducted in May 2011. The design of the study is a cross sectional study in 63 respondents. The analysis used is univariate, bivariate and multivariate tests using the assumptions required and multiple linear regression analysis. From the results obtained by bivariate analysis of the research findings of a significant relationship between salary, relationships with superiors, relationships with friends, job promotion, an opportunity to develop themselves and respect for the work with the performance of nurses. Multivariate analysis of research findings obtained by the variables that affect the performance of the financial rewards of salary and non-financial rewards relationships with co-workers. With the above results, it is necessary for management RSKO Jakarta to improve performance through financial reward of salary and non-financial reward of relationships with friends. Besides it should also provide ample opportunity for nurses to develop themselves by engaging nurses in training-related tasks and qualifications and continuing education for nurses increased performance and reward the work of nurses such as choosing a exemplary nurse that can motivate nurses to further improve its performance. This thesis discusses the factors correlated with work disciplines of non-medical employee at Karya Bhakti Hospital in year 2012. The background of this research is the fact that non-medical employee?s work disciplines is decreasing, indicated by the decrease in percentage of employee coming on time to the hospital during June to November 2011, the increase in ethical and behavior violation and the increase of employee using non standard uniforms and attributes. This is quantitative research that supported by qualitative data using cross sectional research design to see the relationship between the independent variables (goals, capabilities, exemplary leadership, faimess, fringe benefits/compensation, inherent supervisory, penalties, assertiveness, and human relations) with dependent variable (work discipline). The results of statistical test using the chi square test showed that of the nine variables studied, only the fairness factors that have a significant relationship with the work discipline of non-medical employee at Karya Bhakti Hospital in year 2012. Therefore, it is recommended that Karya Bhakti Hospital need to increase the implementation of fairness principle in the work environment in order to improve employee?s discipline.
Dalam penyelenggaraan upaya kesehatan Puskesmas, sumberdaya yang paling penting adalah sumberdaya manusia, karena sumberdaya manusialah yang akan mengendalikan sumberdaya lainnya sehingga dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Salah satu komponen sumberdaya manusia tersebut adalah tenaga perawat. Untuk melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas yang baik diperlukan disiplin kerja dari setiap anggota. Masalah yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya disiplin waktu kerja perawat Puskesmas di wilayah Kecamatan Panti dan Kecamatan Rao Kabupaten Pasaman. Karena kegiatan pokok Puskesmas dilaksanakan oleh perawat, maka seharusnya perawat memiliki kemampuan yang handal dan mempunyai disiplin sehingga pelayanan Puskesmas dapat diwujudkan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk diperolehnya gambaran tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan disiplin waktu kerja perawat Puskesmas di wilayah Kecamatan Panti dan Kecamatan Rao Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan faktor-faktor eksternal apa saja yang berhubungan dengan rendahnya disiplin waktu kerja perawat Puskesmas di wilayah Kecamatan Panti dan Kecamatan Rao Kabupaten Pasaman. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat Puskesmas Kecamatan Panti dan Kecamatan Rao Kabupaten Pasaman sebanyak 30 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat yaitu t.test, korelasi dan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan disiplin waktu kerja perawat Puskesmas di wilayah Kecamatan Panti dan Kecamtan Rao Kabupaten Pasaman adalah faktor eksternal meliputi; kepemimpinan, supervisi, sumber daya, dan imbalan. Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada pimpinan Puskesmas perlu dipertimbangkan dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas perawat dengan memberikan kesempatan pendidikan dan pelatihan secara lebih merata yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan disiplin waktu kerja.
In organizing health efforts in the Community Health Center, human resource is the most important resources, because people that will control other resources that all will run properly. One of the human resource component is nurse. In order to perform good health service in the Community Health Center, work discipline of each personnel is needed. The problem found out in this research is the low time discipline of the nurses of the Community Health Center in Sub-District of Panti and Sub-District of Rao, Regency of Pasaman. Because the major tasks of the Community Health Center is done by the nurses, it is necessary that the nurses have reliable skill and have good discipline that service of the Community Health Center can be realized properly. The purpose of this research is to obtain description regarding factors related to working time discipline of nurses in the Community Health Center in Sub-District of Panti and Sub-District of Rao, Regency of Pasaman. This research done is analytic descriptive research with cross sectional design to identify internal and external factors related the low discipline of nurses of the Community Health Center in Sub-District of Panti and Sub-Distract of Rao, Regency of Pasaman. Sample of this research is all nurses of the Community Health Center in Sub-District of Panti and Sub-District of Rao, Regency of Pasaman amounted to 30 nurses. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis with t.test, correlation and linear regretion. The result of analysis indicates that the factors related to the working time discipline of nurses in the Community Health Center in Sub-District of Panti and Sub-District of Rao, Regency of Pasaman are external factors such as leadership, supervision, human resource, and reward. This research suggests that the head of the Community Health Center needs to consider the development and improvement of the nurses quality by giving education and training opportunity more proportionately that finally will improve the working time discipline.
