Pratik kerja dalam pendidikan teknologi dan kejuruan di Indonesia memiliki risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) bagi para guru, siswa, teknisi serta dapat berdampak terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Implementasi K3 di SMK belum mendapatkan perhatian yang memadai dari semua pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi K3 pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bekasi Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Kerangka konsep penelitian ini menggunakan metode The Egg Aggregated guna menghasilkan gambaran implementasi K3 yang mengkaji dimensi implementasi K3 meliputi dimensi organisasi, dimensi teknologi dan dimensi manusia. Lokasi penelitian di enam Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bekasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 1.505 siswa, 63 guru dan 6 tenaga pendidikan, sedangkan informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah atau kepala program jurusan di SMK berjumlah 6 orang. Data pengukuran dimensi organisasi menggunakan pedoman wawancara, dimensi organisasi menggunakan observasi dan dimensi manusia menggunakan kuesioner online yang berisi pernyataan pengetahuan 5 butir, persepsi 10 butir, sikap 10 butir dan kesadaran berperilaku K3 10 butir. Kuesinoer telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi K3 di enam SMK Kota Bekasi, ditinjau baik dari dimensi organisasi, dimensi teknologi maupun dimensi manusia berkategori cukup. Sub dimensi organisasi yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah penilaian risiko, sedang sub dimensi teknologi yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah petunjuk titik kumpul.
Work practices in technology and vocational education in Indonesia have occupational health and safety (OHS) risks for teachers, students, technicians and can have an impact on the surrounding community. The implementation of OHS in Vocational High Schools (VHS) has not received sufficient attention from all parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of OHS in VHS in Bekasi City in 2023. This research method is an observational descriptive with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The conceptual framework of this research uses The Egg Aggregated model to produce an overview of OHS implementation that examines the dimensions of OHS implementation including organizational dimensions, technological dimensions and human dimensions. The research locations are six Vocational High Schools in Bekasi City. The sample for this study was 1,505 students, 63 teachers and 6 educational staff, while the research informants included school principals or heads of departmental programs at Vocational High Schools, totaling 6 people. Data for measuring organizational dimensions used interview guidelines, organizational dimensions used observation and human dimensions used an online questionnaire containing 5 statements of knowledge, 10 points of perception, 10 points of attitude and 10 points of OHS behavior awareness. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study are the implementation of OHS in six Vocational High Schools in Bekasi City, in terms of both the organizational, technological and human dimension are sufficient category. The organizational sub dimensional that needs to be improved is the risk assessment, while the technological sub dimensional that needs to be improved is the assembly point guide.

The focus on this study is risk analysis in electrical welding practicum ofVocational School 2 Depok in 2015. This aim to assess risk level of practicumactivity. This study used Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for hazard identification,while for risk analysis is undertaken by semi-quantitative method by W.T. Fine.Risk score is determined by multiplication of consequences, probability, andexposure. The result of this study showed that electrical welding practicum has 50health and safety risk.

This study was conducted to determine niali existing risks at each stage of work on the lathe , milling , and drilling conducted in the workshop machining techniques Vocational High School 1 Bekasi . This research was conducted with the value that analyze the consequences , probability , and exposure using a semi-quantitative risk level standards William . T. Fine . This study was a descriptive study using semiquantitative methods AS / NZS 4360 : 2004 . Results of the research is a level of risk that exist at every stage of the process lathe , milling , and drilling in workshop machining techniques is very high level , priority 1 , substantial , priority 3 , and acceptable .

This study aims to obtain an overview of psychosocial factors and distress among special education teachers in Depok during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a semi-quantitative approach through filling out questionnaires and interviews. A total of 67 special education teachers in Depok participated in this study. The results showed that 34.3% of teachers experienced moderate distress and 16.4% of teachers experienced significant distress. Then, it was found that distress is more experienced by female teachers (52.7%), aged > 30 years (52.4%), came from non-PLB study programs (52.5%), did not have personality type A (66 ,6%), have a working period of > 10 years (60%), are married (59.5%), have children (64.9%), have poor social support from family (89.3%), have a workload high (61.8%), have bad work equipment (63.9%), have bad working hours (64.3%), have high role conflict (73.7%), have high role ambiguity (76.2% ), have poor work control (81.4%), have poor social support from superiors and coworkers (81.4%), have high work-home conflict (86.2%), rarely do hobbies (66 ,7%), and had a severe fear of COVID-19 infection (71.4%).
