Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan aspek higiene dan sanitasi serta K3 pada kantin fakultas di Lingkungan Universitas X sesuai standar yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1096 Tahun 2011 dan Work Safe BC “Health Safety for Hospitality Small Bussiness”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada seluruh penjamah makanan di kantin fakultas di Universitas X. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan higiene, sanitasi, dan aspek K3 di kantin Universitas X perlu dimaksimalkan. Berdasarkan teori segitiga epidemiologi, hasil tersebut dapat menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan antara 3 faktor pendukung terjadinya penyakit dan kecelakaan di kantin. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penjamah makanan harus meningkatkan kesadaran akan kebersihan dan perilaku aman terkait penerapan pengelolaan makanan di kantin, selain itu perlu diberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan serta perbaikan konstruksi kantin yang memenuhi persyaratan.
This research is to find out the implementation of hygiene and sanitation as well as K3 aspects in canteens at the University of X according to the standards set by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1096 of 2011 and Work Safe BC "Health Safety for Hospitality Small Business. This research is semi-quantitative research with a descriptive design. This research aims to at all food handlers in the faculty canteen at the University of X. The results obtained from this research showed that the application of hygiene, sanitation, and K3 aspects in the University of X’es canteen needs to be maximal. Based on the epidemiological triangle theory, Those results can impact conflict between 3 factors supporting disease occurrence and accidents in the canteen. Those results suggest that food handlers must increase awareness of clean and safe behavior regarding implementing food management in the canteen. In addition, it is necessary to provide education and training and repair canteen construction that meets the requirements.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran evaluasi implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (SMK3L) di laboratorium Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI) dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di laboratorium. Penelitian ini bersifat semi kuantitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui evaluasi implementasi SMK3L di laboratorium FMIPA UI. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata pemenuhan implementasi SMK3L per masing-masing aspek yaitu kebijakan dan komitmen K3L (31,2%), perencanaan (22,7%), implementasi (49,2%), pemeriksaan (17,7%), dan tinjauan manajemen (0%).

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi penerapan keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan di Kantin Perpustakaan Pusat, Kantin Prima PAU dan Restoran X Universitas Indonesia tahun 2016 yang merupakan penelitian semi kuantitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif melalui metode observasi langsung, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Terdapat dua elemen utama penelitian yaitu Higiene Sanitasi dan Aspek K3. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa penerapan K3L di Kantin Perpustakaan Pusat (dalam) sesuai dengan standar. K3L pada kantin perpustakaan pusat (luar) tidak sesuai. K3L pada Kantin Prima PAU adalah tidak sesuai.K3L pada Restoran X tidak sesuai.

Abstrak:
Kebutuhan manusia terhadap makanan merupakan salah satu isu pokok yang digagas oleh pbb dalam indikator ketercapaian sutainable development goals (SDGS). Makanan menjadi sumber kehidupan bagi manusia dan dapat juga menjadi sumber pembawa masalah kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan pengujian laboratorium.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa prilaku penjamah memenuhi syarat sebesar92,86, tpm yang memenuhi syarat sebesar 57,14% , cara pengolahan makanan yang memenuhi syarat sebesar 92,86%, peralatan makanan yang memenuhi syarat sebesar 100%. Hasil uji laboratorium didapatkan hasil usap tangan positif dan makanan yang positif e. coli sebesar 16,7%.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan kepada pengelola kantin melakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut terhadap makanan dan air besih, melakukan pelatihan terhadap penjamah, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung praktik higiene sanitasi makanan. Kata kunci: makanan, kontaminasi, higiene, sanitasi, e. coli

Skripsi ini membahas evaluasi penerapan Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja danLingkungan (K3L) di Area Kantin Asrama Mahasiswa, Kantin MUI, dan WismaM Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian semi kuantitatif dengandesain deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui evaluasi penerapan K3Lberdasarkan kedua aspek sesuai dengan standar penerapan K3L Kantin UI yaituhigiene sanitasi makanan, dan aspek K3 kantin. Hasil penelitian didapatkanpersentase penerapan K3L di Kantin Asrama Mahasiswa (53%), Kantin MUI(41,8%), dan Wisma M (59,1%). Diharapkan agar setiap pengelola/karyawanKantin Asrama Mahasiswa, Kantin MUI, dan Wisma M dapatmempertimbangkan saran yang diberikan untuk K3L kantin.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L) sebagai pengabdian masyarakat dengan pendekatan prinsip leadership engagement dan community participation melalui mekanisme pembentukan Komite K3L dengan cara mengkombinasikan indikator-indikator yang mendukung pembentukan Komite K3L di FKM UI. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan observasi yang menggunakan pendekatan kerangka kerja logis. Informan dalam penelitian ini merupakan representasi dari stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pembentukan K3L di FKM UI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Komite K3L di FKM UI belum ada anggaran yang secara khusus di alokasikan untuk menunjang program K3L serta perbaikan dan pengendalian risiko K3L yang merupakan temuan sepanjang tahun sehingga disarankan untuk memasukkan anggaran pelaksanaan program K3L tersebut ke dalam RKAT masing-masing departemen atau unit. Selain itu Komite K3L FKM UI juga belum memiliki surat keputusan pengesahan, Kebijakan K3L organisasi serta pedoman atau manual Komite K3L FKM UI yang di tandatangani oleh Manajemen Puncak sehingga disarankan agar Dekan FKM UI segera menetapkan dan mensahkan secara tertulis Komite K3L FKM UI, Kebijakan K3L organisasi serta manual pelaksanaannya dan dikomunikasikan ke semua pihak sehingga semua orang dapat mengetahui, memahami dan melaksanakan kewajiban serta perannya masing-masing dalam organisasi dan memiliki komitmen yang sama terhadap kebijakan yang ditetapkan.

This study was descriptive qualitative research with in-depth interviews, documents review and observations methods using the logical framework approach. Informen in this study were a representative of the stakeholders involved in the establishment of HSE at FKM UI. The results showed that the HSE Committee FKM UI does not have a budget for supportting the HSE program as well as HSE improvement and risk control which are the findings throughout the year and it is recommended to put into the Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB) of each Department or Units. The HSE Committee FKM UI also does not have the legalization decree, HSE policy as well as guidelines or manuals of HSE Committee that is signed by the Top Management. It is recommended that Dean of FKM UI immediately establish and ratify in writing the HSE Committee, HSE policy and manual, and communicated to all parties so that everyone knowns, understands and implements their respective obligations and roles in the organization and have the same commitment to the policy set.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui risiko ergonomi pekerjaancleaning service yang dilakukan dan keluhan MSDs pada pekerjaan cleaning service diFakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas IndonesiaPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatancross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 38 orang petugas cleaning service. Tingkatrisiko ergonomi per bagian tubuh terkait postur, beban, durasi dan frekuensi dinilaimenggunakan REBA serta tingkat keluhan MSDs per bagian tubuh yang dirasakan olehpekerja menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map.Hasil analisis risiko ergonomi dengan metode REBA terhadap tahapan pekerjaancleaning service memiliki tingkat risiko ergonomi paling tinggi pada tahapanmenyiapkan peralatan kebersihan, membersihkan kloset, menyikat lantai, memotongrumput dan menanam tanaman. Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map, paling banyakmerasakan bahu kanan (39%), betis kanan (39%), bahu kiri (34%), betis kiri (32%) danpinggang bagian bawah (24%). Distribusi keluhan MSDs berdasarkan umur palingbanyak pada pekerja umur >25 tahun, berdasarkan jenis kelamin paling banyak pada laki-laki, berdasarkan masa kerja paling banyak pada pekerja dengan masa kerja >1 tahun,berdasarkan perilaku merokok paling banyak yang merokok, berdasarkan IMT palingbanyak IMT Normal, dan pekerja yang terpapar getaran 67% mengalami keluhan MSDs.
