This thesis discusses the implementation of patient-oriented care at Tangerang Selatan General Hospital and its relationship with the perceived organizational support by healthcare workers. This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The results suggest that the management of Tangerang Selatan General Hospital should continuously improve patient-oriented care, especially in the dimensions of patient preferences and family involvement in patient care plans. Additionally, the hospital should establish a transparent reward system for healthcare workers, provide platforms for submitting improvement suggestions both online and offline, and facilitate healthcare workers with stress management training and effective, empathetic communication to support the implementation of better patient-oriented care
Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara persepsi dimensi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien Askes di Puskesmas Sukasari di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti melihat adanya penurunan kunjungan pasien Askes pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain longitudinal. Teori yang digunakan untuk melihat dimensi kualitas adalah teori Cronin and Taylor (1992) yang terdiri dari lima variabel yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kepuasan adalah tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty dimana tangible adalah variabel dimensi kualitas yang paling kuat hubungannya dengan kepuasan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar puskesmas meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien dengan meningkatkan fasilitas yang ada, meningkatkan kedisiplinan jadwal pelayanan, meningkatkan kesigapan dokter dan perawat, serta meningkatkan keterampilan perawat. Dinas Kesehatan perlu upaya peningkatan pembinaan kedisiplinan dan meningkatkan pelayanan puskesmas Sukasari menjadi rawat inap serta PT Askes perlu upaya peningkatan pelayanan dengan memberikan informasi hak dan kewajiban peserta Askes dan memfasilitasi program-program pencegahan di puskesmas lain di Kota Tangerang.
This thesis explores the relationship between perceptions of the dimensions of quality of health care at the health center patient satisfaction Askes Sukasari Tangerang City. This research was conducted because researchers saw a decrease in patient visits in 2012 Askes. This study is an observational study with a longitudinal design. Theory that used to see the dimensions of quality is the theory of Cronin and Taylor (1992) which consists of five variables: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that the quality dimension significantly related to satisfaction is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible is the variable dimension quality where the most powerful relationship with satisfaction.
Based on this study, the researcher suggests the health center to improve their Askes patients? satisfaction through their Public Health Care Services by improving their facility, improving discipline in their service schedule, improving the responsiveness of the doctors and nurses, and improving the skills of their nurses. Based on this study, the researcher suggests the health center to improve their Askes patients? satisfaction through their Public Health Care Services by improving their facility, improving discipline in their service schedule, improving the responsiveness of the doctors and nurses, and improving the skills of their nurses. Health Department needs to increase efforts to prove service discipline and coaching clinic Sukasari be hospitalized. PT Askes need to improve services by providing information rights and obligations of participants and facilitate prevention programs in other health centers in the city of Tangerang.
Keselamatan pasien merupakan hal yang harus ada dalam suatu jasa pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit dan TKPRS (Tim Keselamatan Pasien) merupakan standar yang ada di rumah sakit di Indonesia sebagai syarat untuk akreditasi rumah sakit.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan dan pengetahuan dengan perilaku tenaga kesehatan dalam mendukung keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain potong lintang (cross sectional).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan tenaga kesehatan mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku dengan p value = 0.0001 dengan OR=45.250 artinya tenaga kesehatan berpendidikan tinggi mempunyai peluang 45.250 kali untuk mendukung perilaku keselamatan pasien dibandingkan pendidikan dibawah SLTA. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku p value= 0.0001 dengan OR= 75.417 artinya tenaga kesehatan berpengetahuan baik mempunyai peluang 75.471 kali untuk mendukung perilaku keselamatan pasien dibandingkan yang kurang. Dengan diketahuinya hubungan antara pendidikan dan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dalam mendukung perilaku keselamatan pasien, peneliti menyarankan : Rumah Sakit hendaknya menyelenggarakan program pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan dan memelihara kompetensi tenaga ksehatan serta mendukung pendekatan interdisiplin dalam mendukung program keselamatan pasien.
Patient safety is something that must exist in a health service hospital and TKPRS (Patient Safety Team) is a standard that is in the hospital in Indonesia as a requirement for hospital accreditation.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education and knowledge of the behavior of health personnel in support of patient safety. This study uses cross-sectional design (cross-sectional).
The results showed that health education has a significant correlation with the behavior of the p value = 0.0001 OR = 45 250 health workers educated means having opportunities 45 250 times to support patient safety behavior than education below high school. Knowledge of health workers has a significant relationship with p value = 0.0001 behavior with OR = 75 417 means knowledgeable health professionals 75 471 times better to have the opportunity to support patient safety behavior than less. By knowing the relationship between education and knowledge of health professionals in support of patient safety behavior, researchers advise: Hospitals should provide education and training programs to improve and maintain the competency of ksehatan and support interdisciplinary approaches to support patient safety program.
Seiring dengan adanya tuntutan masyarakat akan penerapan good governance dan tuntutan akan pelayanan pubiik yang berkualitas, demokratisasi dan pengakuan hak hak azasi manusia, serta giobalisasi dan berlakunya era perdagangan bebas akan melahirkan tuntutan terhadap peiayanan yang berkualitas agar supaya tetap eksis dan mampu bersaing, Begitu juga di bidang kesehatan yang merupakan suatu kebutuhan tampak tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan telah bergeser kearah yang lebih berkualitas. Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang diperlukan setiap orang maka puskesrnas sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan publik hendaknya dapat memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memenuhi keburuhan masyarakat. Selain itu, saat ini masyarakat semakin menyadari hak-haknya sebagai konsumen kesehatan. Sehingga seringkali mereka secara kritis nempertanyakan tentang penyakit, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, serta tindakan yang akan diambil berkenaan dengan penyakitnya. Puskesmas yang merupakan ujung tombak terdepan dalam pembangunan kesehatan, mempunyai peran cukup besar dalarn upaya mencapai tujuan pembanguna kesehatan, untuk itu diperlukan suatu penilaian kinerja puskesmas yaitu suatu upaya untuk melakukan penilaian hasil kerja/prestasi puskesmas. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan puskesmas belum pemah dilakukan di Kota Tangerang, sehingga puskesmas belum dapat mengukur sejauh mana pelayanan yang diberikan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan atau harapan masyarakat. Selama ini penilaian puskesmas baru terpusat pada keberhasilan pencapaian program dart penampilan fisik akan tetapi dari aspek pasien sebagai pengguna jasa pelayanan belum pemah diukur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah didapatkannya gambaran hubungan antara pemenuhan hak pasien dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan puskesrnas di Kota Tartgerang tahun 2007. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Tangerang dari bulan Mei sampai Juni 2007. Sampel penelitian adalah 270 pasien di 10 puskesmas di Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penilaian baik terhadap kualitas pelayanann di puskesmas (79,6%). Dari hasil analisis peranan hak pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan di puskesmas terdapat hubungan yang positif, dimana pasien yang tepenuhi halmya memberi penilaian baik terhadap kualitas pelayanan puskesmas. Saran kepada Dinas Kesehatan, agar dalarn penilaian kinerja puskesmas hendaknya memasukkan unsur penilaian pa.sien. Saran unrtuk puskesmas, hasil survey dapat dijadikan evaluasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan.
As the public begun to claim the practice of good governance and good quality of public services, democratization, and recognition of human's rights, and also globalization, and validity of free trade era will bear the claim of good quality of service in order to keep exist and able to compete. Also in health aspect, a need of health service is one of basic needs, that is why puskesmas as the public service operator must be able to give service quality which can satisfy the needs of public. Puskesrnas which is the pioneer of health development have a big role in the effort to reach the purpose of health development, so that, a work evaluation of puskesmas is needed to give the evaluation of puskesmas achievement. The evaluation of puskesmas service quality has never been done before, that is why puskesmas never be able to evaluate how good the service they give to satisfy the public's needs. Until today, puskesmas' evaluations focus on the success of program accession and physical appearance never from the patients as the consumer of service. The purpose of this research is to get a picture of association between patien's right fulfillment and quality of health care at community health center in Tangerang City,2007. The sample of this research were 270 patients in 10 puskesmas in Kota Tangerang. Descriptive quantitative with cross sectional research design is used as a method in this research. The result showed good evaluation of the service quality in Puskesrnas. From the result of patient's rights role to the service quality in puskesmas showed a good correlation where patients that got their rights gave good grades to quality of puskesmas service. Suggestion to health Department is to put the patients evaluation in the puskesmas evaluation as the consumer of the service. Suggestion to puskesmas is to use the result of survey as the evaluation to the quality of service.
Distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice and informationaljustice is the fourth dimension into the construct of organizational justice. Employeeperceptions of organizational justice is predicted to relate to employee motivation.The purpose of this study was to analyze the corellation between perceptions oforganizational justice in performance appraisal of civil servants with employeemotivation. This research is a quantitative study with explanatory research. Thesample used in this study using total sampling involving 91 employees at the CenterFor Health Human Resources For Health Education. The technique of collecting datausing questionnaires filled out directly by the respondent. The analysis is used toexamine the corellation between independent and dependent variables using ChiSquare test, then performed multiple logistic regression analysis modeling of riskfactors in the multivariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is asignificant relationship between perceptions of organizational justice of alldimensions combined with work motivation. And based on the dimensions oforganizational justice only dimension procedural justice and interpersonal justice hasa significant corellation with work motivation. Perception of interpersonal justicedimensions on performance appraisal of civil servants is the dimension mostdominant influence employee motivation. And that became the confoundingvariables relations dimension of perceived organizational justice and workmotivation is job title/grade position. For hospital patients, quality health services are not only felt by recovering from physical illness but also regarding patient satisfaction with the attitudes, knowledge and skills of health workers in providing services and the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Patients will be satisfied if the service they receive at least equals or exceeds patient expectations. Meanwhile, the patient feels dissatisfied if the service he receives does not match the patient's expectations. Based on the achievement data of quality indicators at Bakti Timah Mentok Hospital in 2022, there are several quality indicators that have not reached the target. In addition, the number of JKN patient visits at the outpatient installation at Bakti Timah Mentok Hospital in 2020-2022 has also decreased. The purpose of this study was to describe patient satisfaction and interest in revisiting JKN patients at the outpatient installation at Bakti Timah Mentok Hospital in 2023. The study design was cross sectional with a sample size of 120 people. Statistical analysis using Chi Square test or Fisher Exact test. Based on statistical tests to see the relationship between the characteristics of the respondents and the interest in repeat visits, it was found that all of the characteristics of the respondents had p value > 0.05, which means that there was no significant relationship between the characteristics of the respondents and the interest in repeat visits. While the results of statistical tests between respondents' satisfaction on the Tangibles dimension and intention to revisit, it is known that p value > 0.05, which means that there is no significant relationship between respondent's satisfaction on the Tangibles dimension and intention to revisit. And the results of statistical tests between respondents' satisfaction on the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy with interest in repeat visits are known to be p value ≤ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between respondents' satisfaction in the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy with interest in repeat visits. The relationship between patient satisfaction as a whole resulted in p value ≤ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between patient satisfaction and interest in repeat visits. The results of the mapping of service elements in the Cartesian diagram show that 5 (five) service elements are in quadrant A, which means they are a top priority for improvement efforts. The five elements of service are the condition of the patient's waiting room, the availability of medical devices, the availability of types of laboratory examinations, the availability of drugs in the hospital pharmacy installation and the presence of doctors according to the service schedule. Therefore, the Bakti Timah Mentok Hospital must pay more attention to service elements that have not provided maximum satisfaction to patients.
