This study is an analitic descriptive research with quantitative approachusing The ABC Critical Index deals with inventory controls of the antibiotics atthe pharmacy unit of the Leprosy Hospital dr Rivai Abdullah Palembang in 2014.The results are 11 items (13,58 %) are A group, 32 items (39,51%) are B groupand 38 items (46,91 %) are C group. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) andthe Reorder Point (ROP) are doing for the A group. As the final result thehospital can save Rp. 49.221.372,- yearly if using this inventory controls.

This thesis discusses drug inventory control to improve effectiveness and efficiency of investment in SBU Garuda Sentra Medika (GSM). Study design is cross sectional with qualitative approach assisted by calculation. The results show there is no scientific method to control drug inventory in GSM Pharmacy Unit, lack of organizational structure, lack of policy and working procedures, Pharmacy Therapy Team (PTT) is not in accordance with the applicable rules, and lack of information system. Suggestions are evaluating policies and work procedures, fixing the organizational structure, establishing appropriate drug inventory control guidelines, establishing PTT according to applicable rules, and developing information system.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran biaya satuan rumah sakit khususnya tindakan sectio caesarea agar pihak manajemen dapat melakukan berbagai upaya efisiensi kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mengolah data sekunder pasien melalui telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam serta menggunakan pendekatan Activity Based Costing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya Tindakan sectio caesarea rata-rata sebesar Rp 14.697.705,- dimana biaya satuan untuk tindakan sectio caesarea setiap kelas rawatnya memiliki besaran yang berbeda-beda dan biaya Tindakan tersebut dilakukan sesuai dengan clinical pathway. Terdapat kesenjangan rata-rata sebesar Rp 8.327.328,- jika dibandingkan dengan biaya tindakan berdasarkan layanan aktual yang diberikan kepada pasien. Efisiensi yang dapat dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengurangi tingginya variasi obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dengan evaluasi clinical pathway sectio caesarea. Untuk mengurangi besaran biaya dan biaya satuan untuk tindakan sectio caesarea efisiensi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menaikkan jumlah kunjungan pasien ke RS LNG Badak Kota Bontang Kalimantan Timur.

This research aims to quantify the unit cost of a hospital, particularly for cesarean section procedures, enabling management to implement various efficiency strategies. Employing a qualitative methodology, the study analyzes secondary patient data through document review and in-depth interviews, utilizing an Activity Based Costing approach. Findings reveal an average cesarean section cost of Rp 14.697.705,- with varying unit costs across different inpatient class rooms. The procedure aligns with the established clinical pathway. A significant disparity of Rp 8.327.328,- exists when compared to the cost based on actual patient procedures. To enhance efficiency, the study suggests reducing the high variability in drug and medical supply usage by evaluating the cesarean section clinical pathway. Increasing the number of patient visits to RS LNG Badak Kota Bontang, East Kalimantan, is proposed as a strategy to reduce both overall and unit costs for cesarean section procedures.
Penelitian ini mengevaluasi hubungan manajemen sumber daya manusia (HRM), seperti
seleksi, rekrutmen, pelatihan, penilaian kinerja, dan penghargaan, dengan penerapan
sistem E-Medical Record (EMR) di Rumah Sakit LNG Badak. Selain itu, penelitian
menganalisis sistem EMR melalui aspek perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,
attitude toward usage, dan behavioral intention to use. Data dikumpulkan secara
kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dari tenaga medis, kesehatan, dan non-kesehatan. Hasil
menunjukkan perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention
to use, sedangkan perceived ease of use memengaruhi attitude toward usage. Pelatihan
dan penghargaan berkontribusi positif terhadap perceived usefulness dan ease of use,
namun hubungan seleksi, rekrutmen, dan penilaian kinerja dengan penerapan EMR
kurang signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan, penghargaan, dan
pengalaman pengguna dalam adopsi EMR. Keterbatasan penelitian meliputi sampel dari
satu rumah sakit, sehingga generalisasi hasil perlu kajian lanjutan. Penelitian mendatang
disarankan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan menganalisis faktor eksternal yang
memengaruhi penerapan teknologi di rumah sakit.
This study examines the relationship between HRM practices—selection, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and rewards—and the implementation of the E-Medical Record (EMR) system at LNG Badak Hospital. It also analyzes EMR adoption through perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude toward usage, and behavioral intention to use. Data from medical, health, and non-health personnel show perceived usefulness impacts behavioral intention, while ease of use influences attitude. Training and rewards enhance perceived usefulness and ease of use, but selection, recruitment, and performance appraisal show weaker links. The study highlights training, rewards, and user experience as key, with further research recommended to explore external factors.
