ABSTRAK
Pelaksanaan monitoring pengajuan angka kredit jabatan fungsional kesehatan di Satkes Denma Mabes TNI masih belum bisa dipertanggung jawabkan keakuratannya, masih ada pejabat pemangku jabfungkes ( 18 dari 47 orang) yang tidak mengajukan angka kreditnya dalam waktu setahun sekali. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum ada surat perintah kepada atasan langsung untuk memonitor kegiatan pengajuan angka kredit tersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan, dokumen dan fokus grup diskusi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dokumen, dan diskusi kelompok. Pengujian validitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini dilakukan di Satkes Denma Mabes TNI Jakarta.
Identifikasi kendala didapat melalui pendekatan masalah sesuai teori pendekatan analisis Organisasi dan Metode (O&M)yang dilakukan terhadap ketersediaan sumber-sumber manajemen yaitu Tenaga, Dana, Bahan, Peralatan dan Dukungan Waktu. Dari hasil penelitian maka perlu dilakukan optimalisasi terhadap sumber-sumber manajemen tersebut.
Saran dari penelitian ini, perlu dilakukan optimalisasi monitoring pengajuan angka kredit,sehingga diharapkan angka kredit yang diajukan dapat mendukung kelancaran dalam kenaikan pangkat dan pada akhirnya memotivasi kinerja yang baik kepada para pemangku jabatan fungsional kesehatan (jabfungkes) untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatanyang lebih berkualitas di masa yang akan datang.
ABSTRACT
Accuracy of monitoring about credit score monitoring application of functional health in Satkes Denma TNI Headquarters was low. It was showen from a number of personel in job fungsional?s health who do not report their credit score once in a year. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct the study about optimalization of credit score monitoring application of functional health in Satkes Denma TNI Headquarters.
An operational research method using a qualitative was conducted collection techniques that have been used were in-depth interviews, document reviews and focus group discussion. Data validity testing used triangulation technique. Scope of this study was carried out in Satkes Denma TNI Headquarters.
Constraint identification that obtained through analisation of Organization and Methods (O&M) identified the low of monitoring to improve the credit score monitoring application of functional health in Satkes Denma TNI Headquarters. from the study result, optimalization of credit score monitoring application of functional of health should be maintened, and it is needed an ordered to a personel who have to do about monitoring, money supply, matherials, machine and an accurating time for schedul that proposal?s credit score for functional?s job personel of health in Satkes Denma TNI Headquarters.
The study recommended that an obvious about optimalization of credit score monitoring application of functional health in Satkes Denma TNI Headquarters in the future, so it means to building the quality of credit score with validation of score about health care.
The Health Service as a Regional Apparatus Organization (RAO) is responsible for the health sector to achieve Minimum Service Standard (SPM) indicators every year. To meet the current increasing need for public health services, the Health Service can continue to improve its performance both in terms of human resources and organizational factors. Employee behavior is one of the factors that supports organizational success, both seen from employee knowledge and attitudes towards achieving SPM. Organizational readiness is one tool that Malcolm Baldrige can use Assessments include: leadership; planning strategy; customer focused; assessment, analysis, and knowledge management; focus on workers; management process; and result. The research was conducted to see a picture of the relationship between employee behavior and organizational factors and the performance of achieving minimum service standards. Quantitative research method, cross-sectional design, by filling out a questionnaire using Google Form by 232 respondents (employees). The research results show that all independent variables have a significant relationship with SPM performance. Measurement variables, Analysis, Management Knowledge bivariate (p = 0.0001; OR = 46.12; 95% CI = 21.29 – 99.91) and multivariate (p = 0.0001; OR = 8.288; 95% CI ) is the dominant variable related to the performance of the Sibolga City Health Office. Malcolm Baldrige's total criteria score on the performance results of the Sibolga Health Service obtained results at the Excellent level in the Benchamark Leader position.

This thesis aims to analyze the relationship of competence with the performance of health promotion officers at the Health Center of Tangerang City. This research use cross sectional analytic survey with quantitative research method. The results showed that the variables of all variables, namely intellectual competence, emotional competence and social competence related to the performance of health promotion officers. For the influence of competence variable with performance, highly influential variable is emotional competence. The result of the research is expected by Tangerang City Health Office to make policy to increase the competence of Health Promotion Officer by giving training, guidance of six monthly or once a year promotion officer and officer and leader of puskesmas willing and able to coordinate with health department to propose education and training skilled promotion.

Posyandu, a community-based health initiative, plays a vital role in improving maternal and child health. Using the Primary Care Integration (ILP) approach, the Life Cycle Posyandu strengthens promotive and preventive health services across life stages. This study in Puskesmas Ciganjur, South Jakarta, employs a sequential explanatory mixed methods design. Key findings highlight the importance of kader availability, though challenges remain in task distribution, competency, and infrastructure limitations. While health education and promotion are active, barriers like limited media and low awareness persist. Service coverage reached 100% monthly, with stable early detection at 89%, but follow-up coverage fluctuated. Strengthening kader capacity, infrastructure, and cross-sector collaboration is crucial for sustainable primary care integration.
