Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Gizi, Sikap, Pola Makan dan Tingkat Stress Ibu Hamil dengan Kenaikan Berat Badan di Poli Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian cross sectional, dimana dari hasil uji analisis univariat didapat 46,8% responden berumur 19-29 tahun, 97,4% berpendidikan tinggi, 52,1% berpengetahuan kurang baik, 52,1% sikap yang mendukung (positif), 68,9% tidak mengalami stress, 77,4% mempunyai pola makan baik, dan53,7% mengalami kenaikan berat badan yang berlebih, dari uji bivariat didapatkan hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan pola makan dengan kenaikan berat badan p value ≤ 0,05. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan gizi, sikap, pola makan, tingkat stress, kenaikan berat badan
This research talks about how the level of nutrition an attitude, diet andlevels of stress pregnant women to increase the weight in poly obstretict mitrakeluarga hospital bekasi.
