Literasi gizi merupakan kemampuan dalam memperoleh, memproses, memahami, dan mengaplikasikan informasi gizi serta mengakses layanan kesehatan yang diperlukan agar dapat membuat keputusan gizi yang tepat. Tingkat literasi gizi yang rendah pada remaja dapat membentuk pola makan buruk yang akan berlangsung hingga dewasa dan berdampak buruk pada risiko kejadian penyakit kronis terkait gizi. Usia remaja seringkali mengarah pada perkembangan pola makan yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat literasi gizi pada siswa/i di SMP Negeri 102 Jakarta tahun 2023. Desain penelitian yang digunakan ialah cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 130 siswa/i kelas 7 dan 8 di SMP Negeri 102 Jakarta menggunakan metode quota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah hasil adaptasi dan modifikasi dari NLit (Nutrition Literacy Assessment Instrument) dan NLAA (Nutrition Literacy Assessment of Adolescent). Pengambilan data dilakukan bulan Juli 2023 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan mengukur antropometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 55,4% responden memiliki tingkat literasi gizi yang rendah. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan ayah (p=0,032; OR=2,322; 95% CI 1,067 – 5,054), peran keluarga (p=0,001; OR=3,704; 95% CI 1,780 – 7,708), peran teman sebaya (p=0,006; OR=2,692; 95% CI 1,320 – 5,491), dan penggunaan media (p=0,000; OR=3,869; 95% CI 1,789 – 8,367) dengan tingkat literasi gizi.
Nutrition literacy is the ability to obtain, process, understand and apply nutrition information and access the necessary health services to make appropriate decisions. Low levels of nutritional literacy in adolescents can form poor dietary patterns that will last into adulthood and adversely affect the risk of developing nutrition-related chronic diseases. Adolescence often leads to the development of poor eating patterns. This study aims to determine the description and factors associated with the level of nutritional literacy in students at SMP Negeri 102 Jakarta in 2023. The research design used was cross sectional with a sample of 130 students in grades 7 and 8 at SMP Negeri 102 Jakarta using the quota sampling method. The instrument used is the result of adaptation and modification of the NLit (Nutrition Literacy Assessment Instrument) and NLAA (Nutrition Literacy Assessment of Adolescent). Data collection was carried out in July 2023 by distributing questionnaires and measuring anthropometry. The results showed that 55.4% of respondents had a low level of nutritional literacy. There was a significant association between father's education level (p=0.032; OR=2.322; 95% CI 1.067 - 5.054), family role (p=0.001; OR=3.704; 95% CI 1.780 - 7.708), peer role (p=0.006; OR=2.692; 95% CI 1.320 - 5.491), and media use (p=0.000; OR=3.869; 95% CI 1.789 - 8.367) with nutritional literacy level.

Abstrak:
Pemahaman terhadap informasi nilai gizi pada kemasan harus diperhatikan karena akan memengaruhi pemilihan makanan sehari-hari. Kurangnya pemahaman terhadap informasi nilai gizi akan berdampak pada pemilihan makanan yang tidak tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat pemahaman label informasi nilai gizi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional pada 210 siswa/i SMA Negeri 2 Depok pada bulan Mei 2017. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengukuran antropometri (berat badan dan tinggi badan) serta pengisian kuesioner secara mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 61,6% responden memiliki tingkat pemahaman label informasi nilai gizi yang kurang. Berdasarkan analisis bivariate diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara jenis kelamin dan motivasi dalam memilih makanan dengan tingkat pemahaman label informasi nilai gizi.

Sarapan merupakan kegiatan makan dan minum yang dilakukan antara bangun pagi hingga pukul 9 pagi untuk mewujudkan hidup sehat, aktif, dan produktif. Sarapan merupakan waktu makan paling penting dalam sehari karena menyediakan energi untuk beraktivitas. Penelitian serupa sebelumnya di SMAN 3 Depok didapatkan sebanyak 77,1% siswa memiliki kebiasaan sarapan tidak baik. Kebiasaan melewatkan sarapan dapat menimbulkan dampak lapar dan lemas pada siswa sekolah sehingga mengganggu performa akademiknya selama kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kebiasaan sarapan pada siswa/i SMA Negeri 14 Depok. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Jumlah responden yang terkumpul adalah 129 responden yang berasal dari siswa/i kelas 10 dan 11 tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form dan formulir FFQ yang diisi secara mandiri oleh responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 78,3% responden memiliki kebiasaan sarapan tidak baik. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan sarapan (p-value = 0,004; OR=4,380; 95% CI 1,683 – 11,396), sikap terhadap sarapan (p-value = 0,001; OR=6,625; 95% CI 2,144 – 20,473), ketersediaan sarapan (p-value = 0,001; OR=4,714; 95% CI 1,885 – 11,790), dan pengaruh orang tua (p-value = 0,007; OR=4,049; 95% CI 1,514 – 10,826) dengan kebiasaan sarapan. Siswa/i dengan pengetahuan sarapan rendah, sikap negatif terhadap sarapan, ketersediaan sarapan tidak selalu, dan orang tua yang tidak berpengaruh lebih berisiko memiliki kebiasaan sarapan tidak baik. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan kebiasaan sarapan siswa/i SMAN 14 Depok adalah jenis kelamin, uang saku, citra tubuh, kualitas tidur, makan larut malam, dan waktu masuk sekolah.

Skipping breakfast can cause feelings of hunger and weakness in school students, thus disrupting ther academic performance during learning activities at school. This study aims to determine the overview and factors related to breakfast habits among students at SMA Negeri 14 Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungandengan ketidakpuasan citra tubuh pada anak usia sekolah di SDI PB SoedirmanJakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain crosssectional pada total responden 137 siswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan denganpengisian kuesioner dan pengukuran antropometri, meliputi pengukuran beratbadan menggunakan timbangan dan pengukuran tinggi badan menggunakanmicrotoise, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa 62,8% siswa mengalami ketidakpuasan citra tubuh. Statusgizi, distorsi citra tubuh, riwayat diet, pengaruh orang tua, dan pengaruh mediamassa memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan ketidakpuasan citra tubuh.Peneliti menyarankan agar siswa diberikan informasi dan edukasi yangberhubungan dengan status gizi, diet seimbang, dan gaya hidup sehat.Kata kunci: Ketidakpuasan citra tubuh, anak usia sekolah

Perilaku melewatkan sarapan dapat memengaruhi konsentrasi dan prestasi akademis, meningkatkan risiko mengalami masalah kesehatan mental, dan peningkatan berat badan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku sarapan siswa pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku sarapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan pengisian kuesioner secara mandiri oleh 140 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 54,3% siswa memiliki perilaku sarapan yang buruk. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ketersediaan sarapan (P value = 0,000) dengan perilaku sarapan siswa. Peneliti menyarankan kepada sekolah untuk memberikan edukasi gizi, melakukan kegiatan sarapan bersama, dan memastikan kantin sekolah menyediakan sarapan yang baik untuk siswa. Orang tua diharapkan dapat menyediakan sarapan di rumah, mengingatkan anak untuk sarapan, dan membawakan bekal jika anak tidak sempat sarapan di rumah.
Skipping breakfast can affect concentration and academic performance, increase the risk of mental health problems, and lead to weight gain. This study aims to determine the breakfast behavior of students during the COVID-19 pandemic and the factors associated with breakfast behavior. The research was conducted using a cross-sectional study design with primary data collected by filling out questionnaires by 140 respondents who were selected using the quota sampling technique. The results showed that 54.3% of students had poor breakfast behavior. There is a significant association between breakfast availability (P value = 0.000) and students' breakfast behavior. The researcher suggests the school provide nutrition education, have a breakfast-together program, and ensure the school canteen provides a good breakfast for students. Parents are expected to be able to provide breakfast at home, remind their children to have breakfast, and bring a lunch box if the child does not have time to eat breakfast at home.
