Abstrak:
Proses kerja di bagian Bagging Off memiliki risiko MSDs untuk pekerja.Penelitian ini menggambarkan tingkat risiko ergonomi yang berpotensimenyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja dan gambaran dari keluhansubjektif gangguan muskuloskeletal dari pekerja di PT. JAPFA ComfeedIndonesia Unit Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional denganmenggunakan REBA dan RULA untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi padasetiap tahap proses kerja dan Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk mengetahui dimana keluhan pada pekerja. Berdasarkan penilaian REBA pada proses palletingbekerja menunjukkan tingkat risiko sangat tinggi, penilaian RULA pada prosespenjahitan menunjukkan tingkat risiko yang sangat tinggi dan penilaian REBApada proses pengantongan menunjukkan tingkat risiko tinggi dan tingkat risikosedang. Penilaian NBM menunjukkan ada 20 pekerja memiliki keluhan dipinggang, 8 pekerja mengeluh di bawah pinggang dan 7 pekerja memiliki keluhandi leher bagian atas dan bahu kanan. Tingkat risiko dapat dikurangi denganmenyediakan Pallet Adjustable Berdiri untuk proses kerja palleting, mendesainulang tempat kerja pada proses penjahitan dan memberikan kursi yang cocokuntuk pekerja pada proses pengantongan. Selain itu, pekerja harus meregangkanotot sebelum bekerja, di tengah-tengah bekerja dan setelah bekerja, dan kemudianbekerja dengan postur tubuh yang benar.

Abstrak:
Perkembangan manusia mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat ketika manusia sudah menemukan mesin uap. Titik tersebut merupakan titik revolusiindustri bagi peradaban manusia. Revolusi industri membuat manusia semakin sering berinteraksi dengan mesin-mesin produksi untuk mempermuda dan mempercepat produksi industri. Namun dalam interaksi antara manusia, mesindan lingkungan tempat kerja terdapat berbagai risiko yang dapat menimbulkanpenyakit akibat kerja (PAK) ataupun kecelakaan bagi manusia. Salah satupenyakit akibat kerja yang kerap diderita oleh pekerja adalah penyakit yangberkaitan dengan otot serta rangka, atau lebih dikenal dengan MusculoskeletalDisorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja produksi pemurnianperak PT Antam Persero Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia tahun 2014. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk melihat faktor risiko ergonomi dan gejala MSds yang dialamioleh pekerja di bagian produksi pemurnian perak. Metode penelitian ini adalahsemi kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Responden berjumlah 14 orangpekerja produksi yang berada di lokasi pemurnian perak. Tingkat risiko ergonomidinilai dengan menggunakan Quick expossure Checklist (QEC). Penilaianmenggunakan QEC mendapatkan hasil dalam 3 kategori yaitu kategori risikosedang, tinggi, dan sangat tinggi. Nordic Body Map (NBM) digunakan untuk mengetahui keluhan MSDs yang dirasakan pekerja dan didapatkan hasil 100%pekerja mengeluhkan mengalami gejala MSDs.Kata Kunci: QEC, Tingkat Risiko Ergonomi, Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs), Nordic Body Map (NBM), Pemurnian Perak.

However, the interaction between human, machine and environmentworkplace there are various risks that may cause accidents or occupationaldiseases to humans. One of the occupational diseases that often suffered byworkers is a disease associated with muscle and frame, or better known asMusculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This research was carried out on theproduction worker refining silver PT Antam Tbk UBPP Precious Metals Limited2014. Study aimed to look at the ergonomic risk factors and symptoms of MSDsexperienced by workers in the production of silver refining. This research methodis semi-quantitative cross-sectional design. Respondents amounted to 14production workers at the scene refining silver. Ergonomic risk level assessedusing expossure Quick Checklist (QEC). Assessment using the QEC get results in3 risk categories, medium, high, and very high. Abstrak:
Aktivitas mengemudi memiliki beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan berulang, postur janggal dan postur statis yang berpotensi terhadap MSDs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran risiko ergonomi dan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pengemudi bis kuning Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan bersifat deskriptif observatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sasaran penelitian merupakan seluruh pengemudi bis kuning sebanyak 10 orang untuk menilai risiko ergonomi dan keluhan MSDs. Tingkat risiko ergonomi menggunakan instrumen RULA sedangkan untuk keluhan subjektif menggunakan NBM. Berdasarkan hasil RULA, sebanyak 7 pengemudi harus di investigasi lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui risiko ergonomi, 3 dari 10 pengemudi perlu dilakukan perbaikan segera. Berdasarkan NBM, keluhan yang paling banyak dirasakan oleh pengemudi adalah sakit pada bahu kanan dan kiri sebanyak 6 orang (60%) pengemudi, diikuti oleh keluhan pada leher bagian atas sebanyak 5 orang (50%) serta pada lutut 5 orang (50%). Saran dari peneliti agar dilakukan upaya perbaikan baik dari segi rekayasa tempat kerja maupun dari segi administratif.

There are 10 bus drivers be a respondent to be assessed ergonomic risk and MSDs complaint. The ergonomic risk level is measured by RULA method and Nordic Body Map for MSDs complaints. Based on RULA method, 7 bus driver have final score 7, it means they have to be more investigated and need implementation changed. And for MSDs complaint, the most complaint is in shoulder, both left and right as much as 6 people (60%), followed by upper neck 5 people (50%), knee 5 people (50%). Should be a control to decrease ergonomic risk and MSDs complaint by using engineering control and administrative control.

Abstrak:
Aktivitas di dalam ruang kantor seperti menggunakan komputer merupakan pekerjaan yang paling sering dilakukan. Penggunaa komputer yang terus-menerus setiap harinya akan menimbulkan risiko pekerja mengalami musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko ergonomi dan keluhan subjektif MSDs pada pekerja pengguna komputer di kantor PT XYZ. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat risiko ergonomi, usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, durasi kerja, indeks massa tubuh, kebiasaan merokok, kebiasaan olahraga, dan keluhan subjektif MSDs. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 26 pekerja dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada kecenderungan antara indeks massa tubuh, kebiasaan merokok, serta kebiasaan olahraga terhadap keluhan subjektif MSDs.
