Abstrak:
Pengemudi Awak Mobil Tangki (AMT) merupakan kelompok pekerja berisiko tinggi untuk mengalami kelelahan yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, yaitu faktor terkait tidur, faktor terkait pekerjaan, faktor psikososial, dan faktor individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut dengan kelelahan pada pengemudi AMT. Desain penelitian cross-sectional dalam peneltian ini menggunakan instrumen subjektif berupa kuesioner (IFRC, PSQI, SHI, KSS, dan kuesioner lainnya) kepada 220 pengemudi AMT serta instrumen objektif berupa smart watch fitbit untuk mengukur kualitas dan kuantitas tidur pada 10 pengemudi AMT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kualitas tidur (p=0,005, OR=3,376), lingkungan tempat tidur (p=0,008, OR=2,137) dan kebiasaan sebelum tidur (p=0,005, OR=2,246) dengan status kelelahan. Tidak didapatkan hubungan signifikan antara kuantitas tidur dengan status kelelahan. Meskipun demikian, berdasarkan pengukuran smart watch fitbit, kuantitas tidur pengemudi AMT pada hari kerja lebih singkat dibandingkan pada hari libur, serta didapatkan kualitas tidur yang buruk pada tahapan REM sleep (< 20%). Faktor risiko lain seperti lingkungan kerja (p=0,000, OR=4,209) dan status kesehatan (p=0,013, OR=2,052) juga berhubungan dengan status kelelahan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between these factors with fatigue on tank truck drivers. Abstrak:
Kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah kejadian pada lalu lintas jalan yang sedikitnya melibatkan suatu kendaraan yang menyebabkan cedera atau kerugian pada pemiliknya (WHO, 1984). Untuk menentukan penyebab kecelakaan di PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Plumpang Jakarta Utara . penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam ,observasi partisipatif dengan bantuan dokumentasi. Waktu penelitian bulan Mei 2014 sampai Juni 2014. Dengan informan adalah Site Supervisor, HSE Manager PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga, supervisor fleet management, pengawas armada, maintenance, pengawas awak mobil tangki, awak mobil tangki, PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa kecelakaan di lihat dari fase sebelum , pada saat dan setelah terjadi kecelakaan. Kemudian masing-masing fase dilihat dari segi factor manusia, kendaraan dan lingkungan. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah dari segi manusia yaitu kelelahan. Kelelahan yang akan menyebabkan penurunan fungsi tubuh dan kurangnya konsentrasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan AMT (Awak Mobil Tangki) sudah baik dengan diadakannya program K3 berupa pelatihan, safety talk, briefing safety, komunikasi hazard. Akan tetapi Masih banyak ditemukan perilaku yang tidak aman, masih banyaknya AMT yang melakukan pelanggaran seperti bekerja yang melebihi batas yang ditentukan yaitu lebih dari 12 jam, over speed. Hal ini bertentangan dengan UU no 22 tahun 2009 dimana ditentukan bahwa maksimal lama kerja adalah 12 jam.

This study is a qualitative research with in-depth interviews, participant observation with the help documentation. When the study in May 2014 through June 2014. Informant is the Site Supervisor, HSE Manager PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga, supervisor fleet management, fleet supervisors, maintenance, crew supervisor tank cars, tank cars crew, PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga. From the results of this study showed that accidents in view of the phases before, during and after a crash. Then each - each phase in terms of the human factor, vehicle and the environment. The most influential factor is human terms is exhausted. Fatigue will cause a decrease in the function of the body and lack of concentration. From the results of this study found that knowledge of AMT (Tank Car Crew) has been good with the holding of a training program K3, safety talk, safety briefing, hazard communication. But still many are found unsafe behavior, there are many who commit violations such as the AMT works in excess of the prescribed limit ie more than 12 hours, over speed. This is contrary to the Act No. 22 of 2009 which determined that the maximum length of employment is 12 hours.
