Abstrak:
Skripsi ini berisi tentang hubungan faktor risiko manual material handling (MMH) dengan keluhan subjekif musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) pada pekerja di Departemen Produksi Textile Chemical PT. X tahun 2020. Pada penelitian ini, observasi faktor risiko manual material handling (MMH) menggunakan kuesioner dan metode Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). Selain itu, untuk mengetahui keluhan terhadap musculokeletal symptoms (MSS) peneliti menggunakan Nordic Body Map (NBM) Questionnaire. Desain studi merupakan studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan observasional. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis univariat digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran dari masing-masing faktor risiko manual material handling. Sedangkan analisis bivariat digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara faktor risiko individu (usia, masa kerja, indeks massa tubuh, kebiasaan olahraga, dan stress) dan faktor risiko pekerjaan (berat objek, durasi kerja, dan postur kerja) dengan keluhan musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) yang dirasakan oleh pekerja di Departemen Produksi Textile Chemical PT. X Tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dengan keluhan musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) yang dirasakan pekerja (p value = 0,040). Selain itu, terdapat hubungan antara stress kerja dengan keluhan musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) yang dirasakan pekerja (p value = 0,044).

Abstrak:
Pekerjaan material manual handling merupakan aktivitas yang penting dilakukan di hampir semua jenis industri. Cidera akibat pekerjaan manual menempati porsi yang cukup besar, yaitu sebesar 30% (Straker, 2000). Cidera yang dialami biasanya mengenai bagian punggung (cidera punggung) yaitu sekitar 60% dari seluruh cidera akibat manual handling (Straker, 2000). Secara umum, bentuk cidera akibat pekerjaan material manual handling sebagian besar berupa gangguan otot rangka (musculoskeletal disorders), sprain dan strain yaitu sebesar 93.7% untuk pria (Straker, 2000). Kasus cidera sering terjadi pada industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat risiko pada pekerjaan material handling terhadap gejala gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja bagian body shop, trimming cabin dan trimming chassis final di PT Pantja Motor Isuzu Hekasi tahun 2003. Penelitian bersifat studi kasus dengan pendekatan observasi. Identifikasi risiko diperoleh melalui pengamatan di lapangan dengan bantuan check list, dan gejala yang dirasakan pekerja diperoleh melalui survei gejala dengan bantuan kuesioner. Populasi untuk survei gejala adalah seluruh pekerja dari ketiga bagian tersebut, sedangkan populasi untuk identifikasi risiko adalah seluruh faktor pada pekerja yaitu karaktersitik pekerjaan, objek, dan lingkungan kerja saat melakukan aktivitas. Hasil identifikasi risiko kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko berdasarkan karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik objek, karakteristik lingkungan kerja dan secara keseluruhan dari setiap pos kerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara umum pos-pos kerja yang ada secara keseluruhan memilik risiko ergonomi sedang. Dilihat secara keseluruhan dan karakteristik pekerjaan, bagian yang pos kerjanya paling banyak memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi adalah trimming cabin. Trimming chassis final merupakan bagian yang pos kerjanya paling banyak memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi dilihat dan karakteristik objek. Hal ini berarti bahwa kondisi yang ada ataupun aktivitas yang dilakukan sudah memiliki risiko ergonomi untuk menimbulkan gangguan otot rangka Samua pos kerja memiliki risiko ergonomi rendah jika dilihat dari karaktersitik lingkungan kerja. Perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan antara lain adalah memperbaiki tata cara kerja (work practices), modifikasi tata ruang lingkungan kerja, objek atau peralatan kerja, dan evaluasi administratif (rotasi, work rest cycle dan pelatihan).

The purpose of this research is to analyse the risk of material manual handling for MSDs's symptoms among workers in the working group of body shop, trimming cabin, and trimming chassis final. This research is a case study with observation approximation. Check list is a tool to assess the risk identification and questioner as another tool to survey the symptoms. The population sample survey includes all labors in those divisions. The population of risk identification consist of three factors such as task characteristic, object characteristic and environment factor during working hour. The result of risk identification is analysed to determine the risk level of task characteristic, object characteristic, environment characteristic and overall. All results were coming from all working group (body shop, trimming cabin and trimming chassis final). The general summary is all working groups have a medium ergonomic risk In general points/overall and job characteristic points, trimming cabin has the highest level of risk Trimming chassis final has the highest risk level of object characteristic points. So, all condition/situation and activities are already having its ergonomic risk lead to musculoskeletal disorders. All working groups have a small number of ergonomic risks compared to working environment characteristic. There are some suggestions to improve such as working procedure/work practice, revision of working space (e.g. distance between material stock and working space, distance between working groups, etc), object/hand tools and administrative evaluation (e. g rotation, work rest cycle, training, etc).

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas analisis risiko manual handling dan keluhan gejala musculoskletal disorders (MSDs) di PT Aneka Komkar Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan observasi yang dilakukan pada 52 pekerja. Pengukuran postur, beban, frekuensi, dan durasi pada aktivfitas manual handling didapatkan dengan menggunakan menggunakan lembar kerja REBA (Rapid Entire Body Asessment), sedangkan untuk mengetahui gambaran keluhan gejala MSDs pada pekerja menggunakan kuisioner yang mengacu pada Nordic Body Map. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 98% responden mengalami keluhan gejala MSDs dengan bagian tubuh yang paling dominan merasakan keluhan yaitu pinggang bawah dengan jumlah 68,6% dari seluruh responden. Distribusi keluhan gejala MSDs bedasarkan usia menunjukan responden dengan usia 25 tahun keatas lebih banyak mengeluhkan gejala MSDs (84%), bedasarkan IMT sebanyak 70% yang mengeluh MSDs berada dalam kategori normal, bedasarkan masa kerja responden dengan masa kerja lebih dari 5 tahun memiliki keluhan lebih tinggi (72%), bedasarkan kebiasaan olahraga responden yang melakukan kebiasaan olahraga tidak rutin memiliki keluhan lebih tinggi (76%), bedasarkan kebiasaan merokok mayoritas responden yang mengalami keluhan merokok sebanyak 1-12 batang dalam sehari pada setahun terakhir (52%).

Abstrak:
Aktivitas penanganan barang secara manual handling merupakan salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya penyakit akibat kerja terkait ergonomi. Bahwa aktivitas kerja seperti manual handling, bekerja dengan gerakan yang cepat, sikap kerja yang tidak alamiah (sikap statis dalam waktu lama, gerakan memutar dan menunduk yang berulang), bekerja dengan menggunakan kekuatan yang berlebihan, gerakan yang berulang (repetitive) merupakan pemicu terjadinya ganguan MSDs. Kaitan antara aktivitas manual handling seperti mengangkat (lifting), mendorong (pushing), menarik (pulling), dan membawa (carrying) serta posisi atau postur janggal dengan timbulnya MSDs tidak hanya disebabkan oleh beratnya beban yang ditanggung otot tubuh, tetapi juga disebabkan oleh durasi yang pekerjaan yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar tingkat risiko ergonomi dan distribusi keluhan MSDs di PT. Repex Departemen Operasional HLPA Station, RPX Center pada seluruh pekerja Departemen Operasional HLPA Station yang melakukan aktivitas manual handling dalam proses kerjanya dimana tools yang digunakan yaitu BRIEF (Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factors) dan kuesioner survei keluhan MSDs. Terdapat 6 jenis aktivitas manual handling yang paling dominan yang dilakukan pekerja Departemen Operasional HLPA Station, yaitu mengoper barang, mengangkat barang, menggunakan hand pallet, melakukan van scan dokumen dengan posisi jongkok, van scan barang, van scan dokumen dengan posisi duduk. Hasil survei keluhan MSDs dari 9 bagian tubuh yang dinilai pada 27 responden pekerja Departemen Operasional di PT. Repex, HLPA Station didapatkan hasil mayoritas keluhan pada bagian tubuh leher yaitu sebesar 81,9%, 78% merasakan keluhan pada bagian punggung, 63% mengatakan merasakan keluhan pada bagian kaki, 40,7% merasakan keluhan pada bagian bahu kanan, sebanyak 29,6% mengalami keluhan pada bahu kiri, 33,3% merasakan keluhan pada tangan dan pergelangan tangan kanan, 22,2% merasakan keluhan pada tangan dan pergelangan tangan kiri, sebanyak 7,4% mempunyai keluhan pada bagian siku kiri dan kanan
