Abstrak: Tesis ini membahas kepatuhan masyarakat menerapkan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 sebagai pengendalian risiko terakhir untuk melindungi masyarakat dari penyebaran virus corona. Kepatuhan menerapkan protokol kesehatan penting dilakukan sebagai tanggung jawab masing-masing individu untuk melindungi diri dari bahaya COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh hasil analisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan masyarakat menerapkan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mekarsari Kota Depok. Penelitian ini bersifat non eksperimen/observasional, dengan desain cross sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Data yang tersedia disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan tabulasi silang kemudian dianalisis secara statistik chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih banyak (61%) masyarakat patuh menerapkan protokol kesehatan COVID19. Hasil: Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan (p=0,005), sikap (p=0,027) , dukugan keluarga (p=0,005), dan dukungan teman (p=0,005) sebagai faktor yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kepatuhan masyarakat menerapkan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dan memiliki r square=5.57%. Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kepatuhan menerapkan protokol kesehatan adalah pendapatan. Kesimpulan: Lebih banyak masyarakat patuh menerapkan protokol kesehatan COVID19 terhadap COVID-19 namun masih ada masyarakat yang tidak patuh pada kelompok umur muda, berjenis kelamin lak-laki, berpendidikan rendah dan pada pendapatan rendah.

This study focuses on the implementation of COVID-19 health protocol as the last riskcontrol to protect the public from the dangers of corona virus spreading. Compliance in implementing COVID-19 health protocols is important as it is the responsibility of each individual to protect against the dangers of COVID-19. This study aims to analyze the factors related to community compliance in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol in the working area of the Mekarsari Health Center, Depok City. This is a nonexperimental/observational research with a cross sectional design. As the subjects of this study were 100 people. The available data are presented in the form of frequency distribution and cross tabulation and then analyzed statistically by using chi square. The results of the study show that most (61%) of the community adhere to the COVID-19 health protocol. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that income (p = 0.005), attitude (p = 0.027), family support (p = 0.005), and friend support (p = 0.005) as factors that were significantly related to compliance with implementing the COVID19 health protocol and r square =5.57%. The most dominant variables related with public compliance in implementing health protocols are income Conclusion: More people dutifully implement health protocols COVID-19but there are still people who don't implement are the young age group, male , low education and low income

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kunjungan lansia ke posbindu lanjut usia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bintara Kota Bekasi tahun 2017. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan disain studi potong lintang ini mencakup sampel 70 orang pralansia dan lansia, data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dilanjutkan wawancara kepada responden lansia yang sering datang dan yang tidak pernah datang, kader posbindu dan pemegang Program Lansia. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa 85,2% peserta lansia yang mengetahui manfaat berkunjung ke posbindu lanjut usia Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan adalah pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, dukungan petugas kesehatan dan persepsi tentang manfaat posbindu. Dinas Kesehatan dan puskesmas perlu memperkuat upaya promotif dan preventif, penyuluhan kepada lansia dan meningkatkan kerjasama lintas sektoral untuk meningkatkan kunjungan ke posbindu lansia Kata kunci: lansia, posbindu lansia, pemanfaatan posbindu This study aims to determine the factors associated with elderly visits to posbindu (integrated service) for elderly in the working area of Bintara health center in 2017. A quantitative study with cross-sectional analysis design was done, included sample of 70 people pre-elderly and elderly. Data was collected using interview to Posbindu participants who come and never come to the Posbindu, as well as cadres and program holders. The study results showed that 85.2% of elderly participants know the benefits of visiting elderly postbindu. Related factors of visiting Posbindu were knowledge, family support, support of health workers and perceptions about the benefits posbindu.
