Emotional eating merupakan kecenderungan mengkonsumsi makanan secara belebih sebagai respon terhadap emosi negatif. Emotional eating dapat menyebabkan obesitas, eating disorder, diabetes melitus, dan penyakit kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara stres, jenis kelamin, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), aktivitas fisik, citra tubuh, harga diri, kualitas tidur, penggunaan media sosial, tempat tinggal, dan culture shock dengan perilaku emotional eating pada mahasiswa UI angkatan 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023 melaui kuesioner online, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan chi-square dan uji t-independent. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 19% responden mengalami emotional eating. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara emotional eating dengan stres (p-value = 0,003), dan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor citra tubuh yang signifikan pada kelompok dengan dan tanpa emotional eating (p-value = 0,005). Pada penelitian ini, terdapat 7 variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dan 3 varibel yang tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan perilaku emotional eating. Harapannya mahasiswa UI maupun kelompok usia dewasa muda mampu memperhatikan jenis stressor yang dialami dan mencari coping stres yang sesuai dengan karakteristik masing-masing individu.
Emotional eating is the tendency to overeat in response to negative emotions. Emotional eating can lead to obesity, eating disorders, diabetes mellitus, and cardiovascular disease. This study aims to look at the relationship between stress, gender, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), physical activity, body image, self-esteem, sleep quality, social media use, residence, and culture shock with emotional eating behavior in UI student batch 2022. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was carried out in June 2023 through an online questionnaire, with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using chi-square and independent t-test. The results of this study showed that 19% of respondents experienced emotional eating. There is a significant relationship between emotional eating and stress (p-value = 0.003), and there is a significant difference in average body image scores in groups with and without emotional eating (p-value = 0.005). In this study, there are 7 variables that are significantly related and 3 variables that are not significantly related to emotional eating behavior. It is hoped that UI students and young adults will be able to pay attention to the types of stressors experienced and find stress coping that suits the characteristics of each individual.

Literasi gizi telah didefinisikan sebagai kapasitas untuk memperoleh, mengolah, dan memahami informasi gizi dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk membuat keputusan gizi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi gizi fungsional pada mahasiswa program sarjana Angkatan 2018 Universitas Andalas di Sumatera Barat serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Studi Literasi Kesehatan 2019 dengan sampel penelitian mahasiswa angkatan 2018 dari 15 fakultas di Universitas Andalas (n=363). Pengukuran literasi gizi fungsional pada mahasiswa ini menggunakan alat instrumen yakni The Newest Vital Sign (NVS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata skor tingkat literasi gizi fungsional mahasiswa sebesar 2,65 yakni termasuk kurang memadai. Terdapat hubungan yang signifkan antara suku, bidang keilmuan dan kepemilikan asuransi dengan tingkat literasi gizi fungsional mahasiswa. Diperlukan program edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi gizi fungsional pada mahasiswa seperti seminar tahunan atau diskusi publik bersama professional
Nutritional literacy has been defined as the capacity to acquire, process and understand information and the skills needed to make appropriate nutritional decisions. This study aims to determine the level of functional nutrition literacy in students Batch 2018 Andalas University undergraduate program in West Sumatra and the factors related to it. This study used secondary data from the 2019 Health Literacy Study with a sample of 2018 batch students from 15 faculties at Andalas University (n=363). The instrument that been used in this research is The Newest Vital Sign (NVS). The results of this study show that the average score for thefungctional nutrition literacy level of students is 2.65 out of a scale of 4, limited literacy. There is a significant relationship between ethnicity, academic background and insurance ownership with the level of student nutritional literacy. Educational programs are needed to increase understanding of nutritional literacy in students such as annual seminars or public discussions with professionals

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku gizi seimbang pada mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi UI. Pada penelitian ini, perilaku gizi seimbang sebagai variabel dependen sedangkan pengetahuan gizi seimbang, status gizi, citra tubuh, pengaruh teman, tempat tinggal, dan uang saku sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crosssectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2019 kepada 117 mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi UI yang diambil secara random semester dua hingga semester delapan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pengisian kuesioner, wawancara dua kali 24-h food recall, dan pengukuran tinggi serta berat badan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 28.2% responden menerapkan perilaku gizi seimbang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara pengaruh teman dengan perilaku gizi seimbang (pvalue: 0.001), variabel ini juga muncul sebagai faktor dominan terhadap perilaku gizi seimbang mahasiswa. Untuk meningkatkan perilaku mahasiswa disarankan bagi fakultas untuk menyediakan fasilitas seperti timbangan, dan alat olahraga yang aman, mudah diakses dan gratis bagi mahasiswa. Sebagai tambahan, untuk dinas kesehatan agar mempromosikan gizi seimbang menggunakan pendekatan peer educator

This study aims to determine factors associated with balanced nutrition behavior in nutrition student of Universitas Indonesia. On this study balanced nutrition behavior was the dependent variable while balanced nutrition knowledge, nutritional status, body image, peer influences, student resident, and pocket money were independent variable. This is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. Data were collected in April-Mei 2019 from 117 nutrition student which randomly selected from first year until fourth year. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires, twice 24-h food recall interviews, and measuring their height and weight. The results showed that 28.2% of the students had applied balanced nutrition behavior. The result indicated that there was a significant relationship between peer influences and balanced nutrition behavior (p-value: 0.001), as this variabel had emerged as a dominant factor as well. To enhance student balanced nutrition behavior, it is recommended for the faculty to provide facilities such as scales, dan safety sport equipment which can be accessed easily and free. It is also recommended for the health office to promote balanced nutrition using the peer educator approach.

Total responden pada penelitian ini yaitu 305 mahasiswa/I S1 Universitas Indonesia tahun angkatan 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motif utama pemilihan makanan pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia tahun angkatan 2018 selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah harga (m = 3,44), suasana hati (m = 3,31), dan daya taraik sensoris (m = 3,14).

Abstrak:
Latar Belakang: Rokok elektronik saat ini sudah menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat modern. Selama 10 tahun terakhir terdapat peningkatan signifikan pengguna rokok elektronik di Indonesia antara tahun 2011 hingga 2021 yaitu dari 0,3% menjadi 3,0%. Penelitian terdahulu di Universitas Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi penggunaan rokok elektronik secara rutin mencapai 50%. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku penggunaan rokok elektronik pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan studi cross-sectional. Hasil: Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara faktor-faktor jenis kelamin (p=0,021), pengetahuan (p=0,027), perceived susceptibility (p=<0,001), perceived severity (p=<0,001), perceived benefits (p=<0,001), perceived barriers (p=<0,001), self-efficacy (p=<0,001), dan cue to action (p=<0,001) dengan perilaku penggunaan rokok elektronik. Namun pada faktor umur ditemukan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan (p=0,062). Diskusi: Faktor-faktor dalam Health Belief Model seperti faktor demografi (jenis kelamin dan pengetahuan), perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, benefits, barriers, self-efficacy, dan cue to action terbukti berpengaruh terhadap perilaku penggunaan rokok elektronik pada mahasiswa.
