Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas evaluasi kesesuaian antara sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif (sprinkler, alarm, detektor asap dan panas, APAR, pompa kebakaran dan hidran), pasif (konstruksi bangunan dan komaprtemen), sarana penyelamatan jiwa (sarana jalan keluar, Koridor, Tangga darurat, Tanda petunjuk arah, Pintu darurat dan Pencahayaan Darurat ) dan Manajemen Keselamatan Kebakaran Gendung (MKKG) dengan acuan peraturan di Indonesia berupa PERMEN PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, PERWAL DEPOK No. 14 Tahun 2012, KEPMENAKER No.KEP.186/MEN/1999 serta beberapa Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan komparatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran Aktif, Pasif, Sarana Penyelamatan Jiwa dan Manajemen Keselamatan Kebakaran Gedung (MKKG) yang tersedia belum sesuai dengan acuan yang digunakan.
This study discussed about suitability evaluation of active fire protection system (sprinkler, alaram, heat and smoke detektor, APAR/minor fire extinguisher, fire pump and hydrant), passive fire protection system (building construction and compartment), life saving equipment (exit way, corridor, emergency stairs, direction sign, emergency doors and emergency lighting) and building?s fire safety management with regulatory reference of Indonesia PERMEN PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, PERWAL DEPOK No. 14 Tahun 2012, KEPMENAKER No.KEP.186/MEN/1999 and some of standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap gambaran manajementanggap darurat kebakaran dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa yang ada di gedung FakultasFarmasi Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitikdengan melakukan observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil daripenelitian ini selanjutnya dibandingkan kesesuaiannya dengan Permen PU No.20/PRT/M/2009, Permen PU No.26/PRT/M/2008, Kepmen PU No. 10/KPTS/2000, SNI03-1746-2000, SNI 03-6574-2001, dan dan standar internasional NFPA 101. Hasilpenelitian didapatkan bahwa Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia belum memilikimanajemen tanggap darurat kebakaran yang sesuai dengan standar. Saranapenyelamatan jiwa yang belum semuanya terpenuhi adalah koridor, pintu darurat,tangga darurat, petunjuk arah jalan keluar, dan pencahayaan darurat. Dari hasilpenelitian maka diperlukan pengadaan bagi manajemen tanggap darurat kebakaran danperbaikan bagi sarana penyelamatan jiwa yang belum memenuhi persyaratan, sertadilakukan pemeliharaan bagi yang sudah terpenuhi.

Abstrak:
Bencana merupakan sesuatu hal yang datang tanpa diduga, dimana dan kapanakan terjadinya. Ciri khas yang umum terjadi pada saat bencana datang adalahkepanikan yang dialami manusia, hingga akhirnya memakan korban jiwa dankerusakan yang lebih besar. Salah satu risiko terbesar bagi pekerja di gedungbertingkat yaitu terjadinya kebakaran, risiko tersebut bisa datang dari berbagaihal. Namun, risiko terjadinya kebakaran sebenarnya dapat dikurangi ataupundihindarkan dengan memperhatikan aspek pencegahan dan penanggulangankebakaran. Penelitian ini mengenai kajian tingkat pemenuhan saranapenyelamatan jiwa, sistem proteksi aktif dan sistem manajemen kebakaran digedung XYZ tahun 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapandari gedung dan perusahaan dalam mencegah dan mengurangi dampak dari risikokebakaran. Desain penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan melakukanperbandingan kesesuaian keadaan pada lokasi penelitian dan regulasi yang berlakudi Indonesia. Pengamatan dilakukan pada beberapa lantai dan area parkir gedungXYZ, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pemenuhan saranapenyelamatan jiwa sebesar 94,6%, tingkat pemenuhan pada sistem proteksi aktifsebesar 92% dan sistem manajemen kebakaran sebesar 100%.Kata Kunci:Manajemen Kebakaran, Mitigasi, Gedung

One of the biggestrisks for workers in high-rise building. the occurrence of fires, the risk can comefrom a variety of things. However, the risk of fires can actually be reduced oravoided by considering the aspects of prevention and mitigation of fires. Thisresearch study regarding the level of fulfillment of the means of save lives facility,active protection system and fire management system at XYZ building in 2016.The purpose of research to know preparedness of the building in the scope of themeans of salvation, active protection systems, and fire management system inpreventing and reducing the impact of the fire risk. The design research was anobservational approach to compare study between XYZ Building and regulationapplicable in Indonesia.
