Abstrak:
Pekerjaan manual handling memiliki angka tertinggi penyebab terjadinya kasus Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada tahun 2012. Oleh karena itu, penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko manual handling pada pekerjaangkut barang di stasiun Pasar Senen Jakarta tahun 2014. Faktor risiko manualhandling antara lain faktor pekerjaan, karakteristik pekerja, lingkungan kerja, sertalayout tempat kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectionaldengan besar sampel 61 pekerja. Metode yang digunakan berupa Quick ExposureChecklist (QEC) untuk menilai faktor risiko pekerjaan serta kuesioner Nordic BodyMap untuk mengetahui keluhan subjektif MSDs pada pekerja. Berdasarkan hasilpenilaian QEC diketahui bahwa aktivitas yang memiliki risiko paling tinggi adalahaktivitas menaikkan atau mengangkat barang ke bagasi dengan tingkat risiko 86%.Sebesar 97% responden mengalami keluhan MSDs. Bagian tubuh yang palingbanyak dikeluhkan adalah pada bagian pinggang, kaki, tangan, bahu dan punggung.Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerjaan manual handlingpada pekerja angkut barang memiliki tingkat risiko yang sangat tinggi dandibutuhkan investigasi dan perubahan segera mungkin. Porter sebaiknyamemperbaiki cara mengangkat, menurunkan, dan membawa barang dengan baik danaman untuk mencegah terjadinya keluhan MSDs.Kata Kunci: manual handling, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), QEC, faktor Risiko

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pekerja Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) di PusatPerbelanjaan X Kota, Depok yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tingkat risiko ergonomiterhadap kejadian CTDs yang dialami pekerja. CTDs disebabkan karena SPG yangberkerja di supermarket atau di mall - mall lebih banyak dituntut untuk berdiri danbergerak aktif dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Selain itu mereka juga diwajibkan untuk menggunakan sepatu dengan hak yang tinggi saat bekerja. Penilaian risiko pekerjaan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan diperoleh 2 aktivitas yang memiliki tingkat risiko sangat tinggi yaitu aktivitas merapihkan produk di rakdengan posisi jongkok dan aktivitas memeriksa stok produk dengan posisi jongkok. Aktivitas dengan risiko tinggi yaitu aktivitas menulis pembukuan dengan posisi membungkuk tanpa menggunakan meja dan aktivitas merapihkan produk di keranjang dengan posisi berdiri. Tindakan pengendalian yang dilakukan untuk risiko sangat tinggiyaitu dengan melakukan perubahan pada seluruh aplikasi kerja, sedangkan untuk risikotinggi dilakukan pengendalian dengan investigasi dan perubahan pada postur kerja sertalingkungan. Berdasarkan Nordic Body Map bagian tubuh pekerja SPG pusat perbelanjaanX kota Depok tahun 2012 yang paling banyak mengalami gejala CTDs adalah betis kanandan kiri (83,33%), kaki kanan dan kiri (56,67). Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi tingkat risiko tersebut yaitu dengan menyesuaikan tinggi meja dengan tinggipekerja, mengubah desain lay out, menggunakan sepatu yang flat.Kata kunci: ergonomi, CTDs, REBA, Nordic Body Map
