Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesehatan kerja yang bertujuan untuk melakukan manajemen risiko, dimulai dengan identifikasi bahaya, analisis dan evaluasi risiko dan mengetahui besaran risiko bahaya yang terdapat pada kegiatan kerja di Instalasi Ptologi RSUP Fatmawati. Disain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan semikuantitatif untuk analisis risiko. Teridentifikasi bahaya risiko tinggi yaitu terpajan spesimen dan terpajan bahan infeksius pada penggunaan pipet. Risiko substansial yaitu pada bahaya kebakaran dan ledakan. Risiko sedang yaitu bahaya terkerna pecahan tabung, petridis, dan object glass yang mengandung bahan infeksius, tertusuk jarum suntik, bahaya zat kimia, terkena sengatan listrik, terkena siraman air panas dan mata lelah. Telah dilakukan pengendalian bahaya di laboratorium ini yaitu engineering control, standard operating procedures dan APD, namun masih terdapat risiko residu pada bahaya tersebut dan telah direkomendasi pengelolaan dan pengendalian risikonya. This study discusses about the occupational health which aims to conduct risk management, it begins from hazards identification, risk analysis and risk evaluate, and find out the magnitude of risk hazards which found in work activities of Pathology Installation in RSUP Fatmawati. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive with a semiquantitative approach to risk analysis. Identified of high risk hazards are specimen exposure and exposed to infectious material on the use of pipette. Substantial risk are fire and explosion hazards. Moderate risk are the fractional hazard of tube, petridisc, and objects glass that contain infectious material, needle stick, chemical hazards, electrical shock, exposure to hot water and eyes fatigue. Hazard control has been performed in this laboratory, that is engineering controls, standard operating procedures (SOP) and PPE, but there are still residual risks and hazards risk management and risk control has recomended. Distribution of oil and gas via land transportation has a potential risk, such as roadaccident, explosion and fire due to oil and gas chemical properties. Therefore, it isnecessary to control the risk through implementation of Land Transport SafetyManagement System (LTSMS). This study was aimed to describetheimplementation of LTMSM at one of Oil and Gas distributor PT.X TBBMPlumpang 2016. This is a descriptive and qualitative assessment study using achecklist, interview respondents and work area observation. This research hasshown that the LTSMS has been properly implemented,but supervision, periodicaudits and written documents need to be improved.Keywords: oil and gas distribution, Land Transport Safety Management System(LTSMS), road accidents.
The office sector located in high-rise buildings has the potential for significant fire hazards and risks. This study focuses on the analysis of active protection systems, passive protection systems, means of escape, and fire safety management at PT XYZ Head Office. The research design uses an observational study with a semi-quantitative approach. Data collecting is gathered through direct observation, interviews, document review, and using the checklist sheet instrument. Data analysis is performed by comparing the actual conditions with Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 26/PRT/M/2008, Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 48 Tahun 2016, Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 20 Tahun 2009, and Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). According to the results of the study, the active fire protection system obtained a percentage level of conformity of 85,2% with good criteria, the passive fire protection system obtained a percentage level of conformity of 66,6% with sufficient criteria, means of escape obtained a percentage level of conformity of 91,5% with good criteria, and fire safety management obtained the percentage of conformity level of 91,8% with good criteria. In general, the elements of fire protection systems and fire safety management at PT XYZ Head Office have complied with regulations and standards with an average percentage of 83,7%.
As a place of work, hospitals have high dangers and risks, especially related to occupational safety and health. Therefore, in order to protect human resources, assets, and hospital facilities, a comprehensive system is needed in managing OSH implementation in hospitals. To ensure the OSH system is implemented properly, special assessment instrumens are needed to be able to describe the extent to which the OSH system has been implemented in hospitals. In order to develop an appropriate assessment instrumen for hospital patients, this study conducts an analysis related to hospital SMK3 assessment elements, through a review of existing research results. Based on searches conducted on the Science Direct, Jstor, SpringerLink, ProQuest, Sage Publication, Oxford Journal, Google Scholar, and Garuda Dikti databases, 486,132 journals were obtained. Through the evaluation of inclusion and exclusion tests, 18 literatures were selected. From the 18 literatures, it was found that important elements needed in assessing hospital SMK3 implementation are: OSH implementation, building and maintaining commitments, OHS risk management, and developing the skills and abilities of hospital staff.
This research discussed about the application of Management System Occupational Health and Safety in RST Dompet Dhuafa Hospital with assessment criteria from Indonesian Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012. Hospital as one of the health care facilities that have the highest potential for accidents and occupational diseases are required to do the assessment of implementation Management System of Occupational Health and Safety to minimize the risk of health hazards and the assessment of the achievements for management system of occupational health and safety in that hospital itself . Therefore, these analysis deemed necessary to determine the application of the system from policy, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, to review and improvement of Occupational Health and Safety at Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa Hospital. The research method that used by the authors of this research is qualitative descriptive with Cross-sectional design study. Collecting data in this study conducted with a observation, document review, and in-depth interviews. And for the analysis data, the authors using 12 elements with 166 criteria in Appendix II of Indonesian Govermant Regulation No. 50 of 2012. The final results of this research, that the implementation of the management system occupational health and safety in RST Dompet Dhuafa Hospital is good with a percentage of 77.6 %. 125 criteria have been implemented, 36 criteria are still in the process or have not been implemented, and the other criteria (5 criteria) are considered irrelevant to the RST Dompet Dhuafa Hospital.
