Abstrak:
Penelitian ini merupakan penilaian ergonomi di tempat kerja konstruksi Proyek Apartemen Pejaten Park Residence PT PP Persero tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional, melalui observasi langsung pada seluruh tahapan kegiatan. Penilaian tingkat risiko ergonomi menggunakan metode Ovake Working Assesment (OWAS) dan Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC), sedangkan keluhan MSDs per bagian tubuh yang dirasakan pekerja menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Maps. Berdasarkan metode OWAS hasil analisis risiko ergonomi pada pekerjaan plesteran, pengecatan, pemasangan keramik, dan pemasangan plafon memiliki tingkat risiko menengah, sedangkan berdasarkan metode QEC tingkat risiko ergonomi per bagian tubuh rata- rata pada setiap pekerjaan, pada punggung memiliki risiko tinggi, bahu/lengan dan pergelangan tangan memiliki risiko sedang, dan leher memiliki risiko sangat tinggi. Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Maps, paling banyak merasakan keluhan gangguan otot rangka pada pinggang (62,9%), leher bagian atas (61,4%), punggung (60%), bahu kanan (58,6%), dan bahu kiri (55,7%). Upaya untuk mengatasi pajanan ergonomi dan keluhan MSDs dapat dilakukan dengan meninjau kembali desain kerja, peralatan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja.
This study is an ergonomic assesment in the construction workplace at project of Apartment Pejaten Park Residence PT PP Persero in 2016. This research is a quantitatve descriptive research with cross sectional study design, through direct observation at all stages of activity. Based on the results of risk analysis methods OWAS ergonomics at work plastering, painting, tiling, and installation of ceiling has a medium risk level, while based on QEC method ergonomic risk levels per body part on average at every task, on the back has a high risk, shoulder / arm and the wrist has a moderate risk, and the neck has a very high risk. Nordic Body Map questionnaire results about MSDs complaints were many who complained on the the waist (62.9%), upper neck (61.4%), back (60%), right shoulder (58.6%), and left shoulder (55,7%). Efforts to overcome the ergonomic exposures and MSDs complaint can be done with the review of design work, equipment, and environment in the workplace.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang nilai risiko yang didapat pada proses kegiatan instalasi listrik di proyek Pembangunan Apartement Park View Condominiumn Depok Town Square oleh PT. X tahun 2012. Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menganalisis nilai kemungkinan, pemajanan dan konsekuensi dari setiap tahapanpekerjaan yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar level risiko semikuantitatif W.T. Fine J untuk mengetahui level risiko yang ada pada setiap kegiatan proses instalasi listrik tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptifanalitik dengan menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif AS/NZS 4360:2004. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa level risiko yang dimiliki pada kegiatan prosesinstalasi listrik di proyek tersebut meliputi level : very high, priority 1,substantial, priority 3.

Abstrak:
Pekerjaan di bidang konstruksi merupakan pekerjaan yang menuntut aktivitas fisik, pekerjaan yang terus berubah, dan memiliki aktivitas manual handling yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran faktor risiko ergonomi serta mengitung tingkat risiko ergonomi pada task pembesian pekerjaan konstruksi pembangunan jembatan di Proyek N PT XYZ. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi observasional, deskriptif, evaluatif. Tingkat risiko ergonomi dinilai menggunakan 2 metode penilaian yaitu menggunakan Ovako Working Posture Analysis Sistem (OWAS) dengan cara merekam postur dan menggunakan penilaian Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dengan acara analisis postur di setiap fase kerja task pembesian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor pekerjaan berupa postur, beban, frekuensi, dan durasi merupakan faktor risiko ergonomi pada task pembesian pekerjaan konstruksi jambatan. Penilaian tingkat risiko berdasarkan OWAS diklasifikasikan menjadi 4 kategori risiko yaitu; 55% postur termasuk kategori 1, 37% postur masuk ke dalam kategori 2, 6% postur masuk ke dalam kategori 3, dan 2% dari postur tubuh yang terekam merupakan postur tubuh berisiko paling tinggi. Rekomendasi aksi penilaian OWAS mengidentifikasi postur tubuh punggung membungkuk serta postur kaki berjongkok merupakan postur tubuh yang paling berisiko. Penilaian tingkat risiko ergonomi berdasarkan skor akhir penilaian REBA memperlihatkan fase kerja pindah besi merupakan aktivitas pekerjaan berisiko menengah dengan skor akhir REBA 7. Sedangkan fase kerja lainnya yaitu; fase kerja bongkar besi, perakitan besi, dan pengikatan besi merupakan fase kerja dengan aktivitas berisiko tinggi dengan skor akhir REBA adalah 10 sehingga harus diinvestigasi, serta perlu implementasi perbaikan. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai identifikasi dan analisis risiko keselamatan kerja pada pekerjaan pemasangan panel precast konstruksi di proyek pembangunan Apartemen A oleh PT. X tahun 2017. Penilaian risiko ini dititikberatkan kepada risiko yang akan dialami pekerja pada pekerjaan pemasangan panel precast yang terdiri atas 4 tahapan, yaitu: tahap pembongkaran panel precast, tahap lifting/erecting precast, tahap install/setting precast, tahap finishing pemasangan precast. Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menganalisis nilai kemungkinan (probability), pajanan (exposure), dan konsekuensi (consequences) dari setiap pekerjaan yang kemudian dibandingkan sengan standar tingkat risiko semi kuantitatif W.T. Fine J. Untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko yang ada pada setiap proses pekerjaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif AS/NZS 4360: 2004 tentang Manajemen Risiko. Disain penelitian yang dilakukan ialah penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara obervasi, wawancara tak terstruktur, dan melihat data milik perusahaan. dari hasil penelitian ditemukan 62 risiko yang kemudian dikategorikan ke dalam level risiko. Dari 62 risiko yang ditemukan, 4 risiko masuk ke dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 23 risiko masuk ke dalam kategori prioritas 1, 9 risiko masuk ke dalam kategori substansial, 8 risiko masuk ke dalam kategori prioritas 3, dan 18 risiko masuk ke dalam kategori dapat diterima. Risk assessment is focused to the risk that will be experienced by workers especially the panel concrete installing which consisted 4 stages and these are loading stage, lifting stage, installing stage, and finishing stage. the risk assessment in done by analizing the value of probability, exposure, and consequences of each phase of the work, then the values is compared to the standard of semi-quantitative risk level W.T Fine J to determine the level of risk involved in each stage of the precast concrete installing job process. This study is using semi-quantitative method AS/NZS 4360:2004 which is about Risk Assessment. The design of this study is a descriptive-analytic with cross-sectional approach.
