Sexual abuse of female street children is serious problem !hat affects the physical, emotional, and sexual health of the person !hat lives with it Sexual abuse of female street children are breast touching, masturbation of perpetrators, exhibitionism, and sexual intercourse. Tills research is aimed to figure out the sexual abuse of eight female street children at eight places of street children in East Jakarta and the impact of their reproductive health. Eight female street children are interviewed using purposive sampling and snowballing technique. Research result brings to a conclusion that children of street have risk more bigger than children on street. The impacts of sexual abuse of female street children are unwanted pregnancies, unsafe abortion and sexual transmitted infections.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual pada anak jalanan di Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, dan Medan dengan menggunakan data Save the Children yang didukung oleh USAID.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase perilaku seksual anak jalanan sebesar 6,9%. Faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi perilaku seksual adalah umur, kota, tempat tinggal, penggunaan napza, dan konsumsi rokok.
Dari penelitian ini disarankan perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut menggunakan desain penelitian dengan teknik pengambilan sampel systematic snow balling. Bagi LSM Pendampingan Anak Jalanan melakukan program penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi menjadi agenda utama bagi anak jalanan secara intensif, konsisten, dan berkelanjutan. Dan, bagi lembaga donor agar memprioritaskan dana bantuan bagi pemberdayaan anak jalanan di kota Bandung dan Jakarta yang lebih memiliki peluang untuk terjadinya perilaku seksual.
Sexual behavior can give disadvantage among street children because it will be a health problem like unwanted pregnant, unsafe abortion, and increasing risk to Sexual Transmitted Diseases (STDs) include HIV/AIDS. And also it can be cause retardation for growing up and development.
This study has aimed to know the factors that association with the sexual behavior among street children in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan using data from Save the Children with supported by USAID.
The result of this study showed that percentage of the sexual behavior is 6,9%. The dominant factors that influence the sexual behavior are age, city, shelter, using napza, and cigarette consume.
From this study, it has suggested to conduct the continue study using systematic snow balling sampling. For the NGO (Non Government Organization) like Save the Children could be done by communication, information, education of reproduction health with intensive, consistent, and continuity. And, for funding agencies, they have to be priority to empowerment among street children in Bandung and Jakarta that they have a chance to occur the sexual behavior.
Tesis ini tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual berisiko pada anak jalanan di Sekolah Masjid Terminal Depok. Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh anak jalanan yang terdaftar sebagai siswa di Sekolah Masjid Terminal Depok, dengan cara snow balling sampling didapat jumlah sampel minimal sebanyak 87 anal.
Hasil penelitian didapat 33% anak jalanan berperilaku seksual berisiko, faktor-faktor yang berhubungan bermakna adalah umur, pendidikan, riwayat pacaran, hubungan dengan orang tua, riwayat perlakuan salah seksual, pemakaian zat psikoaktif dan perilaku berkelahi. Pemakaian zat psikoaktif merupakan faktor paling dominan, dengan nilai p 0,001 dan OR 6. Meskipun secara kuantitatif jumlah anak jalanan yang berperilaku seksual berisiko kecil, namun perilaku seksual belum saatnya dilakukan oleh anak-anak, sehingga secara kualitatif hal tersebut merupakan hal yang serius.
This thesis is about the factors related to a risky sexual behavior on the street children in Sekolah Masjid Terminal Depok. This is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. The population and the sample were all street children enrolled as students in Sekolah Masjid Terminal Depok, by way of snow balling sampling obtained 87 midwives in minimum as the sample.
The results showed that 33% of street children have a risky sexual behavior, those related factors are age, education, history of courtship, relationships with parents, history of misconducted-sexual, psychoactive substances usage and fighting behavior. Psychoactive substances usage becomes the most dominant factor, with p values of 0.001 and OR 6. Quantitatively, the number of street children having a risky sexual behavior is a little. Nevertheless, sexual behavior should not be done by the children, so that qualitatively it becomes a serious thing to be concerned of.
Adolescents are part of the nation's next generation who have a big role in the progress of a nation. Characteristics of adolescents tend to have high curiosity, want to be recognized for their existence and unstable emotions, easily influenced by friends, prioritizing group solidarity, causing adolescents to be vulnerable to risky sexual behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive health knowledge on premarital sexual behavior of adolescents aged 15-24 years in Indonesia using the 2017 IDHS data. The design used in this study was cross sectional with a sample of 12,903 respondents who met the study inclusion criteria. The results showed that 44% of respondents who are currently or have been dating who have ever engaged in premarital sexual behavior and respondents who have low knowledge are 40.9%. The results of the multivariate analysis of the effect of knowledge of reproductive health on premarital sexual behavior found that respondents who had knowledge of low reproductive health had a risk of engaging in premarital sexual behavior by 0.8 times compared to those who had high knowledge after being controlled by peer influence.
This study investigated pre-marital sexual behavior and its associated factorsamong adolescent street children in Himmata Foundation with period ofDecember 2013. A quantitative research using cross-sectional design wasemployed in this study. The participants were 110 adolescent street children livingin Himmata Foundation. The chi square test and logistic regression predictionmodel was used for analyzing the data. Data analysis revealed that there were 33.6% of street children suffered from pre-marital sexual behavior. Factors associatedwith pre-marital sexual debut were assessed using bivariate and multivariatestatistical test. The results of bivariate statistical test showed significantcorrelation between gender, age, educational background, place of residence,employment status, puberty, and media exposure to pornography exposure amongchildren. The results of multivariate statistical tests described that the onset ofpuberty and reproductive health knowledge were the most dominant variableassociated with pre-marital sexual behavior among the children. The largest OR ofdata analysis was puberty 8.6 which means the puberty was affected by 8.6 timesagainst pre-marital sexual behavior among the respondents. From this research weknow the relation between the ten variables with premarital sexual behavior ofadolescence street children. Penelitian membahas KDRT yang berakibat tidak terpenuhinya hak reproduksi istri. Tujuannya untuk mengidentifikasi kekerasan fisik, psikis, ekonomi, dan seksual serta akibatnya terhadap pemenuhan hak reproduksi, tempat korban mencari pertolongan, dan harapan terhadap pemerintah. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dan cross setional. Respondennya adalah perempuan menikah. Hasil analisis didapatkan KDRT sebanyak 86,2%, kekerasan psikis 77,7%, kekerasan ekonomi 59,8%, kekerasan seksual 53,1% dan 23,6% kekerasan fisik. Akibatnya terhadap tidak terpenuhi hak reproduksi istri sebanyak 58%. Kekerasan ekonomi, seksual, fisik bermakna secara statistik. Tempat korban mengadu adalah orang tua, 41,1%. Harapan kepada pemerintah adalah diberikannya bantuan hukum, 41,5%.
The research is aimed at describing the domestic violence occured in Indonesia which brings about the unfulfillment of the rights of wives. The objectives of the research are to identify physical, psychological, economical, and sexual violence and the impacts to the fulfillment of the rights of sexual reproduction, to figure out the place where the victims gets protection, and to explain the expectations of the victims toward the government. The research is qualitatively and descriptively done and cross sectional. Subject is the women who have been married. Having analyzed the data, it is found that 86.2 percentage of respondents had ever been the victims of domestic violence within their marriage, 77,7 % psychological, 59.8 % of the economical, 53.1% of sexual, and 23,6 % of physical violence. The impacts experienced are unfulfillment 58%. These violences are statistically meaningful. Parents are those to whom the violence mostly complain (41.1%). Around 41.5 % of the victims expect that the government will give them judicial support.
