Abstrak:
Obesitas adalah faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kejadian obesitas berdasarkan asupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 104 responden yang merupakan PNS di Kantor Dinas Kesehatan kota Depok. Obesitas diukur menggunakan Indeks Massa Tubuh. Sebanyak 50% PNS mengalami obesitas (IMT > 25 kg/m2 ). Dari beberapa variabel yang diuji, terdapat perbedaan bermakna kejadian obesitas berdasarkan asupan energi, karbohidrat, dan lemak, serta kebiasaan makan di luar rumah baik pada pria maupun wanita. Setelah dikontrol oleh jenis kelamin, perbedaan tersebut hanya bermakna pada wanita. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PNS disarankan untuk mengurangi makanan yang mengandung karbohidrat dan lemak yang berlebihan, serta mengurangi frekuensi makan di luar rumah untuk mencegah obesitas.

A total of 104 civil servants of Depok Health Department were included in this study. Obesity was measured using Body Mass Index. The prevalence of obesity (BMI > 25 kg/m2 ) was 50%. From the tested variables, there were significant differences in proportion of energy, carbohydrate, and protein intake, as well as eating out of home on the prevalence of obesity in both men and women. After controlled by sex, the differences were only significant in women, but not in men. The results suggest that civil servants to reduce energy, carbohydrate, and fat intake, as well as the frequency of eating out of home.

Gizi lebih berhubungan dengan risiko kematian akibat penyakit diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan proporsi kejadian gizi lebih berdasarkan asupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, perilaku sedentari, pengetahuan gizi & gizi lebih, dan kebiasaan sarapan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 110 responden yang merupakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok. Pengukuran status gizi lebih menggunakan indeks masa tubuh, asupan gizi menggunakan metode food recall 2x24 jam, aktivitas fisik menggunakan GPAQ, perilaku sedentari menggunakan SBQ, pengetahuan gizi & gizi lebih dan kebiasaan sarapan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 53,6% PNS mengalami gizi lebih (IMT ≥ 25 kg/m2 ). Terdapat perbedaan proporsi bermakna pada variabel asupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, pengetahuan gizi & gizi lebih, dan kebiasaan sarapan. Setelah dilakukan analisis stratifikasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin, terdapat perbedaan proporsi bermakna variabel asupan energi pada lakilaki sedangkan variabel lainnya bermakna pada perempuan saja. Gizi lebih terjadi pada setengah responden PNS di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok. Anjuran untuk konsumsi makanan rendah kalori, rendah lemak, dan tinggi serat serta peningkatan aktivitas fisik dapat mengurangi angka kejadian gizi lebih dan mencegah pertambahan berat badan.

Abstrak:
Konseling dengan pendekatan gaya hidup untuk perubahan perilaku, salah satunya dengan diet penurunan kalori, telah terbukti dapat menangani gizi lebih. Akan tetapi, pemberian intervensi tatap muka memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, antara lain keterbatasan jangkauan intervensi, serta pemberian umpan balik yang tidak tepat waktu. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa konseling gizi dengan menggunakan metode telehealth dapat berperan dalam penanganan gizi lebih. Saat ini penelitian mengenai telehealth dalam bidang gizi di Indonesia masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pendampingan gizi yang meliputi pemberian konseling, edukasi, dan monitoring evaluasi berbasis telehealth terhadap pengetahuan gizi dan asupan zat gizi makro. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimental dengan pemberian intervensi selama 3 minggu berupa pendampingan gizi pada 21 PNS wanita di Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Sosial, dan Dinas Pemuda Olahraga Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Depok (perlakuan) dan edukasi gizi pada 15 PNS wanita Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok (kontrol) yang mengalami gizi lebih. Penelitian ini menilai perubahan pengetahuan gizi dan asupan gizi makro setelah diberikan intervensi dengan menggunakan uji beda rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan (p value 0,010), penurunan asupan energi (p value 0,010), protein (p value 0,016), dan karbohidrat (p value 0,001) pada kelompok perlakuan dan adanya penurunan asupan protein (p value 0,012) pada kelompok kontrol setelah diberikan intervensi. Tidak terdapat perbedaan perubahan pengetahuan gizi dan asupan zat gizi makro antar kelompok.

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang prevalensinya terus meningkat, terutama pada kelompok usia dewasa di wilayah perkotaan seperti Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor asupan (natrium, lemak, serat, kalium), Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT), dan gaya hidup (aktivitas fisik, merokok, dan stres) dengan kejadian hipertensi serta mengidentifikasi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi hipertensi pada penduduk dewasa usia 45–59 tahun di Kecamatan Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 153 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan pengukuran langsung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian didapatkan prevalensi hipertensi pada responden sebesar 54,9%, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah responden dalam kelompok usia tersebut menderita hipertensi. Pada uji multivariat dengan memasukkan faktor asupan natrium, lemak, serat, aktivitas fisik, merokok dan stress didapatkan hasil nilai p = 0,025 pada asupan natrium (OR = 2,276) dan merokok (OR = 2,805), hal ini menjadikan keduanya sebagai faktor dominan yang berkontribusi terhadap hipertensi.
Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases with a continuously increasing prevalence, particularly among the adult population in urban areas such as Jakarta. This study aims to examine the relationship between dietary factors (sodium, fat, fiber, potassium), Body Mass Index (BMI), and lifestyle factors (physical activity, smoking, and stress) with the incidence of hypertension, as well as to identify the dominant factors influencing hypertension among adults aged 45–59 years in Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta. A cross-sectional study design was employed, involving a total of 153 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct measurements. Data analysis was conducted using chi-square tests and logistic regression. The results showed a hypertension prevalence of 54.9% among respondents, indicating that more than half of individuals in this age group were affected by hypertension. Multivariate analysis, which included sodium intake, fat intake, fiber intake, physical activity, smoking, and stress, revealed that sodium intake (p = 0.025; OR = 2.276) and smoking (OR = 2.805) were the dominant contributing factors to hypertension.
