Beban kerja yang dilimpahkan kepada perawat untuk memasukkan data administrasi pasien ke dalam komputer mengambil sebagian waktu perhatian untuk pasien. Kemampuan perawat untuk memasukkan data ke dalam komputer berbeda - beda memberi dampak terhadap jumlah waktu yang berkurang kepada pasien. Kebijakan regulasi yang diambil pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk menugaskan perawat melaksanakan aktivitas pemasukan data. Pemanfaatan komputer untuk pemasukan data yang harus tetap menjaga kerahasiaan pasien. Keluhan pada perawat yang mengatakan beban kerjanya terlalu tinggi karena harus melaksanakan tugas pemasukan data yang merupakan tugas administrasi. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang rawat inap ibu RSIA Hermina Podomoro menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi terhadap aktivitas perawat menurut metode work sampling dan kemudian hasil observasi dianalisis dan dilakukan wawancara kepada perawat. Pemasukan data mencapai 7,04% dan jenis tugas perawat di rumah sakit 39,87% dengan 2 orang perawat mengeluh pemasukan data dilakukan setelah jam kerja. Disarankan pemasukan data pasien yang dilakukan setelah melaksanakan secara penuh tugas perawat di rumah sakit. Diperlukan pengkajian kegiatan asisten dokter dan lain-lain yang dimungkinkan untuk disederhanakan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Pemasukan Data.
The workload is delegated to nurses to enter data into the computer patient administratiotook some time for patient care. Regulatory policy taken by the hospitamanagement to assign nurses perform data entry activity. Use of computers for data entry thamust keep patient confidentiality. Complaints to the nurse who said her workload is too hig because they have to perform data entry tasks that are administrative duties. The study was conducted in mother of wards using quantitative and qualitative approacheto observe the activities of nurses according to the method of work sampling then analyzed thresults of observations and interviews with nurses. The data entry reached 7.04% and the typof duties of nurses in hospitals 39.87% with 2 nurses complain of data entry is done aftbusiness hours. It is recommended that the patient data entry is done after fully carrying out theduties of nurses at the hospital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar diperolehnya solusi dalam pemecahan masalah serta cara pengelolaan yang efektif terhadap piutang asuransi dan perusahaan yang terikat kerjasama agar mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan sistem yang berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari penelitian dilakukan triangulasi sumber dan metode melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara mendalam dan kajian dokumen.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa target yang tidak tercapai disebabkan karena belum dilakukannya pengelolaan piutang yang efektif, seperti belum lengkapnya prosedur untuk mendukung proses, upaya penagihan belum maksimal, laporan piutang belum tersedia sesuai kebutuhan, pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan dan output piutang belum optimal, dan sistem informasi piutang yang belum dapat mendukung proses.
Pada akhir penelitian ini disarankan untuk melengkapi seluruh prosedur kerja yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan yang diusulkan peneliti, membentuk tim penagihan regional, diklat dan umpan balik untuk SDM piutang, penambahan dan penyempurnaan laporan piutang, membuat evaluasi berkala dan meningkatkan pengawasan, serta membuat sistem informasi piutang yang handal.
The management of account receivables is a key aspect in hospital management that needs special attention and professional handling due to the inherent potential problems of uncollectible receivables. Therefore an effective account receivable management becomes of utmost importance in the financial management of RSIA Hermina Bogor in order to achieve targets.
This research uses a qualitative approach with problem-solving orientation. To reach the objectives, the research was conducted by source and method triangulation using direct observations, in-depth interviews, as well as real data analyses.

This study discusses the perceptions of nursing staff on the patient safety culture at RSIA SamMarie Basra in 2017. The purpose of this study is to get a description of the perceptions of nursing staff on patient safety culture that can reflect the quality level of patient safety implementation at RSIA SamMarie Basra. This research is a quantitative research with survey method and cross sectional approach. The results showed that 53,1% of nursing staff at RSIA SamMarie Basra had a good perception of the patient safety culture. There is no significant relationship between individual characteristics on the nursing staff perceptions on patient safety culture. The researcher recommends that all workers in the hospital commit to the implementation of non-punitive response so that the patient safety culture in hospitals can be improved.

Intention to quit is someone's intention which is part of moving behavior. Intention to quit is influenced by various factors. This study aims to determine the magnitude of intention to quit, work stress, job satisfaction, violation of psychology contracts and their effects at the level of intention to quit nurses at the Pure Asih Hospital in Tangerang. This research is a cross sectional study with quantitative methods. The number of samples in this study were 62 samples. The results showed that work stress, psychological contract violations and high intention to quit occurred in nurses in pure Asih Hospital and almost half of Pure Pure RSIA nurses experienced job dissatisfaction. There is a negative relationship between work stress, violation of psychological contracts, job satisfaction to the level of intention to quit nurses at Pure Asih Hospital.
