Penelitian ini membahas kinerja dosen Jurusan Kebidanan Politeknik Kesehatan
Jakarta di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat. Masa kerja,
pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi, kehadiran, desain pekerjaan, pelatihan, insentif,
sarana dan fasilitas dihubungkan dengan hasil kinerja dosen. Penelitian cross
sectional ini menggunakan kuesioner tentang variabel independen yang diberikan
kepada 58 dosen, sedangkan penilaian kinerja diisi oleh pimpinan institusi. Hasil
penelitian 63,8% kinerja dosen baik dan 36,2% kinerja dosen kurang. Kinerja
dosen kurang disebabkan oleh tugas penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang
belum terlaksana dengan baik. Analisis multivariat membuktikan pengetahuan
berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja. Sehingga pimpinan institusi perlu
memperhatikan variabel tersebut.

This study discussing the performance of the midwifery’s lecturer in Health
Politechnic Jakarta in the educational, research and community's service. The
working periode, knowledge, attitude, motivation, presence, design of the work,
training, incentive, means and facilities associated with performance of the
lecturer. This cross sectional study using kuersioner which contains the
independent variable that was given to 58 lecturers, where as the assessment of
the performance was filled up by the head of midwifery institution. Results of this
study 63,8% good performance of the lecturer and 36,2% his performance is less.
The less performance of the lecturer because of the research and the community's
service that were still not implemented well. Multivariate analyse knowledge
evidently influential dominant towards the performance of the lecturer, so as the
head of the institution must pay attention to this variables.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuau untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja bidan di desa (bides) dan faktor-falctor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan di desa dalam pelayanan kebidanan program JPKMM di'Kabupaten Aceh Selaian tahun 2007. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuautitatif dan dianalisa secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bides yang bertugas di wilayah Aceh Selatan tahun 2007 berjumlah 117 orang dan yang menjadi sampel adalah bides yang sudah bertugas minimal 1 tahun pada bulan Agustus 2006 berjumlah 104 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar kinerja bides dalam pelayanan kebidanan program JPKMM di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan tahun 2007 kurang (56%), Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah pesaing, pembiusan, pengetahuan dan motivasi. Faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan hides adalah umur, status pernikahan, status kepegawaian, domisili, jumlah desa, sikap, imbalan, kemampuan dan pendidikan. Perlu adanya bememtaan pembinaan kepada bides dan memberikan penghargaan kepada Bidan untuk meningkatkan motivasi bidan di desa dalam melakukan pelayanan kebidanan program JPKMM.
ABSTRACT This Research aimed to find out the picture of village midwife performance and what factors that related to village midwife performance in midwifery service of program JPKMM in Aceh Selatan District, year 2007. This Research was done by a cross sectional method with quantitative approach and imivariate, `bivarite, multivariate analyzed. The Population was all village midwives in Aceh Selatan District in 2007 amormt to l 17 people and that become sampel was village midwife. Researches Result shows a large part of village midwife performances in midwifery service of program JPKMM in Sub-Province of Aceh Selatan year 2007 less (56%), Dominant Factor relaters to village midwife performance aria: competitor, supervision, knowledge and motivation. Factors which unrelated to village midwife performance are : age, marriage status, employe status, domicile, amount village, attitude, reward, ability and education. Must existence of supervision generalization to village midwife and give reward to village midwife to improve village midwife motivation in conducting service of program midwifery JPKMM.
<abstrak< b="">Perawatan saluran akar gigi (endodontik) merupakan salah satu jenis perawatan dalam bidang kedokteran gigi. Jenis perawatan ini memerlukan beberapa kali kunjungan untuk menuntaskan rasa sakit dan keluhan yang dialami seorang pasien, agar gigi dapat berfungsi kembali. Kemauan pasien untuk menjalani tahapan terapi saluran akar gigi hingga tuntas merupakan hal yang sering menjadi kendala. Tesis ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku menuntaskan perawatan akar gigi pada pasien dewasa di Lakesgilut TNI AU, yang meliputi gambaran perilaku menuntaskan, gambaran faktor pemudah, pemampu dan penguat, hubungan ketiga faktor tersebut dengan perilaku menuntaskan serta faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku menuntaskan perawatan saluran akar gigi.
Penelitian yang digunakan dalam tesis ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien menuntaskan perawatan saluran akar gigi, yang kebanyakan terdiri dari pasien wanita, berusia > 48,5 tahun, berpendidikan tinggi, dengan pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga atau tidak bekerja, memiliki pengetahuan tentang gigi yang tinggi serta sikap yang mendukung perawatan. Pada analisis bivariat, hanya faktor sikap yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku menuntaskan perawatan saluran akar gigi, dengan nilai p sebesar 0,039, dengan OR 2,439 (95% CI: 1,114 ? 5,339) atau dengan kata lain pasien bersikap mendukung perawatan saluran akar gigi berpeluang menuntaskan perawatan sebesar 2,4 kali dibanding yang tidak bersikap mendukung.
Pada analisis multivariat, faktor yang berhubungan bermakna dengan perilaku menuntaskan perawatan saluran akar gigi adalah sikap pasien dan jumlah kunjungan yang diperlukan untuk perawatan saluran akar gigi. Sikap pasien memiliki nilai p 0,030 dengan OR = 2,543 dan jumlah kunjungan memiliki nilai p sebesar 0,010 dengan OR = 0,294.
ABSTRACT
Dental root canal treatment (endodontics) is the one of treatment in the field of dentistry. This type of treatment requires multiple visits to complete and complaints of pain experienced by a patient, so that the teeth can function again. Patient's willingness to undergo root canal treatment stages to completion is often a constraint.
This thesis explores the factors associated with behavioral treatment completed dental roots in adult patients in Lakesgilut Air Force, which includes the description of complete behavior, predisposing factors, enabling factors and reinforcing factors, the relationship of these three factors with behavioral and completed the most dominant factor the complete behavior of root canal treated teeth. The research used in this thesis is a descriptive quantitative research design.
The results of univariate showed that most patients complete dental root canal treatment, which consisted mostly of female patients, aged> 48.5 years old, highly educated, with housewives work or do not work, have a high knowledge of dental and supportive attitude treatment.
In the bivariate analysis, only attitudinal factors that have a significant relationship with behavioral completed root canal treatment, with a p value of 0.039, with OR of 2.439 (95% CI: 1.114 to 5.339) or in other words being supportive patient care likely to complete the root canal care by 2.4 times compared to that not being supportive.
In the multivariate analysis, the factors significantly associated with behavioral completed root canal treatment is the attitude of the patient and the number of visits required for dental root canal treatment. Attitude has a p-value of 0.030 patients with OR = 2.543 and the number of visits has a p value of 0.010 with OR = 0,294.</abstrak<>
The hospital is a place of health service that has multi-professional characteristics and multi-risk factors. So we need a system that can protect patient safety in hospitals. One of the systems used is patient safety incident reporting. Incident reporting is needed to evaluate in achieving patient safety, so that system improvements and redesign of health services can be carried out. This study aims to analyze the factors related to the reporting of patient safety incidents at the Serang City Hospital in 2021. The study uses a mix method embedded design. The sample is 110 respondents for quantitative research and 7 respondents for qualitative research. Thetest Chi-Square showed that there was no relationship between knowledge, perception, motivation, teamwork, team leadership, safety culture and leadership with patient safety incident reporting (p-value> 0.05). Qualitative research shows that incident reporting does not occur due to the respondent's lack of knowledge about incidents that must be reported, and the need forsupport teamwork, and team leadership within the unit, as well as a punitive response that makes respondents reluctant to report. The proportion of respondents who have never reported IKP 79.2% have low knowledge, 83.6% have low perception, 83.3% have low motivation, 82.8% have teamwork low, 85.5% have not received training on IKP reporting and 81.0% have low leadership. Based on these data, activities that can increase employee knowledge need to be carried out regularly and continuously, and a system that can monitor and control each unit is needed so that incidents can be monitored and reported
