Tesis ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya gugatan medis di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer melalui penelitian arsip yang dilakukan dengan penelusuran rekam medis pasien yang melakukan gugatan medis, dan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui penelusuran bahan-bahan pustaka. Hasil penelitian memberikan saran strategis dan saran operasional untuk meminimalisir terjadinya gugatan medis di Rumah Sakit.dan dapat memberikan solusi yang meminimalisir kerugian RS apabila terjadi gugatan medis.
This Tesis study about factors that influence medical accusation in the hospital. This research is qualitatif research with descriptive design. Processing of data collection by primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected by medical record of patients who claim to hospital and deep interview with interrelated party. Secondary data collected by investigation of library document. This study give strategic suggestion and operational suggestion to minimalized medical accusation in hospital and give solution to minimalized hospital loss by medical accusation. File Digital: 1
Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa 84,8% dari variabel kepuasan karyawan di jelaskan oleh ke 6 kriteria Malcolm Baldrige, dan sisanya sebesar 15,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada pada penelitian ini.

Hospital is one of organization produce a health services that required to give quality services. One of the key factor to improve a high qualityt is employee satisfaction. This research use Malcolm Baldrige criteria that overall focus, and continues, contained in leadership, strategic planning, Customer focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce focus, process management. Research method is the sequential explanatory mixed method design. Sampling technique is total sampling, the survey by distributing questionnaires to all employees Harapan Bunda Hospital.
The results of this study the relationship strong and positive pattern of the six criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige on employee satisfaction. And results of the analysis explains that 84.8% of the variable employee satisfaction described by Malcolm Baldrige criteria and the remaining 15.2% is explained by other variables that do not exist in this study.
Dunia perumah sakitan saat ini mulai dimarakkan dengan berbagai kasus gugatan hukum khususnya gugatan hukum terhadap pelayanan medis yang diberikan kepada pasien. Gugatan hukum pada umumnya diajukan atas tuduhan telah terjadi malpraktek, kelalaian atau tindakan yang berlebihan dalam pelayanan terhadap pasien. Phenomena ini terjadi akibat meningkatnya kesadaran dan harapan pengguna layanan rumah sakit atas pelayanan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai penanganan kasus gugatan hukum ditinjau dari aspek manajemen risiko di Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik atau faktor-faktor pencetus timbulnya gugatan hukum, isyu-isyu yang menjadi pertentangan dalam penanganan kasus gugatan hukum, upaya-upaya dan para pihak yang terlibat yang dapat mendorong terjadinya kesepakatan serta diketahuinya prosedur penanganan kasus gugatan hukum, berbagai program manajemen risiko di RSPI dan tindakan pencegahan terhadap gugatan hukum. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif-analitik dengan format studi kasus, dengan sample kasus gugatan hukum Tn.ED. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam dengan panduan daftar pertanyaan dan tinjauan terhadap data sekunder dan daftar pemeriksaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya prosedur penanganan kasus gugatan hukum di RSPI yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi semua yang terlibat dalam penanganan kasus gugatan hukum agar kasus gugatan hukum dapat diselesaikan dengan secepat dan sebaik mungkin untuk menghindari risiko kerugian yang lebih besar baik moril maupun materiel. Dari hasil penelitian juga diketahui bahwa diperlukan pemahaman terhadap aspek hukum pelayanan medis khususnya aspek hukum rekam medis, persetujuan tindakan medis, pelayanan yang sub-standar, komunikasi dan informasi dokter pasien, dan lain-lain. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan kepada Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah untuk mengefektifkan program manajemen risiko yang sudah ada khususnya dalam penulisan laporan kejadian khusus atau luar biasa yang menimpa pasien khususnya kesertaan dokter didalam program-program manajemen risiko.
Case study of handling legal litigation in Pondok Indah hospitalPresently the hospital world is very busy with legal litigation especially litigation against the medical services being given to the patient. Normally the legal litigation is accused by malpractice, negligence or excessive treatment to the patient. This phenomenon occurred due to the increament of patient demand and expectation to the best practice hospital services. The objective of this research is to have an information in regards of handling legal litigation case from the point of view of risk management in Pondok Indah Hospital. The other research objectives are also to identify the characteristic of factors triggering the legal litigation, issues which became dispute during the procees of handling legal litigation, the effort from all parties involved which can be resulted to the sattlement and also to find out the procedure in handling legal litigation, various programs of risk management in Pondok Indah Hospital, and also preventive action against the legal litigation. The methodology of this research used descriptive- analitic with case study format, the sample of this research is litigation case of Mr. ED. The datas collected with depth interview methode using questionare lists as reference point and also thru tracing of secundary datas and checklist The research outcome shows the need of handling the procedure of legal litigation in RSPI which can be used as reference point for all parties involved in handling the case of legal litigation in order to proceed the legal litigation case as fast and good as possible to avoid mor risk of losses morally as well as materially. From this research can be found also the need of understanding legal aspects of medical record, the informed consent, substandard of services, communication and information between doctor and patient, etc. This research suggest to Pondok Indah Hospital to make effective the existing programs of risk management especially in implementation of incident report and involvement of the doctors on risk management programs.

This thesis discusses the trend of decline in the number of patient visits that showindications of low levels of patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB Harapan Kita, wherethe patient may be switched to another hospital or may not return to visit because it was notsatisfied by the services provided. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship ofindependent variables of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance andempathy) with the dependent variable in patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB HarapanKita in 2012. This study used a cross-sectional study design, the sample size is 106respondents were new patients or patients longer. To test for univariate analysis of frequencydistribution analysis was used, while to test bivariate analysis using quadratic kai test.The analysis showed no significant relationship between service quality and loyalty ofpatients as p value < α (α = 0.05). Obtained p value for each dimension of service quality,that is tangibles (p value = 0.001), reliability (p value = 0.023), responsiveness (p value =0.006), assurance (p value = 0.002) and empathy (p value = 0.033). So is the relationship ofpatient satisfaction with the loyalty of the patients showed a significant relationship ie, pvalue = 0.001.

This study aims to analys the hospital of patient safety culture of Awal Bros Hospital Batam in 2016. The concept used was the concept of patient safety culture from AHRQ (2004) which is adopted from Puspitasari M. research (2009), then for improvement used the concept of system reliability form Marx D. (2010). The research design was sequential explanatory, used questionnaire from AHRQ which has been translated to Indonesia language, followed by FGD to formulate the weak dimension improvement effort. Patient safety culture status categorized into medium culture, average of positive perception 70,82%. The greatest strengths are in organizational learning and continuous improvement, feedback and communication about patient safety, communication openness. Weaknesses are primarily in staffing, non-punitive responses to errors, handover and transitions must be fixed immediately. Improvement suggestions by reducing non core job assignments, employee retention programs, hotline service internal, leader lead tracer, investigator training.
