Abstrak:
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja aktivitas manual handling di proyek pembangunan gedung bertingkat PT X yang berlokasi di Cikini, Jakarta Pusat, dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat risiko ergonomi dan faktor individu terhadap keluhan gejala gangguan muskuloskeletal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dan melibatkan 85 pekerja aktivitas manual handling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penlitian ini adalah Quick Exposure Check (QEC) dan Nordic Body Map (NBM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi keluhan terbanyak yang dialami oleh pekerja yaitu pada punggung (51,8%), bahu kiri (40%), dan bahu kanan (36,5%). Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran secara umum tingkat risiko ergonomi dankeluhan subjektif muskuloskeletal yang dirasakan oleh pekerja pada pekerja DinasAircraft Support and Power Services PT GMF AeroAsia Unit Gas Turbine Repair andOverhaul. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif denganmenggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan metode Quick Exposure Checklist(QEC) dan Nordic Musculoskeletal Questtionaire (NMQ). Keluhan selama 12 bulanterakhir yang paling sering dialami pekerja Unit Gas Turbine Repair and Overhaul adalahleher (87%), bahu kanan (87%), punggung atas (67%), punggung bawah (60%), danpergelangan tangan kanan (67%) dengan variasi kategori risiko dari sedang hingga tinggi.

Abstrak:
Proses kerja di bagian Bagging Off memiliki risiko MSDs untuk pekerja.Penelitian ini menggambarkan tingkat risiko ergonomi yang berpotensimenyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja dan gambaran dari keluhansubjektif gangguan muskuloskeletal dari pekerja di PT. JAPFA ComfeedIndonesia Unit Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional denganmenggunakan REBA dan RULA untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi padasetiap tahap proses kerja dan Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk mengetahui dimana keluhan pada pekerja. Berdasarkan penilaian REBA pada proses palletingbekerja menunjukkan tingkat risiko sangat tinggi, penilaian RULA pada prosespenjahitan menunjukkan tingkat risiko yang sangat tinggi dan penilaian REBApada proses pengantongan menunjukkan tingkat risiko tinggi dan tingkat risikosedang. Penilaian NBM menunjukkan ada 20 pekerja memiliki keluhan dipinggang, 8 pekerja mengeluh di bawah pinggang dan 7 pekerja memiliki keluhandi leher bagian atas dan bahu kanan. Tingkat risiko dapat dikurangi denganmenyediakan Pallet Adjustable Berdiri untuk proses kerja palleting, mendesainulang tempat kerja pada proses penjahitan dan memberikan kursi yang cocokuntuk pekerja pada proses pengantongan. Selain itu, pekerja harus meregangkanotot sebelum bekerja, di tengah-tengah bekerja dan setelah bekerja, dan kemudianbekerja dengan postur tubuh yang benar.
