Abstrak:
Waktu tunggu merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa lama watu tunggu pasien di berbagai negara dan faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan lamanya waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan rentang waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan berkisar dari 3 menit sampai dengan 284 menit. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit terutama keterlambatan dokter, lalu jenis pembayaran, jenis poliklinik, jumlah antrean, penyediaan berkas rekam medis, kedatangan pasien sebelum jam praktik, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, lama pemeriksaan, sistem perjanjian pertemuan, lama waktu menunggu di bagian pendaftaran, keterampilan SDM, alur proses pelayanan, dan kurangnya SDM. Kata kunci: Rawat Jalan, Rumah Sakit, Waktu Tunggu Waiting time is one of the factors that can affect patient satisfaction. This study was conducted to identify the length of waiting time for patients in various countries and what factors are related to the length of time waiting for outpatients in the hospital. This research is a literature review. The results of the study showed that the waiting time range for outpatients ranged from 3 minutes to 284 minutes. Factors that affect the waiting time for outpatients at the hospital, especially late doctors, then the type of payment, the type of polyclinic, the number of queues, the provision of medical record files, the arrival of patients before practice hours, the availability of infrastructure, the length of the examination, the meeting appointment system, the length of time waiting time at registration, human resource skills, service process flow, and lack of human resources. Abstrak:
Salah satu jenis pelayanan di rumah sakit yang paling banyak dikunjungi danmembutuhkan waktu untuk mengantre adalah pelayanan farmasi. Hingga saat ini waktutunggu pelayanan resep obat yang belum sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkanoleh Pemerintah melalui Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 129 Tahun 2008, yaitu ≤30 menit untuk obat non racikan dan ≤ 60 menit untuk obat racikan masih seringditemukan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab dari lamanya waktutunggu pelayanan resep obat pasien rawat jalan di instalasi farmasi rumah sakit diIndonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature review yang dilakukan denganmenganalisis hasil studi yang telah tersedia sebelumnya. Dari hasil pencarian yangdilakukan melalui database PubMed, Proquest, Google Scholar, Universitas IndonesiaLibrary dan FKM UI Library, ditemukan sebanyak 18 artikel mengenai faktor-faktorpenyebab lamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat pasien rawat jalan di instalasifarmasi rumah sakit di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama waktutunggu pelayanan resep obat pasien rawat jalan di instalasi farmasi dari satu rumah sakitke rumah sakit lainnya berbeda-beda, hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya perbedaan padastatus pasien dan jenis resep obat yang dilayani. Faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkanlamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat pasien rawat jalan di instalasi farmasirumah sakit di Indonesia sangat bervariasi dan saling berkaitan satu sama lain,diantaranya adalah sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, kebijakan dan standaroperasional prosedur, persediaan obat-obatan, serta status pasien.Kata kunci:Faktor Penyebab, Waktu Tunggu Pelayanan Resep Obat, Farmasi Rumah Sakit,Indonesia

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor ketepatan waktu penyediaan dokumen rekam medis pasien lama untuk unit rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan agar waktu penyediaan dokumen rekam medis pasien lama untuk unit rawat jalan memenuhi waktu sesuai standar pelayanan minimal ( ≤10 menit ), maka sumber daya manusia perekam medis harus sesuai dengan kompetensinya, prosedur kerja sesuai dengan pedoman penyelenggaraan, pelaksanaan sesuai dengan prosedur kerja, serta pembinaan dan pengawasan harus selalu dilakukan. Kata kunci: Faktor-faktor, Ketepatan Waktu, Rekam Medis This paper discusses about timeliness factors of medical records provision for the outpatient unit at Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi in 2015. This is quantitative and qualitative research. This study recommends that a provision time of medical records for outpatient unit achieve the minimum service standards ( ≤10 minutes ), the human resources medical recorder must be in accordance with their competence, working procedures in accordance with the guidelines for the implementation, execution in accordance with the working procedures, as well as coaching and supervision should always be done.
