Abstrak:
Proses produksi di industri farmasi melibatkan aktivitas fisik yang bersifat repetitif, statis, dan terkadang membutuhkan manual handling yang berisiko tinggi menimbulkan gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran keluhan gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja serta menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan pada pekerja area produksi di PT X. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 92 pekerja industri farmasi di area produksi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan penilaian ergonomi langsung di lapangan, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif (univariat) dan inferensial (bivariat) dengan menggunakan uji chi-square serta perhitungan crude Odds Ratio (OR). Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 68,5% responden mengalami keluhan gotrak dalam 7 hari terakhir dan 73,9% responden dalam 12 bulan terakhir. Prevalensi tertinggi pada gotrak 7 hari yaitu punggung bawah (66,67%), leher (36,51%) dan punggung atas (34,92%), sedangkan pada gotrak 12 bulan terakhir, prevalensi tertinggi didapatkan pada punggung bawah (73,53%), leher (50,0%) dan bahu (48,53%). Faktor risiko yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan gotrak 7 hari meliputi postur kerja (p<0,001; OR=6,66), gerakan berulang (p<0,001; OR=11,25), pelatihan ergonomi (p<0,001, OR=8,4) dan sama untuk gotrak 12 bulan yang meliputi postur kerja (p<0,001; OR=8,07), gerakan berulang (p<0,001; OR=11,6), pelatihan ergonomi (p<0,001, OR=6,26). Disarankan intervensi berupa program pelatihan dan sosialisasi ergonomi, serta perbaikan atau pembaharuan workstation sesuai tingkat risiko ergonomi.
The production process in the pharmaceutical industry involves physical activities that are repetitive, static, and sometimes require manual handling, which carries a high risk of causing work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs). This study aims to describe the overview of work-related musculoskeletal disorder complaints and analyze the associated risk factors among production area workers at PT X. This study used a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. The study sample consisted of 92 pharmaceutical industry workers in the production area, selected using a stratified sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and direct ergonomic assessments in the field, followed by univariate and bivariate analyses using the chi-square test and crude Odds Ratio (OR) calculations. The results showed that 68.5% of respondents experienced WMSD complaints in the last 7 days, and 73.9% of respondents in the last 12 months. The highest prevalence of WMSDs in the last 7 days was in the lower back (66.67%), neck (36.51%), and upper back (34.92%). Meanwhile, for WMSDs in the last 12 months, the highest prevalence was found in the lower back (73.53%), neck (50.0%), and shoulders (48.53%). Risk factors significantly associated with WMSDs in the last 7 days included working posture (p<0.001; OR=6.66), repetitive motion (p<0.001; OR=11.25), and ergonomic training (p<0.001; OR=8.4). Similar results were found for WMSDs in the last 12 months, which included working posture (p<0.001; OR=8.07), repetitive motion (p<0.001; OR=11.6), and ergonomic training (p<0.001; OR=6.26). It is recommended that interventions take form in ergonomic training and socialization programs, as well as the improvement or renewal of workstations according to the level of ergonomic risk.
