Tesis ini membahas bagaimana program advokasi bidan di jalankan di RS Hermina Depok, bagaimana layanan dokter kebidanan oleh bidan, bagaimana karakteristik ibu hamil yang di advokasi oleh bidan, bagaimana pelayanan di unit lain, bagaimana hubungan advokasi bidan dengan keputusan pasien untuk melahirkan di RS Hermina Depok. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara krosceksional dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Program Advokasi bidan memiliki kecenderungan untuk memutuskan persalinan. Program Advokasi Bidan yang sering dijalankan adalah menanyakan usia kehamilan dan yang jarang dilakukan adalah menjelaskan fasilitas RS kepada Ibu Hamil. Gambaran persepsi layanan Dokter Kebidanan pada responden (ibu yang diadvokasi) oleh Bidan adalah Baik dengan Karakteristik umur rata-rata 30 tahun, Tingkat pendidikan diatas D3, bekerja, dengan Biaya sendiri, bersalinan Lebih dari 1 kali, penghasilan Rp 7.960.000, tidak mendapatkan pengaruh sosial, Aksesibiliti mudah. Terdapat perbedaan keputusan persalinan yang menganggap pelayanan RS Baik dan kurang baik. Advokasi bidan memiliki kecenderungan untuk memutuskan persalinan di RS Hermina Depok sebesar 3,4 kali dibanding yang mengganggap advokasi bidan rendah.
Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Hermina Bekasi memberikan pelayanan rawat inap khusus untuk wanita, ibu dan anak. Saat ini pemanfaatan rawat inap ibu sangat jauh berbeda dengan pemanfaatan rawat inap anak. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan penelitian terhadap produk pelayanan atau analisis produk untuk mengetahui kesenjangan antara keinginan konsumen dan calon konsumen dengan pelayanan saat ini demi meningkatkan pemasaran pelayanan rawat inap ibu.Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan menganalisis tentang karakteristik pelanggan, karakteristik calon konsumen, karakteristik produk, kebijakan manajemen rumah sakit, keinginan konsumen serta calon konsumen terhadap layanan rawat inap. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara survey dan wawancara mendalarn.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen dan calon konsumen mempunyai keinginan-keinginan terhadap aspek-aspek dalam pelayanari rawat inap yang perlu mendapat perhatian rumah sakit untuk peningkatan pemasaran rawat inap ibu RSIA Hermina Bekasi serta adanya pasar sasaran yang dapat diraih.RSIA Herrnina Bekasi harus mengoptimalkan kualitas pelayanannya yang disesuaikan dengan keinginan konsumen dan calon konsumen serta meningkatkan upaya pemasaran dengan usaha promosi yang spesifik.
Product Analysis on Inpatient Mother Care Services for Marketing Measures at Hermina Bekasi Hospital, 2002 Hermina Bekasi Hospital carried out inpatient mother care services especially for woman, mother and child. In this recent, bed occupancy for mother so far differently with bed occupancy for child. One of these efforts can be done is the research on product service or product analysis to know the differentiation between customer wishes and customer candidate wishes, to increase promotion for inpatient mother care services.This research is a case study to figure out the information and analysis on customer characteristics, customer candidate characteristics, product characteristics, hospital management policy, customer and candidate customer wishes to inpatient mother care services. The method used by survey and in depth interview.The result figure out that customer and customer candidate have wishes the aspects of inpatient mother care services which necessarily hospital intention for increasing the market and target market can be achieved.Hermina Bekasi Hospital obliged to optimize the service quality inline with customer and customer candidate wishes, and increasing the efforts marketing with specific promotion matters.
Patient safety culture (PSC) is the application of patient care systems in theorganization which are reflected in the attitudes, behaviors, skills,communication, leadership, knowledge, responsibility, and values that exist inhealth care workers. This study aims to determine the organizational behaviorbased on the characteristics of individuals, groups and organizations on patientsafety culture by nurses on inpatient units in Hermina Hospital Daan Mogot(HHDM). The design of this study using cross-sectional method with respondentsfrom all (111) nurses on inpatient units in HHDM. Questionnaire data wereanalyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes. The resultsshowed the characteristics of an individual, group characteristics andorganizational characteristics of the PSC in HHDM is good. Results PSCinpatient nurses HHDM shows good value. Responsibility to be the only variablethat did not match while the leadership were most associated with PSC.Keywords: patient safety culture, patient safety, organizational behavior,individual characteristics, group characteristics, organizationalcharacteristics, nurse.
This thesis describes relationship between Patient Safety Culture and compliance inimplementation of Universal Precautions/Standard Precautions by Nurses and Midwivesat inpatient unit in Budhi Asih Hospital Jakarta 2015. The study was a descriptiveanalytical research on the relationship between open culture, just culture, reportingculture, learning culture and information culture with the compliance in implementationof universal precaution /standards precautions using cross sectional study design withself administered questionnaires. The results showed that compliance to theimplementation of universal precautions by nurses and midwives in Budhi Asih Hospitalinpatient is good. Found an association between open culture and reporting culture withcompliance in the implementation of universal precautions or standards precautions.Hospital management must integrate patient and officers safety aspects in every policyand create a favorable climate of openness and reporting incidents that occurred as inputfor the improvement of the hospital safety culture in the future.
Salah satu indikator untuk menunjukkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit adalah data atau informasi dari rekam medis yang baik dan lengkap. Rekam medis yang lengkap dapat memberikan gambaran secara keseluruhan tentang pasien yang akan digunakan untuk berobat kembali. Rekam medis adalah bukti otentik jika terjadi tuntuntan di pengadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai karakteristik dokter dalam kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis dan faktor-faktor ekstrinsik yang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode observasional. Data diambil secara potong lintang sebanyak 50 rekam medis selama bulan September-November 2011 yang diisi oleh 10 dokter spesialis, serta dilakukan wawancara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel beban kerja (Pvalue=0,001), prosedur kerja (Pvalue 0,001), dan supervisi teknis (Pvalue=0,036) mempengaruhi langsung kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kelengkapan rekam medis adalah variable dengan nilai coeff. B paling besar yaitu status prosedur kerja dengan coeff B=13,7. Saran yang diberikan kepada RS. Hermina Depok ialah melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengisian rekam medis secara rutin. Selainitu, melakukan pemeriksaan dan pengawasan dalam hal pengisian rekam medis secara tepat dan sesuai dengan periode yang ditetapkan. One of the indicators of the health service quality in the hospital is the comprehensive information from patients’ medical records. A comprehensive medical record could display the whole patient’s condition which can be used for their next treatment. A medical record, in addition, is also important legal evidence used in the court, provided there is any lawsuit. This research is carried out to illustrate the link between Doctors’ individual characteristics with the completion of patients’ medical records together with other external related factors. Observational study is the method used in the research, with cross sectional data from 50 patients’ medical records in September-November 2011, filled out by 10 specialist doctors; as well as data collection from interview with the use of questionnaires. The Results indicate: workload variable (Pvalue=0,001), work procedures (Pvalue 0.001), and supervisory techniques (Pvalue=0,036) affecting the completion of the medical records directly. The most dominant variable affecting the completion of health records is the one with the highest Coeff B value work procedures with Coeff B value=13.7. Suggestion given to RS HerminaDepok is to perform regular training and socialization, as well as to carry out checks and supervision in regard to the correct completion of patients’ medical records based on the indicated period. Patient's satisfaction is the one of the indicators which could be used to measure the hospital?s service quality. The study was performed to describe customer satisfaction of the Ambulatory Department of Tugu Ibu Hospital, to find out the relation between customer characteristics with satisfaction level of the Ambulatory Department of Tugu Ibu Hospital, and to find out dominant factor related to the patient's satisfaction of the Ambulatory Department of Tugu Ibu Hospital. This study was combination between quantitative and qualitative approaches with cross sectional design for quantitative. The results of the study showed that The proportion of the customers who were satisfied with the service was 52.5%. This study concluded that the customer satisfaction of the ambulatory department of Tugu Ibu Hospital was good enough. But, the management had to more improve the hospital's service quality, one of the choice was to know about the expectations from the patients, and tried to fulfil it.
Abstrak
Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan strategi pemasaran Customer Relationship Management (CRM) melalui Personal Maternity Officer (PMO) dalam permanfaatan persalinan di Rumah Sakit Hermina Daan Mogot. Adapun identifikasi dan evaluasi terhadap strategi pemasaran ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan sistem. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan penjelasan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan program CRM yang ada sudah berjalan dengan baik. Namun, kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia yang terlibat, pengawasan serta evaluasi yang terus menerus perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sosialisasi mengenai strategi pemasaran ini dan koordinasi dari semua pihak yang terlibat.
The purpose of this thesis is to find out the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing strategy through Personal Maternity Officer (PMO) in labor at Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital. Identification and evaluation of this marketing strategy is done with system approach. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative and explanation research. The results of this study conclude that CRM program that is already exist has been well underway. However, the performance of the human resources involved, continuing supervision and evaluation need to be improved in order to achieve optimal results. Therefore, socialization on this marketing strategy and coordination from all parties involved are required.
