Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pelatihan Asuhan Bayi Baru Lahir (ABBL), Manajemen Laktasi dan Perawatan Metode Kanguru pada kader posyandu di Kecamatan Sawit dan Ngemplak, Kabupaten Boyolali tahun 2014. Metode yang digunakan pra-eksperimental, variabel yang diukur pengetahuan-sikap sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan pada 40 kader. Uji statistik digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan hasil pretest dan postest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada pengetahuan kader tentang ABBL, Manajemen Laktasi dan PMK (p=0,000) dan sikap PMK (p=0,0001) namun tidak terjadi perbedaan sikap yang signifikan pada ABBL (p=0,862) dan Manajemen Laktasi (p=0,065).

This study aims to determine the effect of training Newborn Care, Management and Treatment Lactation Kangaroo Mother Care ( FMD ) to cadre in health center district of Sawit and Ngemplak, Boyolali 2014. The research method used is preexperimental by measuring knowledge-attitude before and after the training for 40 person of cadre. The statistical test used to look at differences in pretest and posttest results. Results showed that there was significant difference in knowledge of Newborn Care, Management Lactation and FMD (p=0.000) and attitude FMD (p=0.0001) although no significant difference in attitudes occurred to Newborn Care (p = 0.862) and Lactation Management (p = 0.065).

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan perawatan nifas di Provinsi Papua, Papua Barat, Maluku, Maluku Utara, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur masih menjadi yang terendah dibandingkan dengan provinsi lain seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan data sekunder SDKI 2017. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Wanita Usia Subur 15-49 tahun yang memiliki anak dengan 2 tahun kelahiran hidup. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji chi square untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel independent dengan dependen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata ke-5 provinsi sebesar 67% dalam memanfaatkan perawatan nifas dalam dua hari. Didapat juga faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan perawatan nifas adalah status pekerjaan, kunjungan ANC, pendidikan, pengetahuan komplikasi nifas, status ekonomi, tempat persalinan, penolong persalinan, urutan kelahiran, status perencanaan kehamilan, dan komplikasi persalinan. Peneliti menyarankan untuk meningkatkan cakupan kunjungan perawatan nifas oleh tenaga kesehatan berkompeten bagi ibu yang bersalin dirumah, kemitraan dengan penolong persalinan tradisional, promosi kesehatan tentang bahaya komplikasi nifas, dan edukasi penggunaan KB pasca persalinan. Utilization of postnatal care in the provinces of Papua, West Papua, Maluku, North Maluku and East Nusa Tenggara is still the lowest compared to other provinces throughout Indonesia. The study used a cross sectional method with secondary data of the 2017 IDHS. The population and sample of this study were Reproductive Age Women 15- 49 years old who had children with 2 years of live births. Analysis was performed with the chi square test to see the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results obtained an average of 5 provinces for postnatal utilization is almost close to 67%. The factors that influence utilization of postnatal care are occupation status, ANC visit, education, knowledge of postnatal complications, economic status, place of delivery, birth attendants, birth order, pregnancy planning status, and delivery complications. This study suggest Ministry of Health and National Family Planning Coordinating Agency (BKKBN) to increase postpartum care visits by skilled health workers for women who give birth at home, partnerships with traditional birth attendants, increase health promotion about the dangers of childbirth complications, and increase education on postpartum birth control use.
