This thesis analyzes the position of leprosy services in Specialized LeprosyHospital (SLH) Dr. Sitanala, years 2015-2019. The purpose of the study was todetermine the position of leprosy services in SLH. Dr. Sitanala this time, todetermine the appropriate service strategy for the next five years. This study is theoperational research by using strategic management frameworks, proposed byFred R. David and Duncan.This study begins with an analysis of the external andinternal situation of the hospital, followed by the determination of strategies usingmatrix EFE, IFE and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, the determination ofalternative strategies using IE matrix and TOWS matrix. Priority Strategiesselected using matrix QSPM, then the priority strategies are translated into annualactivities that comes with a Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The results of thisstudy indicate that the position of leprosy services in SLH Dr. Sitanala currentlyresides in the cell V (hold and maintanance) and quadran 2 (Internal Fix-It). Thisposition means that the hospital currently has internal weaknesses that inhibitleprosy services, whereas the external side, the hospital still have a chance. Thisstudy also resulted in a recommendation strategy is right for a period of five years,which is doing internal repairs (product development). Strategic priorities thatneed to be done is to Maximize the role of plenary leprosy rehabilitation, improvesurgical services leprosy, leprosy clinic and establish the concept of integratedleprosy services (one stop service)Keywords: Strategies, Hospital, Leprosy
Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan merupakan hasil interaksi yang komplek antara pengguna jasa pelayanan kesehatan dan penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan. Berbagai faktor mempengaruhi penggunaan pelayanan tesebut. Rumah Sakit IMC Bintaro adalah sebuah rumah sakit umum swasta yang terletak di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Jumlah kunjungan pasien antenatal care di Poliklinik Kandungan dan Kebidanan Rumah Sakit IMC Bintaro cukup tinggi namun angka persalinan masih rendah dan belum pernah diteliti apa penyebabnya. Penelitian ini berdisain potong lintang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melaui wawancara kepada responden menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien poliklinik kandungan dan kebidanan. Sampel adalah pasien poliklinik kandungan dan kebidanan dengan usia kehamilan trimester tiga. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada pihak internal rumah sakit. Uji statistik dilakukan secara bertahap menghasilkan analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara pendidikan, penghasilan, penanggung biaya, fasilitas rumah sakit dan pelayanan dokter dengan keputusan pemilihan tempat persalinan di Rumah Sakit IMC Bintaro. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah penghasilan dan fasilitas rumah sakit. Diperlukan kajian lain untuk menilai pemasaran yang telah dilakukan rumah sakit. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memperluas jangkaun kerjasama.
A study on utilization of health service is the result of a complex interaction between patients and the provider of health service. IMC Hospital is a private public hospital located in Tangerang Selatan city. The number of antenatal care visits patients in Gynecology and Obstetrics Polyclinic IMC Hospital Bintaro quite high but delivery rate is still low and has never been studied why it happened. This research is a cross sectional research using quantitative and qualitative approach. Data collection for quantitative was using interview with respondents. The samples are patient visited Gynecology and Obstetrics Polyclinic IMC Hospital Bintaro who had third trimerster of pregnancy. Statistical tests carried out in stages and end up with multivariate analysis using logistic regression test. The results showed that a significant relationship between education, income, source of payment, hospital facilities and physician services with the decision to choose place fo delivery. The most significant factors are the income and availibility of hospital facilities. Hospital marketing need to be assessed. It is also suggested to improve quality of care and invite more companies/third party to use hospital care.
