Abstrak:
Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk pendidikan anak-anak di sekolah. Masyarakat termasuk insitusi pendidikan harus mengambil tindakan untuk mencegah penularan lebih jauh, mengurangi dampak wabah ini dan mendukung langkah-langkah untuk mengendalikan COVID-19. Salah satu program pencegahan COVID-19 yang telah dilakukan sepanjang 2020-2021 adalah “School of Five” yang merupakan sebuah pendekatan komunikasi perubahan perilaku kebersihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi, dan kemampuan diri siswa sekolah dasar untuk mempraktikkan cuci tangan pakai sabun dan kebersihan lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Studi Kasus tentang evaluasi Program “School of Five” dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah untuk pencegahan COVID-19 di Sekolah Dasar Cigugur Tengah Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan efektivitas program “School of Five” dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) untuk pencegahan COVID-19 di Sekolah Dasar Kota Cimahi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada 7 informan terdiri dari pelaksana program di SDN Cigugur Tengah, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan dan SNV Indonesia serta melalui diskusi kelompok kepada 18 siswa SDN Cigugur Tengah. Kerangka konsep menggunakan Logic Model dengan temuan bahwa dari sisi input, kepemimpinan guru UKS dan peran fasilitator lokal, dukungan anggaran dari mitra dan BOS (Bantuan Operasional Sekolah) serta kelengkapan media KIE (Komunikasi, Informasi, Edukasi) telah mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan program School of Five di SDN Cigugur Tengah. Dari sisi aktivitas program, kegiatan pelatihan guru, pelatihan dokter kecil dan pelaksanaan sesi-sesi School of Five sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan tujuan dan dokumen perencanaan program. Dari sisi output program, 4 guru mendapatkan kapasitas tentang pencegahan COVID-19 dan dapat melaksanakan sesi-sesi School of Five kepada 289 siswa SDN Cigugur Tengah yang dibantu oleh 6 orang dokter kecil. Dari sisi oucome program, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif siswa terkait pencegahan COVID-19, tetapi motivasi menurun karena siswa merasa bosan. Perubahan perilaku terjadi pada saat program masih berlangsung, akan tetapi menjadi tidak rutin dilakukan setelah program selesai karena tidak ada penguatan melalui diary kebersihan yang dipantau oleh guru dan orangtua.
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of life including children's education in schools. The public including educational institutions must take action to prevent further transmission, reduce the impact of this outbreak and support measures to control COVID-19. One of the COVID-19 prevention programs that have been carried out throughout 2020-2021 is the "School of Five" which is a communication approach for changing hygiene behavior that aims to increase the knowledge, motivation, and self-efficacy of elementary school students to practice hand washing with soap and hygiene. environment. This research is a Qualitative Research with a case study design regarding the evaluation of the "School of Five" Program in School Health Efforts for the prevention of COVID-19 at the Cigugur Tengah Elementary School, Cimahi City. This study aims to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the “School of Five” program in School Health Efforts (UKS) for the prevention of COVID-19 in Cimahi City Elementary Schools. Data was collected through interviews with 7 informants consisting of program implementers at SDN Cigugur Tengah, Education Office, Health Office and SNV Indonesia as well as through group discussions with 18 students at SDN Cigugur Tengah. The conceptual framework used the Logic Model with the findings that from the input side, UKS teacher leadership and the role of local facilitators, budget support from partners and BOS (School Operational Assistance) and the completeness of IEC (Information, Education, Communication) material have supported the successful implementation of the School of Five program. In terms of program activities, teacher training activities, training for little doctors and the implementation of School of Five sessions have been carried out in accordance with the objectives and program planning documents. In terms of program output, 4 teachers gain capacity on COVID-19 prevention and can conduct School of Five sessions for 289 students at SDN Cigugur Tengah with support from 6 little doctors. In terms of program outcomes, there was an increase in students' knowledge and positive attitudes regarding COVID-19 prevention, but motivation decreased because of student bored to have COVID-19 preventive measeures. Behavior changes occur while the program is still in progress, but become not routinely carried out after the program is finished because there is no reinforcement using diary through supervision from teacher and parents.

Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Kegemukan dan obesitas dapat terjadi pada setiap strata ekonomi dan usia sebagai faktor penyebab PTM. Masalah status gizi lainnya seperti stunting atau pendek memiliki pengaruh pada prestasi belajar anak. Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) merupakan upaya preventif mengatasi masalah status gizi anak di sekolah dengan meningkatkan kesadaran status gizi siswa. Sulitnya mendapatkan data kesehatan siswa dikarenakan belum adanya pencatatan kesehatan setiap siswa. Pencatatan yang masih manual oleh Puskesmas hanya terkait jumlah status gizi siswa, sehingga cukup sulit melakukan pemantauan siswa yang memiliki masalah kesehatan. Rancangan sistem informasi usaha kesehatan ini dibuat sebagai alat untuk melakukan pemantauan status gizi siswa SD dan membantu menentukan rencana kegiatan selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototipe untuk mengembangkan rancangan sistem informasi UKS. Keterlibatan pengguna dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan informasi. Proses pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan wawancara kepada pihak yang terlibat secara langsung dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan uks. Hasil informasi yang ada kemudian digunakan untuk analisis untuk membuat rancangan sistem informasi usaha kesehatan sekolah. Informasi ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik masalah status gizi siswa di sekolah dan data status gizi setiap siswa. Sistem ini dapat diakses secara daring (online) untuk melihat kebutuhan informasi setiap pengguna. Harapannya sistem ini dapat diterapkan sehingga dapat membantu dalam melakukan pemantauan status gizi siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Selain itu juga diharapkan adanya pengembangan sistem ini lebih lanjut dengan menambahkan informasi yang terkait Kata kunci: Prototipe; status gizi anak; Sistem Informasi; Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah; Overweight and obesity can occur in any strata of economy and age as a factor causing NCD. Other nutritional status problems such as stunting have an influence on children's learning achievement. Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) is a preventive effort to overcome the problem of nutritional status of children in school by raising awareness of nutritional status of students. Difficult to get student health data due to the absence of health record of each student. The manual recording by the Puskesmas is only related to the number of nutritional status of the students. The design of this health information system was created as a tool for monitoring the nutritional status of elementary students and helping to determine the next activity plan. This research uses prototype method to develop UKS information system design. The involvement of users in the development of this information system to adjust to the information needs. The process of gathering information is done by conducting interviews to the parties directly involved with the implementation of UKS activities. The results of the later information were used for the analysis to make the school health business information system design. Information is displayed in graphical form of the problem of nutritional status of students in school and data of each student's nutritional status. This system can be accessed online to see the information needs of each user. The hope of this system can be applied so that it can assist in monitoring the nutritional status of students at the primary school level. Abstrak:
Puskesmas sebagai pelaksana Program UKS dan UKGS menjalankan pendidikan kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan dan pembina lingkungan sekolah yang disebut Trias UKS, termasuk Puskesmas Sambas. Semua SD yang dibina Puskesmas Sambas menjalankan UKS dan UKGS namun saat Pandemi Covid-19 sekarang, UKS dan UKGS tidak optimal. Ini disebabkan Kabupaten Sambas mengalami lonjakan kasus Covid-19 mencapai status KLB Mei 2020. Sekolah di Kabupaten Sambas banyak tidak menjalankan pembelajaran tatap muka, sehingga sulit petugas kesehatan mengoperasikan Program yang dicanangkan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi UKS dan UKGS Puskesmas Sambas sebelum dan saat Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus menggunakan data primer dari wawancara mendalam, data sekunder dari telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian pada komponen input, perbedaan utama terletak pada refokusing anggaran sehingga anggaran program UKS UKGS berkurang dari tahun sebelumnya, serta APD yang kurang memadai. Pada komponen proses, pendidikan kesehatan dilakukan secara daring, pelayanan kesehatan dilakukan dengan mempriorotaskan kegitan yang menjadi SPM, dan Renstra Kemenkes yaitu penjaringan dan BIAS dan pembinaan lingkungan dilakukan sebagai upaya persiapan sekolah menghadapi sekolah tatap muka saat pandemi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan TRIAS UKS yang meliputi Pendidikan Kesehatan, Pelayanan Kesehatan dan Lingkungan sekolah sehat di sekolah yang dibina oleh Tim Pembina UKS secara berjenjang mulai dari TP UKS Kecamatan, TP UKS Kabupaten/Kota, TP UKS Propinsi dan TP UKS Pusat, merupakan kegiatan lintas program dan lintas sektor yang harus dikoordinasikan secara baik. Pada kenyataannya TP UKS Propinsi Sumatera Barat terdapat masalah dalam melaksanakan koordinasi TP UKS. Untuk itu penulis ingin mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan koordinasi TP UKS Propinsi Sumatera Barat dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan program UKS tahun 2000. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Data diperoleh melalui penelusuran data yang terdokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 13 informan TP UKS dan Sekretariat TP UKS Propinsi Sumatera Barat. Informan ini adalah orang-orang yang masuk namanya dalam 5K No.441.5-119-1999 tentang Tim Pembina UKS Propinsi dan memahami serta mengetahui TP UKS dan Sekretariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan koordinasi TP UKS Propinsi Sumatera Barat dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan program UKS belum efektif. Mengingat koordinasi antar sektor terkait dalam wadah TP UKS Propinsi belum mencapai hasil yang efektif, maka untuk memperoleh daya guna dan hasil guna kegiatan TP UKS Propinsi yang maksimal, disarankan untuk dapat melakukan penyempurnaan SK TP UKS dan Sekretariat serta mengajak para ketua untuk selalu ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam semua kegiatan TP UKS Propinsi, karena disadari bahwa peran ketua merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan koordinasi. Dalam rangka otonomi daerah, tentu diperlukan tenaga profesional dari masing-masing instansi terkait untuk duduk di TP UKS Sekretariat.
Analysis Coordination of Health School Advisory Team Province in Health School Guidance and Improvement, West Sumatera Province, 2000School Health Program activities consist of health education, health services and healthy school environment. Hierarchical advisory teams supervise implementation of these activities according to level of administration, i.e. central, province, district and subdistrict. As an integrated activity, School Health Program needs a close of both inter-programs and inter-sectors coordination. Implementation of School Health Program in West Sumatera province shows provincial advisory team's lack of coordination. The researcher intends to explore thoroughly coordination aspects of the School Health Program in West Sumatera province during the year 2000. Design of this research is a case study by using qualitative approach. Data was collected from several sources such as documented reports, observations and in-depth interviews to thirteen informants who were member of advisory team and/or secretariate of the School Health Program of West Sumatera Province. Those informants are listed in governor decree as stated in SK. No. 441.5-119-1999 with regard to Advisory Team of the School Health Program of West Sumatera Province. They know very well the program activities as well team's performance. This study reveals an ineffectiveness of implementation and development of the School Program in West Sumatera Province. Lack of inter-sectors coordination within West Sumatera Province School Health Program advisory team has been the major cause of this less optimum program effectiveness. To overcome the problem, it is recommended to revise the governor decree and to update the advisory team member. In addition, it is very important to motivate better involvement of the school head in the program. The school head play a major role in program success. Tn the day of a greater local autonomy, the School Health Program demands a lot of professionals staff of many relevant disciplines to organize Secretariate of West Sumatera Province School Health Program Advisory Team.

Abstrak:
Latar belakang (background): Saat ini, banyak sekali permasalahan kesehatan yangterjadi pada remaja, termasuk juga pada remaja yang berada di sekolah. Di Indonesia,terdapat sebuah program promosi kesehatan yang dilakukan pada tataran sekolah yaituUsaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS). Anak sekolah merupakan kelompok terorganisir yangberpotensi untuk mampu berdaya dalam hal kesehatan. Tujuan (Objective): Memberikangambaran mengenai pelaksanaan program UKS pada Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Atas(SLTA)di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard.Metode (Method): Informasi yang didapatkan berasal dari studi kualitatif yang dilakukanpada sekolah dan Puskesmas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Studi ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Oktober 2014. Informasi yang dianalisis dalam studi ini bersumber dari 17 wawancaramendalam yang dilakukan pada sekolah dan Puskesmas, melibatkan 4 (empat) wakilkepala sekolah, 4 (empat) guru Pembina UKS, 4 (empat) perwakilan siswa, 4 (empat)perwakilan Puskesmas, dan seorang perwakilan staf Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta.Hasil (result): Berdasarkan metode evaluasi Balanced Scorecard, pada keempat sekolahyang menjadi studi penelitian ini lebih banyak menjalankan ruang lingkup kuratif saja.Pada keempat Puskesmas diketahui lebih banyak menjalankan fungsi pelayanan kesehatandibandingkan dengan fungsi pendidikan kesehatan dan pembinaan lingkungan sehat.Beberapa faktor yang mendorong belum optimalnya pelaksanaan UKS di SLTAdiantaranya adalah masih kurangnya pelatihan dan forum belajar bagi guru, belummaksimalnya pelibatan siswa baik di sekolah maupun di Puskesmas, dan belummaksimalnya kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh Puskesmas. Kesimpulan (conclusion):Diperlukan sebuah upaya yang komprehensif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebuttermasuk peninjauan kembali kebijakan dan pedoman yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaanUKS di sekolah, peningkatan keterampilan bagi para guru dan petugas kesehatan melaluipelatihan dan mengaktifkan forum komunikasi sebagai sarana belajar untukmengembangkan wawasan, melibatkan para orangtua siswa, dan pelibatan siswa dalammenjalankan proses perencanaan hingga evaluasi program UKS di sekolah.Kata kunci: sekolah, siswa, pelaksanaan, program UKS, Puskesmas, Balanced Scorecard

In school, adolescent is the organized group that has tobe capable to empower in health. Objective: Explain about implementation of UKSprogram in Senior High School and equal in Province of DKI Jakarta with BalancedScorecard approaches. Method: information obtained from qualitative study conducted inSchool and health care center in Province of DKI Jakarta. Analyzed information in thisstudy sourced from 17 in-depth interviews, consist of 4 (four) vice school principle, 4(four) teachers, 4 (four) students, 4 (four) health care center staff, and representatives fromProvince Health Office. Result: Based on Balanced Scorecard method, in four schoolswhich become the subject of the research stated that are not yet implementedcomprehensive UKS program. Most of them implement only in curative and rehabilitativeefforts. Besides senior high school, the implement program is health care center. In fourhealth care center, most of them implement the program only in health services functioncompared with health education function. Inhibit factors which causes ineffective are lackof training and forum for teacher for encouraging their knowledge and skill that relatedwith UKS, lack of involving the student in school and health care center, and lack ofpartnership between health care center with other sectors like public sector, private sectors,or non-government organization.
