Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji jumlah konsentrasi pajanan personal partikulat khusunya PM10 dan PM2,5pada Polisi SAT-GATUR (Satuan Penjagaan dan Pengaturan) Polda Metro Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Gravimetri untuk mengetahui konsentrasi pajanan personal partikulat. Hasil dari penelitian konsentrasi pajanan personal partikulat PM10 dan PM2,5 yaitu belum melebihi baku mutu yang ditetapkan NIOSH, OSHA dan ACGIH namun telah melebihi baku mutu udara ambien yang ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Pemerintah No.41 Tahun 1999 dan Air Quality Guideline WHO.

This study examines the number of personal exposure concentrations of particulates especially PM10 and PM2.5 in police SAT - GATURGATUR (Satuan Penjagaan dan Pengaturan) Polda Metro Jaya . The method which is used in this research is by using Gravimetry analysis to determine personal exposure concentrations of particulates. The results from studies of personal exposure concentrations of particulate matter PM10 and PM2.5 are not exceeded to quality standards established NIOSH, OSHA and ACGIH but has exceeded to the ambient air quality standards set by Government Regulation No.41 Year 1999 and the WHO Air Quality Guidelines.

Abstrak: Pencemaran udara yang mengandung Particulate Matter (PM) baik dalam jangka panjang maupun pendek telah diketahui dapat menyebabkan kematian dan efek kesehatan terutama pada jantung serta paru-paru. Polisi Satgatur Polda Metro Jaya merupakan salah satu pekerja yang terpajan akan pencemaran udara tersebut. Maka dari itu penulis melakukan penelitian pada Polisi Satgatur Polda Metro Jaya untuk mengetahui gambaran konsentrasi pajanan PM 10 dan 2,5 yang berasal dari pencemaran udara terutama hasil pembakaran kendaraan bermotor di Pos Polisi Harmoni, Bundaran HI dan Bundaran Senayan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Gravimetri untuk mengetahui konsentrasi dari partikulat. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu konsentrasi PM 2,5 dan 10 terbesar di Bundaran Senayan pada shift 1 disaat hari kerja dan jika dibandingkan dengan standar ACGIH, NIOSH dan OSHA belum melebihi nilai ambang batas. Akan tetapi jika dibandingkan dengan WHO, sudah melebihi nilai ambang batas. Kata kunci: Particulate Matter, Polisi, Jakarta, Personal Monitoring

Abstrak: Skripsi ini membahas tentang gambaran risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas pada pejalan kaki di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penilaian risiko tersebut berdasarkan atas tindakan aman atau tidak aman dan kondisi aman atau tidak aman. Yang bertujuan untuk melihat besarnya risiko kecelakaan dari pejalan kaki di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif.
 
Hasil penilitian ini menyatakan bahwa tindakan tidak aman dan kondisi tidak aman mendominasi timbulnya risiko kecelakaan di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan perbaikan fasilitas penyeberangan, rekayasa fasilitas penyeberangan, relokasi area perdagangan, penegakan peraturan lalu lintas dan pengawasan dari aparat hukum.
 

Focus of this study is risk description of traffic accident in pedestrian at east Jakarta region. Risk assessment is based on safe or unsafe acts and safe or unsafe conditions. Which aims to see the huge risk of pedestrian accidents in the region. This research is a qualitative descriptive design.
 
The studies suggested that the result of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions dominate the onset of the risk of accident in the region. It is repairs pedestrian facilities, engineering of pedestrian facilities, relocation of trade area, traffic law enforcement and supervision of law enforcement agencies.

Abstrak: Penyediaan APAR yang sesuai, pemasangan yang tepat dan pemeliharaan yang benar, serta pelatihan penggunaan merupakan suatu sistem salah satu pencegahan kebakaran yang sangat efektif dalam pencegahan kebakaran. Namun pada kenyataan di PT.PM ditemukan pengelolaan yang kurang sesuai dengan peraturan melingkupi pemilihan, pemasangan, inspeksi, perawatan, dan penggunaan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi jumlah APAR sebanyak 109 unit dengan disain studi deskriptif.
 
Hasil penelitian menunjukan masih terdapat penempatan sejumlah 68 APAR yang kurang sesuai , inspeksi dan pemeliharaan yang kurang mendetail. Hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan jumlah anggota sebanyak 50 personil, dalam melakukan pengelolaan APAR, tidak terdapat nya peraturan, dan kurang sosialisasi mengenai pengelolaan APAR.
 

Provision of appropriate fire extinguisher, proper installation and maintenance, as well as training to use is a highly effective sistem protection in fire prevention. But in reality at PT.PM has been founded less management in accordance with the regulations surrounding the selection, installation, inspestion, maintenance, and usage. This is descriptive study which evaluate the amount of 109 units fire extiguisher.
 
Research shows there are 68 of fire extinguisher placement is less appropriate, inspection and, maintenance are less detailed. This is because of the limited number of fire brigades team members 50 personil in managing fire extinguisher, absence of regulation, and the lack of socialization on the management of fire extinguisher.

Abstrak:

ABSTRAK Bahaya radiasi Ultraviolet-B di tempat kerja yang dihasilkan oleh proses pengelasan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan kesehatan dan penyakit akibat kerja pada pekerja PT. Jaya Asiatic Shipayrd Indonesia ? Batam, yang mana dalam proses produksinya melakukan proses pengelasan dalam penyambungan logam mempunyai potensi untuk terjadinya kelelahan mata pekerja las. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terjadi peningkatan keluhan kelelahan mata sebagai akibat pajanan radiasi Ultraviolet-B pada pekerja las di workshop Hull perusahaan. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan kelelahan mata yang diteliti adalah tingkat radiasi Ultraviolet-B, serta beberapa faktor yang berkaitan dengan individu yaitu umur, lama paparan dan pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan disain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk menemukan fakta dengan interpretasi yang tepat dan akurat melukiskan gejala-gejala kelelahan mata pada kelompok atau individu pekerja las. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat radiasi Ultraviolet-B memapar pekerja las, serta mendapatkan data umur, lama paparan, dan pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri melalui kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 90% pekerja las di workshop Hull mengalami keluhan kelelahan mata. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, ternyata keseluruhan pekerja las terpapar dengan tingkat radiasi yang dihasilkan oleh proses pengelasan yang melebihi nilai ambang batas. Analisis hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keluhan kelelahan mata pekerja ternyata tidak terlihat adanya hubungan. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil pengukuran radiasi Ultraviolet-B di workshop Hull melebihi nilai ambang batas yang diperbolehkan berdasarkan PERMENAKERTRANS No. PER.13/MEN/X/2012. Bagi peneliti lain yang ingin melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keluhan kelelahan mata pekerja las, perlu mempertimbangkan adanya populasi kontrol.

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in eye fatigue complaints as a result of UV-B radiation exposure to welder in Hull Workshop. Factor associated with complaints of eye fatigue studied is Ultraviolet-B radiation levels, as well as a number of factors relating to the individual, namely age, duration of exposure, and usage of Personal Protective Equipment. The research was done by analytical descriptive design with cross sectional approach to find the facts to the proper interpretation and accurately describe the symptoms of eye fatigue on the individual or group of welder. Data collection was performed by measuring the levels of UV-B radiation exposed welders, as well as getting the data on age, duration of exposure and the use of Personal Protective Equipment through questionnaires. The survey results revealed that 90% of workers in the Hull welding workshop complaint of eye fatigue. After analyzing the data, it turns out that the whole welders were exposed to radiation levels generated by the welding process that exceeds a threshold limit value. Analysis of the relationship between the factors that affect workers' complaints eyes fatigue was not visible. From this study it can be concluded that the measurement of UV-B radiation in Hull workshop exceeds the threshold limit value allowed by PERMENAKERTRANS No. PER.13/MEN/X/2012.
