. Latar belakang: Penggunaan suara yang berlebihan selama hari mengajar merupakan salah satu bahaya kesehatan kerja. Gangguan bersuara merupakan bahaya utama bagi pekerjaan yang mengandalkan suara. Guru Sekolah Dasar lebih berisiko mengalami gangguan bersuara. Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan gangguan bersuara pada guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Depok. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah studi cross sectional dengan subjek penelitian 106 guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kota Depok. Uji statistik yang digunakan uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik ganda dengan model prediksi. Hasil: Didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara intensitas suara guru (p=0,048), kebisingan kelas (p=0,023), jenis kelamin (p=0,000), dengan gangguan bersuara. Dampak gangguan psikososial tergolong ringan dengan skor Voice Handicap Index sebesar 20-40 (p=0,037). Kesimpulan: Guru yang berjenis kelamin wanita mempunyai peluang 6,8 kali untuk mengalami gangguan bersuara dibanding dengan responden yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Guru dengan intensitas suara ≥ 70 dB mempunyai peluang 2,8 kali untuk mengalami gangguan bersuara dibanding dengan responden dengan intensitas suara < 70 dB. Guru dengan kebisingan kelas ≥ 63 dB mempunyai peluang 3,2 kali untuk mengalami gangguan bersuara dibanding dengan responden dengan kebisingan kelas
Background: The over use of voice during the day teaching is one of the occupational health hazards. Voice Disorders is a major danger for the work that rely on sound. Primary school teachers more likely to experience voice disorders. Objectives: To analyze risk factors associated with voice disorders in teachers who teach in primary school in Depok. Methods: The study design was cross sectional study with 106 subjects teachers who teach in primary school in Depok. Statistical tests used chi square test and multiple logistic regression test with the model predictions. Results: It was found a significant association between the intensity of the teacher's voice (p = 0.048), noise class (p = 0.023), gender (p = 0.000), with a voice disorder. Relatively mild impact of psychosocial disorders with the Voice Handicap Index score of 20-40 (p = 0.037). Conclusion: Female teachers has 6.8 times opportunity to experience voice disorders compared with male teachers. This study aims to obtain an overview of psychosocial factors and distress among special education teachers in Depok during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a semi-quantitative approach through filling out questionnaires and interviews. A total of 67 special education teachers in Depok participated in this study. The results showed that 34.3% of teachers experienced moderate distress and 16.4% of teachers experienced significant distress. Then, it was found that distress is more experienced by female teachers (52.7%), aged > 30 years (52.4%), came from non-PLB study programs (52.5%), did not have personality type A (66 ,6%), have a working period of > 10 years (60%), are married (59.5%), have children (64.9%), have poor social support from family (89.3%), have a workload high (61.8%), have bad work equipment (63.9%), have bad working hours (64.3%), have high role conflict (73.7%), have high role ambiguity (76.2% ), have poor work control (81.4%), have poor social support from superiors and coworkers (81.4%), have high work-home conflict (86.2%), rarely do hobbies (66 ,7%), and had a severe fear of COVID-19 infection (71.4%).
Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dengan tingkatstres kerja, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara iklim dan strukturorganisasi dengan tingkat stres kerja, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara hubungan interpersonal dengan tingkat stres kerja dan terdapatnya hubungan yangbermakna antara pengembangan karir dengan tingkat stres kerja.

Occupational stress is a form of response to a person, both physically andpsychologically against a change in the work environment is considered to be verydisturbing and lead someone in danger. The purpose of this study was to analyzethe factors that affect the level of work stress on primary school in specialeducation and general primary school teachers. This research using quantitativeresearch with cross sectional design.
The result is the presence of a significantassociation between workload with work stress levels, the presence of asignificant association between climate and organizational structure with the levelof work stress, the presence of a significant association between interpersonalrelationship with the level of work stress and the presence of a significantassociation between the development of career with the level of work stress.

Work distress is a physical and emotional negative response to the discrepancy between job demands, resource and abilities of workers, which can has many impact on physiological and psychological conditions of workers. Public special education teacher is one of the professions that are prone to work distress because their jobs are different from other formal schoolteachers and have high job demands and pressures. This study aims to describe the conditions of work distress and analyze the factors related to work distress for public special education teachers in Jakarta Selatan. This study conducted on teachers from four public special educations in Jakarta Selatan so that the sample size used was total sampling, which was 199 respondents. The study method used is quantitative with cross-sectional design study and uses instrument adapted from NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. From 199 respondents, only 186 respondents were willing to filled the questionnaire so the results showed that 84 respondents (45,2%) experienced work distress and 102 respondents (54,8%) did not experience work distress. The factors related to work distress through Chi-Square test were age (P value = 0,034), marital status (P value = 0,022) and role ambiguity (P value = 0,015).
