This thesis discusses the mechanisms of patient registration with Jaminan Kesehatan Nasionnal (JKN) in the outpatient installation Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi 2014. This is a descriptive qualitative study conducted by observation, document review, and deep interview. The results showed that pelayananan JKN still not optimal due to several input factors, among which the availability of human resources, the implementation of quotas, and the implementation of the appointment system that still need to be improved and there are other factors that I have found at the time of the study. Based on these results, the researchers suggest hospitals to increase the number of doctors and quotas as well as perfecting the system so that all patients with JKN can be served well.

This study aims to assess food safety and identify risk factors that contribute to in the event of any inconsistency food safety in Canteen PT PJB Bekasi 2015. This study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research with a crosssectional and explanatory sequenstial combinastudy study design. Data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Result from this reseacrh with apllication of HACCP, food proccesing obtained food becomes critical control point is the storage of water in the barrel, washing leeks, garlic laundering and presentation of food. Identification of the risk factors are all factors except the factor of cross contamination of food to food.

This research is qualitative research with descriptive design that aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of safety promotion of the workers in PT Lautan Otsuka Chemical in 2012. The effectiveness seen from the comparison of the accident rate between 2011 to 2012. Then, examined the factors that influenced is media, the message characteristic, the reach of target, the target involvement and the management involvement. Data was collected by observations, interviews, and documents review on the informan units. The result showed that the effective implementation of safety promotion has been influenced by the media, the message characteristic, the reach of target, the target involvement and the management involvement. In addition, it is also influenced by the commitment of the contractor, the availability of support programs, information sources and target or worker condition.
ABSTRAK Bahaya radiasi Ultraviolet-B di tempat kerja yang dihasilkan oleh proses pengelasan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan kesehatan dan penyakit akibat kerja pada pekerja PT. Jaya Asiatic Shipayrd Indonesia ? Batam, yang mana dalam proses produksinya melakukan proses pengelasan dalam penyambungan logam mempunyai potensi untuk terjadinya kelelahan mata pekerja las. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terjadi peningkatan keluhan kelelahan mata sebagai akibat pajanan radiasi Ultraviolet-B pada pekerja las di workshop Hull perusahaan. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan kelelahan mata yang diteliti adalah tingkat radiasi Ultraviolet-B, serta beberapa faktor yang berkaitan dengan individu yaitu umur, lama paparan dan pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan disain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk menemukan fakta dengan interpretasi yang tepat dan akurat melukiskan gejala-gejala kelelahan mata pada kelompok atau individu pekerja las. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat radiasi Ultraviolet-B memapar pekerja las, serta mendapatkan data umur, lama paparan, dan pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri melalui kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 90% pekerja las di workshop Hull mengalami keluhan kelelahan mata. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, ternyata keseluruhan pekerja las terpapar dengan tingkat radiasi yang dihasilkan oleh proses pengelasan yang melebihi nilai ambang batas. Analisis hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keluhan kelelahan mata pekerja ternyata tidak terlihat adanya hubungan. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil pengukuran radiasi Ultraviolet-B di workshop Hull melebihi nilai ambang batas yang diperbolehkan berdasarkan PERMENAKERTRANS No. PER.13/MEN/X/2012. Bagi peneliti lain yang ingin melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keluhan kelelahan mata pekerja las, perlu mempertimbangkan adanya populasi kontrol.

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in eye fatigue complaints as a result of UV-B radiation exposure to welder in Hull Workshop. Factor associated with complaints of eye fatigue studied is Ultraviolet-B radiation levels, as well as a number of factors relating to the individual, namely age, duration of exposure, and usage of Personal Protective Equipment. The research was done by analytical descriptive design with cross sectional approach to find the facts to the proper interpretation and accurately describe the symptoms of eye fatigue on the individual or group of welder. Data collection was performed by measuring the levels of UV-B radiation exposed welders, as well as getting the data on age, duration of exposure and the use of Personal Protective Equipment through questionnaires. The survey results revealed that 90% of workers in the Hull welding workshop complaint of eye fatigue. After analyzing the data, it turns out that the whole welders were exposed to radiation levels generated by the welding process that exceeds a threshold limit value. Analysis of the relationship between the factors that affect workers' complaints eyes fatigue was not visible. From this study it can be concluded that the measurement of UV-B radiation in Hull workshop exceeds the threshold limit value allowed by PERMENAKERTRANS No. PER.13/MEN/X/2012. ABSTRAK Pemimpin yang memiliki perhatian safety yang tinggi akan mampu mengarahkan para pekerjanya dengan mempengaruhi perilaku para pekerjanya untuk mencapai tujuan (program-program) keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di perusahaan. PT. RND adalah sebuah perusahaan pelayaran Indonesia yang didirikan pada awal tahun 2003. Pelaksanaan safety diserahkan oleh supervisor 3, walaupun pengambilan keputusan untuk pelaksanaan program-program safety tetap melalui direktur. Selain itu ketidakterlibatan supervisor dan team leader dalam pembuatan program-program safety mengakibatkan pelaksanaan safety di lapangan tidak efektif meskipun sistim safety sudah dimiliki oleh PT. RND. Para pimpinan PT. RND belum memiliki perspektif mengenai safety leadership yang tercermin dari sikap, leadership style dan tindakan nyata dari para leader dalam mengarahkan pekerjanya untuk pelaksanaan safety secara efektif. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan secara menyeluruh mengenai karakteristik safety leadership di PT. RND, Jakarta-Surabaya tahun 2012 dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan langsung terhadap karakteristik safety leadership para pimpinan PT. RND yang dilakukan pada bulan April-Juni 2012. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteristik sikap (personality) yang dimiliki oleh pimpinan PT. RND masih belum optimal pada karakteristik ketahanan emosi. Karakteristik gaya kepemimpinan transformasional sudah digunakan oleh beberapa pimpinan PT. RND dalam mengarahkan pekerjanya namun belum digunakan oleh direktur dan supervisor 3. Karakteristik tindakan nyata dari safety leadership yang dimiliki oleh para pimpinan PT. RND belum optimal pada visi dan komunikasi. Karakteristik safety leadership para pimpinan di PT. RND yang belum optimal seperti ketahanan emosi yang tidak stabil, pimpinan PT. RND tidak memiliki perencanaan yang jelas dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan, perbedaan visi dan alur komunikasi yang tumpang tindih menjadi hambatan bagi para pimpinan PT. RND dalam mengarahkan pekerjanya.
Abstract Leaders who have a high safety concern will be able to lead their workers to influence the behavior of its employees to achieve safety objectives. PT. RND is a shipping company which was founded in early the year 2003. Implementation of safety given by the supervisor 3, although the decision-making for implementation of safety continue through the director. Disengagement supervisor and team leader of safety programs in the field resulted in the implementation of safety systems are not effective in PT. RND. The leaders in PT. RND do not have the perspective of safety which is reflected in their personality, leadership style and best practices in leading employees to implement safety effectively. This study will describe and explain the overall the characteristics of safety leadership in PT. RND, Jakarta-Surabaya in 2012 with in-depth interviews and direct observation for the leaders in PT. RND conducted in April-June 2012. The results of this research obtained personality, which is owned by the leaders of PT. RND is still not optimal on the characteristics of emotional resilience. Transformational leadership style has been used by some leaders of PT. RND in leading employees but not yet used by directors and supervisors 3. Best practices characteristic held by the leaders of PT. RND are not optimal in the vision and communication. Characteristic of safety leadership in PT. RND is not optimal as an unstable emotional resilience. The leaders in PT. RND does not have a clear plan in the execution of the work, the difference in the vision and the communication path that overlaps giving an obstacle to the leaders of PT. RND in leading the workers.
