Factors Related with Implementation of Therapeutic Communication of the Nurses at Solok HospitalTherapeutic Communication was describe as the process by which nurses provide care for clients in needs of psychosocial intervention. This research study ilustrattes the interpersonal communication of the nurses at Solok Hospital.The Research used the cross sectional method by getting the sample of the total population of the nurses at Solok Hospital during the month of July until August 2002.The data were gathered from the given questionnaire at the respective respondents and was properly interpreted and explained on the basic of statistic reports with technical analysis distribution frequency, and chi square.The data analysis consist of univariat and bivariat. The analysis also implied that the relation of bivariat between age, gender, education, length of the data analysis consist of univariat and bivariat. The analysis also implied that the relation of bivariat between age, gender. education, length of work, employed status, knowledge, attitude, facility with perception of therapeutic communication.The result of this research showed there are 4 variables:( attitude, facility, length of work and employed status) have significant relationship with perception of therapeutic communication. Based on this research, it is recommendation is Focused on the achievement of the therapeutic communication of nurses and further development of there ability of therapeutic communication.References : 35 (1980-2000)

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan crosssectional yang dilakukan pada periode rawat 4-15 Maret 2013 pada 114 pasien sebagai responden. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi pasien terhadap efektivitas komunikasi terapeutik perawat di ruang rawat inap RSU Bhakti Yudha Depok.Hasil penelitian menggambarkan 66,7% responden menilai komunikasi perawat efektif, analisis lebih lanjut dengan regresi logistik menujukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, tipe kepribadian dengan persepsi pasien terhadap efektivitas komunikasi terapeutik perawat. Hanya variabel motivasi yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi pasien terhadap efektivitas komunikasi terapeutik perawat.Dengan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada rumah sakit agar diadakan rencana pelatihan komunikasi terapeutik secara berkelanjutan bagi perawat. Selain itu, mengupayakan adanya penerapan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan optimal serta adanya pengawasan dari supervisor maupun kepala ruangan, dan pembinaan dari komite keperawatan bagi perawat.

The study was a quantitative cross sectional study conducted during the periodMarch 4th to March 15th 2013 and covering 114 client. The aim of the study was to determine the factors associated with patient's perceptions about effectiveness of therapeutic communication nursing inpatient unit.The result was found 66,7% respondents think nurses have effectiveness communication and with the logistic regression analysis showed there was no association between age, sex, education, personality traits with patient’s perceptions about effectiveness of therapeutic communication nursing. It also found that there was association between motivation with patient's perceptions about effectiveness of therapeutic communication nursing.This study recommends to hospital for make therapeutic communication periodic training. Besides that, seek the implementation of therapeutic communication nursing and monitoring from supervisor and the head of the room, also coaching from nursing committee for nurses.

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan denganefektivitas komunikasi perawat-pasien di ruang rawat inap RS Harapan Mulia.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangancrossectional yang dilakukan pada periode rawat Maret-Mei 2015 pada 60 pasiendan 30 perawat sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan 53,3%responden pasien menilai komunikasi perawat efektif, analisis lebih lanjut denganregresi logistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara karakterperawat, kelelahan fisik dan mental, bahasa, dukungan pimpinan dan manajemenrumah sakit, fasilitas dan penghargaan dengan efektivitas komunikasi perawatdan pasien.Kata kunci: Efektivitas komunikasi, perawat, pasien.

Beban kerja yang dilimpahkan kepada perawat untuk memasukkan data administrasi pasien ke dalam komputer mengambil sebagian waktu perhatian untuk pasien. Kemampuan perawat untuk memasukkan data ke dalam komputer berbeda - beda memberi dampak terhadap jumlah waktu yang berkurang kepada pasien. Kebijakan regulasi yang diambil pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk menugaskan perawat melaksanakan aktivitas pemasukan data. Pemanfaatan komputer untuk pemasukan data yang harus tetap menjaga kerahasiaan pasien. Keluhan pada perawat yang mengatakan beban kerjanya terlalu tinggi karena harus melaksanakan tugas pemasukan data yang merupakan tugas administrasi. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang rawat inap ibu RSIA Hermina Podomoro menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi terhadap aktivitas perawat menurut metode work sampling dan kemudian hasil observasi dianalisis dan dilakukan wawancara kepada perawat. Pemasukan data mencapai 7,04% dan jenis tugas perawat di rumah sakit 39,87% dengan 2 orang perawat mengeluh pemasukan data dilakukan setelah jam kerja. Disarankan pemasukan data pasien yang dilakukan setelah melaksanakan secara penuh tugas perawat di rumah sakit. Diperlukan pengkajian kegiatan asisten dokter dan lain-lain yang dimungkinkan untuk disederhanakan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Pemasukan Data.

 The workload is delegated to nurses to enter data into the computer patient administratiotook some time for patient care. The ability of nurses to enter data into computers of differeimpacts on the reduced amount of time to patients. Regulatory policy taken by the hospitamanagement to assign nurses perform data entry activity. Use of computers for data entry thamust keep patient confidentiality. Complaints to the nurse who said her workload is too hig because they have to perform data entry tasks that are administrative duties. The study was conducted in mother of wards using quantitative and qualitative approacheto observe the activities of nurses according to the method of work sampling then analyzed thresults of observations and interviews with nurses. The data entry reached 7.04% and the typof duties of nurses in hospitals 39.87% with 2 nurses complain of data entry is done aftbusiness hours. It is recommended that the patient data entry is done after fully carrying out theduties of nurses at the hospital. Abstrak: Menurunnya kualitas pelayanan bukan hanya karena faktor mutu tenaga,tetapi dapat juga karena tingginya beban kerja yang berakibat perawatmenjadi letih secara fisik dan mental sehingga terjadi burnout.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktordemografik, faktor personal dan faktor organisasi terhadap burnoutperawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap RSJ Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.Penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif potong lintangmenggunakan instrumen MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory). Sampel yangdiambil adalah total sampling berjumlah 122 orang. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa burnout perawat pelaksana dalam kategori rendahsebesar 82,8% dan kategori sedang sebesar 17,2% serta variabel yangpaling dominan dengan burnout adalah variabel beban kerja.Kata kunci : Burnout, Perawat Pelaksana

Samples are the total populationamounted to 122 nurses. The results showed that 82.8% are nurses withlow category of burnout while 17.2% in middle category of burnout.
