Abstrak:
Pengukuran fatigue dilakukan sebagai data dasar untuk melihat profil fatigue sopir di sebuah perusahaan jasa ekspedisi. Sebanyak 52 sopir diukur selama 10 menit menggunakan Psychomotor Vigilance Task-192 (PVT-192). Dari hasil rata-rata waktu reaksi, responden memiliki profil fatigue normal dan signifikan sebesar 0,046 terhadap jarak berkendara yang berpola negatif. Ada 1 sopir yang fatigue dan 18 sopir merasakan kantuk setelah mengantar muatan. Kegiatan promosi dan preventif tetap perlu dilakukan berkala seperti edukasi dan pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala. Kegiatan kuratif dan rehabilitatif dilakukan bagi sopir yang fatigue. Kata kunci: Fatigue, KSS, PVT-192, Kantuk, Sopir, Truk

There was one fatigue driver and 18 sleepiness drivers after dropping off the load. Promotion and preventive activities need periodically (education and medical checks up).
