Abstrak:
Perilaku membuang sampah sisa makanan pada rumah tangga terjadi di berbagai tahapan mulai dari belanja bahan pangan, penyimpanan bahan pangan dan penyediaan makanan sampai di konsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam perilaku membuang sampah sisa makanan pada skala rumah tangga studi kasus di Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode kelompok diskusi terarah yang terdiri dari 8 kelompok dengan kategori sebagai berikut kelompok diskusi terarah berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, jumlah anggota keluarga dan tingkat pendidikan. Perilaku membuang sampah sisa makanan di tingkat rumah tangga seringkali terjadi pada tahapan belanja yakni belum sempat dikonsumsi tetapi sudah busuk akibat dari pola belanja bahan pangan rumah tangga yang tidak terencana. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi kelompok terarah rumah tangga masih kurang memahami cara membedakan tanggal kedaluwarsa dan tanggal sebelum makanan layak dikonsumsi. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi kelompok terarah rumah tangga masih kurang termotivasi untuk menjaga makanan supaya tidak mudah busuk dan akhirnya menjadi sampah. Dari segi norma, semua rumah tangga memiliki kebiasaan menyediakan makanan berlebih sehingga makanan tersebut mudah menjadi busuk dan akhirnya menjadi sampah. Kesimpulan, rumah tangga masih banyak berperilaku membuang sampah sisa makanan karena belanja berlebih dan menyediakan makanan dalam jumlah berlebih sehingga makanan tersebut busuk dan menjadi sampah. Saran, pentingnya pendidikan terhadap rumah tangga dalam mengelola makanan supaya tidak mudah busuk.
The behavior of wasting food in households occurs at various stages, from shopping food, storing food and preparing food to consumption. This study aims to dig deeper into the behavior of wasting food in households at a case study household scale in Semarang. This type of research is qualitative. The research data collection method used focus group discussions consisting of 8 groups with the following categories focus group discussions based on age, gender, number of family members and level of education. The behavior of wasting food in households often occurs at the shopping stage, it has not yet been consumed but has spoiled as a result of unplanned household food shopping patterns. Based on the results of focus group discussions, households still do not understand how to distinguish the ?expired date? and the ?date before food is fit for consumption?. Based on the results of focus group discussions, households are still not motivated enough to keep food from spoiling easily and eventually turning into trash. In terms of norms, all households have a habit of providing excess food so that the food spoils easily and eventually becomes trash. In conclusion, many households still have the behavior of disposing of leftover food waste due to excessive spending and providing excess amounts of food so that the food spoils and becomes trash. Suggestion, the importance of education for households in managing food so it does not spoil easily

Abstrak:
Terdapat selisih antara klaim INA-CBG dengan pendapatan Rumah Sakit di 4 Rumah Sakit kelas A yaitu RSUP Fatmawati, RSUP Dr. Kariadi, RSUP Dr. Sarjito dan RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin. Dalam 6 bulan terdapat selisih terkecil Rp 1.091.205.671 di RSUP Dr. Kariadi dan terbesar Rp 10.142.004.398 di RSUP Fatmawati. Perbedaan selisih terutama dipengaruhi perbedaan pada komponen biaya untuk jasa medis dan farmasi pada seluruh kasus yang dilayani maupun kasus sectio cesarea tingkat keparahan 3. RSUP Dr. Kariadi dan RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin adalah Rumah Sakit yang efisien, sedangan RSUP Fatmawati dan RSUP Sarjito adalah Rumah Sakit yang inefisien.
Metode pembayaran INA-CBG meningkatkan upaya pengendalian biaya Rumah Sakit melalui pembayaran jasa medis yang lebih kecil, penggunaan obat generik serta pengendalian pemeriksaan penunjang laboratorium dan radiologi. Setiap Rumah Sakit mempunyai karakteristik dalam melakukan pengendalian biaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan dapat menjadi model pembelajaran bagi Rumah Sakit lain. RSUP Fatmawati dalam menerapkan clinical pathway, RSUP Dr. Kariadi dalam pengendalian alat medik habis pakai, RSUP Dr. Sarjito dalam menerapkan jasa pelayanan yang sama untuk semua kelas perawatan dan RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin dalam hal kebijakan mewajibkan penggunaan obat generik.
There is a difference between the claims of INA - CBG with hospital revenue in the fourth class A hospitals; Fatmawati, Dr. Kariadi, Dr . Sarjito and Dr. Hasan Sadikin . Within 6 months, difference range between Rp 1,091,205,671 in Dr. Kariadi Hospital and Rp 10,142,004,398 in Fatmawati Hospital . The difference is mainly influenced by the difference of cost component for medical service payment and pharmacy cost in all cases and cesarean section severity level 3. Dr. Kariadi and Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital are an efficient hospitals, on the other hand Fatmawati and Sarjito Hosital are an inefficient hospitals.
INA-CBG payment method enhance the cost containment efforts through smaller medical service payment, the use of generic drugs, control of laboratory and radiological investigations. Each hospital has the characteristics in costs containment to enhance hospital efficiency and can be a learning model for other hospitals. Fatmawati hospital in implementing clinical pathways, Dr. Kariadi hospital in the control of medical equipment consumables, Dr. Sarjito hospital in implementing the same payment services to all class care and Dr. Hasan Sadikin hospital in policies require the use of generic drugs.
