Abstrak:
Pelayanan kesehatan dapat berupa kemudahan dalam melakukan pembayaran atau bertransaksi di rumah sakit, dimana pihak rumah sakit telah bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga yaitu seperti perusahaan asuransi, rumah sakit, yayasan serta dinas kesehatan. Maka dari itu bagian pemasaran RSCM merupakan kekuatan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam segala kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan pelanggan. Untuk mengimplementasikannya maka bagian pemasaran haruslah mempunyai program yang dapat mewujudkan kekuatan tersebut salah satunya yaitu bekerjasama dengan pihak ketiga. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pasien yang sedang berjalan dan menjalin hubungan erat antara penjamin seperti rumah sakit, yayasan, perusahaan asuransi dan dinas kesehatan, di RSCM kegiatan ini disebut dengan Ikatan Kerjasama (IKS). Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih banyak pihak yang belum mencapai kesepakatan didalam pelaksanaan IKS ini, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran input, proses dan output dalam pelaksanaan IKS bagian pemasaran RSCM dengan pihak ketiga di tahun 2012. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti ingin mendapatkan gambaran pelaksanaan IKS dengan wawancara mendalam serta didukung dengan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran input belum optimalnya kuantitas pegawai dengan kualitas pekerjaan yang ada, didalam gambaran proses negosiasi untuk mencapai kesepakatan tersebut kedua belah pihak harus bisa saling menyesuaikan satu dengan yang lainya, dimana RSCM tidak menerima cost sharing dalam IKS dan pada gambaran outputnya data hasil monitoring masih banyak pihak ketiga belum difollow up padahal kontrak IKS sudah habis masa berlakunya. Untuk evaluasi bagi yang ingin memperpanjang kontrak IKS, beberapa pihak ketiga juga harus menyelesaikan kewajibanya dahulu seperti hutang piutang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka peneliti menyarankan ada penambahan pegawai dibagian pemasaran agar pekerjaan menjadi lebih optimal, segera memfollow up pihak yang sudah habis masa berlakunyaagar dapat mengetahui pihak ketiga yang ingin memperpanjang kontrak IKS nya kembali.

This type of research is a qualitative descriptive, where researchers want to get an overview of the implementation of IKS and supported by in-depth interviews with document review. The results showed picture yet optimal input quantity with quality employees who work there, in the description of the process of negotiation to reach agreement both parties must be mutually adjust to each other, which did not receive a cost-sharing RSCM in IKS and output image data of monitoring there are many third parties have not been followed up IKS contract when it expires. For the evaluation of those who want to extend the contract IKS, some third party must also complete the obligations were as accounts payable. Based on the findings, the researcher recommends the addition of personnel marketing section in order to work more optimally, immediately follow up parties expired berlakunyaagar can find a third party who wants to extend his contract again IKS.

Abstrak:
Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional (RSUPN) DR. Cipto Mangunkusumo merupakan rumah sakit tertua yang terdapat di Indonesia dengan status RumahSakit Kelas A Pendidikan dan memiliki jumlah tempat tidur sebesar 1.220.Sebagai rumah sakit rujukan nasional, tentunya RSUPN DR Cipto Mangunkusumo menghasilkan limbah baik dari limbah padat medis maupun nonmedis dari aktivitas pelayanannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan limbahpadat medis di RSUPN DR Cipto Mangunkusumo dengan studi kasus di CentralMedical Unit 1. Metode penelitian ini adalah peneltian kualitatif. Data primerdalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif pasif dan wawancaramendalam. Sedangkan untuk data sekunder menggunakan telaah dokumen.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan limbah padat medis CMU1 RSUPN DR Cipto Mangunkusumo telah memenuhi persyaratan pengelolaan limbah medis yang terdapat di KepMenkes No. 1204/Menkes/SK/X/2004, seperti pemberian label dan pewadahan yang telah sesuai dengan jenis limbah padatmedis yang dihasilkan, memiliki alat pengangkut yang berbeda untuk limbah medis dan non-medis, memiliki TPS untuk limbah padat medis tersendiri, danpembakaran dengan menggunakan insinerator dilakukan kurang dari 24 jam.Namun ada beberapa kejagalan yang ditemui dilapangan seperti masih ada limbahnon-medis yang masuk ke dalam tong sampah untuk limbah medis, tidak adanya identitas limbah padat medis pada kantung sampah medis, dan pengangkutan limbah medis dan non medis ke TPSS dalam satu wadah pengangkutan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka ada beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut seperti dilaksanakansupervisi terhadap petugas pengelolaan limbah padat medis yang terdapat di CMU1 RSUPN DR Cipto Mangunkusumo. Abstrak:
Insentif merupakan balas jasa yang diberikan kepada karyawan dengan berbagai standar produktivitas dan profitabilitas perusahaan yang di berikan secara periodik. Insentif adalah balas jasa yang diberikan perusahaan kepada pegawai yang berprestasi di atas standar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemberian insentif pegawai di RSUP Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta Tahun 2012. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dimana peneliti menggali informasi pada beberapa informan yang telah ditentukan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui pelaksanaan pemberian insentif di RSUP Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo berdasarkan pada kompetensi dan kinerja, selain itu juga mempertimbangkan jabatan pegawai, resiko kerja pegawai serta nominal rumah sakit. Pemberian insentif juga meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai, karena semakin baik kinerja pegawai maka semakin besar pula nominal yang diterima. Namun peningkatan produktivitas tidaklah signifikan.

The aims to study is ti reveal the incentives employees in the department of RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta 2012, the method used was qualitative research, where researchers gather information on some predetermined informants. The survey result revealed the implementation on incentives in the RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusmo based on competency and performance, while also considering the position of employees, as well as the risk of employee par hospital. Providing incentives also increase employee productivity, because the better the performance of the employee, the greater thr nominal received. But the increase in productivity is not significant.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo, untuk mendapatkan calon pegawai yang memenuhi syarat dan juga dalam rangka memenuhi jumlah rencana kebutuhan tenaga kerja. Dalam proses mendapatkan calon pegawai yang baik tidaklah mudah, calon pegawai harus melewati proses seleksi yang diantaranya adalah : seleksi administrasi, tes tertulis, tes wawancara, tes psikologi dan juga tes kesehatan. Barulah setelah semua tahapan seleksi tersebut dilakukan maka akan didapatkan keputusan seleksi yang dibuat oleh tim rekrutmen dan seleksi pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah data sekunder. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi pegawai sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik, tetapi masih terdapat beberapa pelaksanaannya yang belum optimal. Kendala seperti ruangan untuk rekrutmen dan seleksi pegawai, biaya dalam tes kesehatan, terdapat pelamar yang tiba-tiba mengundurkan diri. Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan rencana tenaga kerja, Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia belum dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan dikarenakan jumlah kebutuhan yang banyak. Akan tetapi sampai saat ini Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia masih secara bertahap melakukan rekrutmen dan seleksi pegawai.
This study discusses the implementation of the recruitment and selection of employees in a General Hospital National Center Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo, to get the qualified candidates and the number of plans in order to meet workforce needs. In the process of getting good candidates is not easy, the prospective employees must go throught a selection process which are: selection test administration, written test, interview, psychological tests and medical tests. Only after all of the selection process is done it will get the selection decisions is made by a team of recruitment and selection of employees. This study used qualitative research methods with in-depth interviews, observations and review of secondary data. Research shows that the implementation of the recruitment and selection of employees has been running pretty well, but there are still some implementation that has not been optimal. Constraints such as room for recruitment and selection of employees, the cost of medical tests, there are applicants who suddenly resigned. In order to meet the needs of the labour`s plan, the Human Resources Department can not meet all the requirements due to the amount of need that much. However, until now Human Resources Department is gradually employee recruitment and selection of employees.
