Rekam medis merupakan suatu hal yang mutlak ada pada setiap pelayanan kesehatan. Sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman, sistem rekam medis yang ada di rumah sakit sudah mengalami perubahan dari sistem pengelolaan manual berubah menjadi komputerisasi. RSGM FKG UPDM (B) masih melakukan pengelolaan berkas rekam medis secara manual sehingga pelayanan penyediaan berkas rekam medis menjadi lama dan keberadaan berkas rekam medis sulit ditelusuri karena sering terselip bahkan hilang. Untuk dapat memberikan jasa pelayanan yang memuaskan, maka perlu dibuat sistem informasi yang baik. Perlu digunakan sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan data dan untuk mencari data dengan cepat, mudah dan aman sehingga kualitas pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas pengelola rekam medis di loket dan tiap laboratorium, direktur utama dan wakil direktur bidang pelayanan medik sebagai pihak manajemen. Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain sistem informasi rekam medis untuk Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Prof. DR. Moestopo (Beragama). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unit rekam medis masih memerlukan banyak perbaikan. Jumlah petugas di bagian loket masih kurang dan pendidikannya tidak sesuai dengan Standar Profesi Perekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan. Pengelolaan rekam medis yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, belum adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur tentang pengelolaan rekam medis dan analisis pekerjaan untuk petugas pengelola rekam medis menjadi penyebab lamanya dan belum teraturnya pelayanan rekam medis. Desain sistem informasi rekam medis yang sesuai untuk RSGM FKG UPDM (B) adalah sistem informasi yang online baik di loket maupun di tiap laboratorium. Desain sistem informasi rekam medis yang dibuat masih dalam bentuk prototipe, sehingga perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebelum diimplementasikan. Medical records is a must in every healthcare service. Nowadays, medical records systems in hospitals are change from conventional systems to electronic based. Dental Hospital of The Dental Faculty of Prof. DR. Moestopo (Beragama) University still manages medical record manually, so the service provision of medical record file takes times and difficult to searched even it is often tucked and disappear. To be able to provide satisfactory services, they have to design a good medical record information system. They need to use computer-based information system that can serves a good storage system which can find data quickly, easily and securely so the service quality can be improved. This research is descriptive with qualitative approached. Informants are the officer of the medical record unit at counter and each laboratory, and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Medic Division as a representative of the management. This research produces the design of medical record information system in Dental Hospital of The Dental Faculty of Prof. DR. Moestopo (Beragama) University. The results showed that the medical records unit still requires a lot of improvement. The number of officers at the counter is still lacking and under education and are not in accordance to Professional Standards Medical Recorder and Health Information. Management of medical records still using manual systems, they have no Standard Operating Procedure and no job description for medical records staff cause a long and unregulated of medical records services. Medical record information system design that is suitable for Dental Hospital of The Dental Faculty of Prof. DR. Moestopo (Beragama) University is an online information system both at the counter and in each laboratory. The study of Physical Building and Infrastructure Condition for Dental and Mouth Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, University of IndonesiaThis study have a background about there is no standardization for Dental and Mouth Hospital. This Hospital have function not for treatment only, but it has another function is for dentist education. In other side, the planning for RSGM FKG UI building well not organized, this situation because building and infrastructures have built not for Dental and Mouth Hospital.
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum adanya bagian pemasaran di manajemen RSGM terutama di Klinik Spesialis Orthodonti pada tahun 2005-2007. Belum optimalnya kegiatan pemasaran menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya masalah tersebut. Oleh karena itu penelitian melakukan analisa pada manajemen pemasaran, promosi, audit pemasaran, serta hasil audit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya kekuatan dan kelemahan dari kegiatan pemasaran di Klinik Spesia!is Orthodonti tahun 2005-2007 sehingga dari hasi! penelitian ini peneliti dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pihak manajemen RSGM Trisakti dan membagikan kuesioner kepada dokter residensi S2 Orthodonti di Klinik Spesialis Orthodonti Untuk pengolahan data dilakukan secara kualitatif, sedangkan untuk data kuesioner dikelompokkan secara persentase yang kemudian pengolahan data secara kualitatif sebagai pendukung data kualita1if. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa program pemasaran di Klinik Spesialis Orthodontio ini sudah ada tapi penerapan secara profesional belum sehingga tidak optimal,selain itu peneliti juga menemukan belum adanya anggaran biaya khusus untuk kegiatan pemasaran Hap tahunnya,serta tidak adanya bag ian khusus pemasaran dalam manajemen RSGM yang mana dala.m hal in1 organisasi pemasaran, Pada promosi Klinik Spesia.lis Orthodonti ini sudah berjalan tapi masih terbatas pada leatlet dan pemasaran dad mulut kc muhH hul ini tidak terlepas dar:i kaitannya dengan keterbatasan biaya dan kebijakan pemasaran yang ada di rumah sakit. Setelah dilakukan audit pada kedua faktor yaitu manajemen pemasaran dan promosi maka: dapat diketahui KIinik Spesialis Orthodonti ini memiliki kekuatan sebagai produk yang sudah punya segmen pasar sendiri dan keiemahannya belum adanya bagian pemasaran dan keterbatasan biaya untuk kegiatan pemasaran yang menyebabakan pemasaran di Klinik Spesialis Orthodonti ini belum optimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka KUnik Spesialis Orthodonti ini sem pihak manajemen RSGM hams lebih aktif lagi dalam memasarkan produknya,mengingat Ktinik Spesialis Orthodonti ini memiliki potensi yang sangat besar, karena itu bagian pemasaran datum manajemen inmi sangat diperlukan agar dapat mcnyusun perencanaan pemasarun yang matang untuk dapat rnencapai target yang diinginkan.
The background of this research is there is no marketing department in RSGM management especially in Clinic Specialist of Orthodonti in the year 2005·2007. The activity of marketing which is not optimal become one of the cause of the problem. Therefore researcher analyse at marketing management, promotion, make an audit of marketing, and also result of audit. Intention of this research is known the strength and weakness of the marketing activity in Clinic Specialist of Orthodonti Year 2005-2007 and from this research result researcher giving the recommendation to improve the marketing activity. This research process is with circumstantial interview to tbe management of RSGM Trisakti and kuesioner to doctor of residensi S2 Orthodonti in Clinic Specialist of Orthodonti. For data processing by qualitative, and for the data of kuesioner grouped by persentase which later:then data processing qualitative as supporter of data qualitative. From obtained research resull faund that marketing progrnm in Clinic Specialist of Orthodontic are already exsist but applying professionally therefor not optimal, researcher also find there is no special budget for the ma.rketing activity every year, and because of none marketing department in management of RSGM which in this case marketing organization. Clinic Specialist promotion of Orthodonti this have walked but still limited with leaflet and mouth to mouth marketing. this problem bearing with limitation of expense and policy of marketing in hospital. After make an audit of both factor that is marketing management and promotion known that Clinic Specialist of Orthodonti have the strenght as product which have had market segment and the weakness of there is no part of marketing and limitation of expense for the activity of marketing which was marketing activity in Clinic Specialist of Orthodonti this not yet optimal. Base to the research result Clinic Specialist of Ortbodonti and also management of RSGM have to be more active in marketing activity and also promoted Clinic Specialist as a number one product, knowing of the Orthodonti have very big potency, in consequence part of marketing in management of RSGM are needed, so can compile planning of matured marketing to be able to reach wanted goals.
Dental radiology cannot be separated from the effects of radiation exposure. Radiology policies are needed to regulate the use of radiation equipment in health services. The government regulates radiology services in Indonesia through Regulation of Minister of Health Number 24 of 2020 to improve the quality of health services by paying attention to safety and security aspects which are organized based on the capabilities of health facilities including human resources and equipment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Regulation of Minister of Health Number 24 of 2020 in dental care services, and to find out whether the policy can be implemented in General and Dental Hospitals. This research is a policy analysis with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and document review. The conceptual framework is based on various top down theories with the variables studied in the form of output, human resources, infrastructure, funding, organizational support, press attention, work culture, communication and bureaucratic structure. The results show that Regulation of Minister of Health Number 24 of 2020 cannot be implemented in Dental Hospitals because there are differences in needs with General Hospitals so that they are out of sync with the terminology and requirements stated in Regulation of Minister of Health Number 24 of 2020. Regulation of Minister of Health Number 24 of 2020 does not facilitate dental radiology specialists and equipment such as CBCT thus creating legal uncertainty. Work culture, communication and bureaucratic structure are not functioning as they should because the contents of the regulations are not conveyed to service providers. Support from organizations and press attention do not directly affect service delivery but are important in policy process. Review of the contents of Regulation of Minister of Health Number 24 of 2020 is needed, especially related to the aspects of policy effectiveness, clarity of policy formulation, and transparency.
