Individual's performance can be affected by several factors, among others; personalcharacteristics (age, sex, experience, etc.), motivation, and salary income, family,organization, supervision and career development, including training. The purpose of thisstudy is analyzing the factors associated with the performance of nursing faculty inconducting education and teaching in Bogor Nursing Programe Study of BandungPolytechnic of Health in 2014. This study used a cross-sectional design. Have 43peoplesofthe total sample. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically. To determinethe relationship between the individual variables, psychological variables and organizationalvariables with SPSS for Windows version 15.0 using Chi Square test. Descriptiveanalysisshowedthatthe performance of lecturers in education and teaching conducting anaverage of 95.48% with the lowest performance of 88.75%. Statistical test results howed thatthe variables of age(p value = 0.857), years(p value 0.425), workload(p value = 1.000), workmotivation(p value 0.444), compensation(p value = 0.366), leadership style(p value 0.718)and supervision(p value 0.812) significantly nonsignificant (p value>0.05) on theperformance of the lecturer. While based on the statistical test that the training variables(pvalue = 0.042) were significantly on the performance of lecturersin conducting education andteaching in Bogor Nursing Program Study of Bandung Health Polytechnic year 2014.
Biaya pendidikan merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan. Proses pendidikan tidak dapat berjalan tanpa dukungan biaya. Poltekkes Jakarta II adalah satker Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) berdasarkan Kep Menkeu RI No. 498/KMK.05/2009 tanggal 17 Desember 2009. Sebagai satker BLU, Poltekkes Jakarta II boleh memungut biaya dari masyarakat berdasarkan tarif layanan yang dibuat oleh Poltekkes sendiri atas persetujuan Menteri Keuangan. Masalahnya, belum diketahui berapa biaya satuan untuk penyelenggaraan Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM), dimana perhitungan biaya satuan tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bahan dalam menetapkan kebijakan pembiayaan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa biaya satuan pendidikan pada Jurusan Teknik Gigi Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta II Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2011. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian operasional untuk mengetahui biaya satuan pendidikan Jurusan Teknik Gigi Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta II tahun 2011. Hasil penelitian disajikan berdasarkan komponen biaya yang mempengaruhi biaya pendidikan. Informasi yang didapat ini sebagai dasar dalam melakukan analisis biaya pendidikan. Analisis biaya ini akan diuraikan mengenai komponenkomponen biaya pendidikan, biaya tetap, biaya variabel, biaya total, dan biaya satuan (aktual & normatif). Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut; biaya tetap sebesar Rp2.516.389.403,- biaya variabel Rp2.367.988.642,- biaya total Rp4.884.378.045,- biaya satuan aktual Rp25.048.093,- dan biaya satuan normatif Rp22.628.487,-. Disarankan untuk mengusulkan dan menyusun pola tarif Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II sebagai salah satu peningkatan pengelolaan keuangan yang diberikan oleh Kementerian Keuangan setelah Poltekkes Jakarta II dinyatakan resmi sebagai Badan Layanan Umum. Dimana berdasarkan PP No.23/2005 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum, disebutkan dalam Pasal 9 bahwa Satker BLU dapat memungut biaya kepada masyarakat Kata kunci: Biaya tetap, biaya variabel, biaya total, biaya satuan.
Education cost is one of the most important components in term of education implementation. The process of education can not work without the support costs. Department of Health Polytechnic (Poltekkes) Jakarta II is a work unit of Public Service Board (BLU) according to Kep. Menkeu RI No. 498/KMK.05/2009, date of December 17 th , 2009. As a work unit of BLU, Poltekkes Jakarta II may take cost from community based on cost of service, which is arranged by Poltekkes and approved by Finance Minister. The problem is, not yet known how much the unit costs for the implementation of Teaching and Learning (PBM), where the calculation of unit costs can be used as an ingredient in determining education funding policy. The purpose of this study was analyzing the unit cost of the education at the Department of Dental Polytechnic Jakarta II Ministry of Health in 2011. The research operation method was determining the unit cost of education Department of Dental Polytechnic Jakarta II in 2011. The results are presented based on the components that affect the cost of education. This obtained information is used as a basis for analyzing the cost of education. This cost analysis will be elaborated on the components of education costs, fixed costs, variable costs, total costs and unit costs (actual and normative). Based on the research that has been done, can be concluded as follows: fixed costs by Rp2.516.389.403,-; variable cost by Rp2.367.988.642,-; total cost by Rp4.884.378.045,-; the actual unit cost by Rp25.048.093,-; and normative unit cost by Rp22.628.487, - It is advisable to propose and develop cost patterns of Poltekkes Jakarta II as one of the improvement of financial management provided by the Ministry of Finance after Poltekkes Jakarta II officially declared as a Public Service Board (BLU). According to PP No.23/2005 about managing of Public Service Board (BLU) stated in Article 9 that the work unit of BLU may charge to community. The problem is not yet known how much itcosts for providing education in Pharmacy Study Program Health PolytechnicBandung where the calculation of the cost of the ABC method can be used as aningredient in determining education funding policies.The aim of this study was to analyze the cost of education of Pharmacy HealthPolytechnic Bandung 2013. The method is operational research using quantitative andqualitative approaches. The analytical method used is the method of ABC (ActivityBased Costing).Results of the study are presented based activities that affect the cost components ofthe cost of education. Starting from the registration later lectures and ends with theannouncement. Known total cost is Rp 2,385,856,539, - while the unit cost based onthe method of calculation ABC is Rp 12,293,230, -. Pharmaceutical Prodi income isRp 1,638,214,000, - and Cost Recovery Rate of 69%.It is recommended that the management tried to find other sources income such ascooperation with companies dealing with pharmaceutical or research by professorsProdi Pharmacy. ABSTRAK
Pada era globalisasi dan persaingan bebas dalam bidang pelayanan pendidikan,saat ini pihak pengelola pendidikan dituntut untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Salahsatu cara untuk mengetahui mutu pelayanan adalah dengan mengukur kepuasanpelanggan I mahasiswa Kepuasan mahasiswa yang rendah menggambarkan mutupelayanan yang rendah pula Kepuasan mahasiswa dipengaruhi banyak faktor,diantaranya adalah karakteristik mahasiswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tingkat kepuasanmahasiswa terhadap mutu pendidikan, melihat hubungan antara kepuasan dengankarakteristik mahasiswa, dan mengetahui faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengankepuasan mahasiswa Kepuasan mahasiswa diperoleh dari Tingkat Kesesuaian I NilaiPuas yang merupakan rasio persepsi dengan harapan mahasiswa terhadap mutuPendidikan x 100%.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross sectional dengan total populasi196 mahasiswa yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei - Juli 2002 di Program StudiKeperawatan Bogor Polt.ekkes Bandung. Dimensi pelayanan yang digunakan untukmengukur kepuasan mahasiswa adalah Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance,dan Empathy.Faktor karakteristik mahasiswa yang ingin diketahui hubungannya dengantingkat kepuasan mahasiswa adalah faktor umur, Jems kelamin ,tingkatan, danpendidikan. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Untukanalisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi - square. Sedangkan untuk multivariatmenggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda. Analisis terhadap faktor - faktor dimensipelayanan pendidikan dengan Self Scale Survey menggunakan diagram Kartesius.Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa proporsi mahasiswa yang puas 50 %,dan yang tidak puas 50% dengan Tingkat Kesesuaian I Nilai Puas 67,12 %. variabelyang berhubungan dan dominan terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa adalah variabelumur.Analisis setiap faktor terhadap dimensi pelayanan diketahui, bahwa faktor -faktor : ruang kuliah bersih, tenang, dan nyaman, kamar kecil bersih, tenang, dannyaman, materi perkuliahan yang disampaikan dosen sesuai dengan silabus, dosendalam mengajar sesuai denganjadwal yang telah di tentukan, dan dosen dalam meng~artepat waktu, merupakan faktor-faktor yang penting dan prioritas bagi mahasiswa, danProgram Studi Keperawatan Bogor Poltekkes Bandung harus segera memperbaiki danmengoreksi fak1or-faktor dimensi pelayanan ini.Sedangkan faktor-faktor: perpustakaan bersih, tenang, dan nyaman, laboratoriumbersih,tenang, dan nyaman, setiap ajaran mempunyai silabus, dosen man1pu menanggapikeluhan mahasiswa dengan cepat, dosen dapat memegang rahasia dari mahasiswa yangdilayani, dosen mempunyai rencana pengajaran yang baik, dan komunikasi antara dosendan mahasiswa terjalin dengan baik, merupakan faktor-faktor dimensi pelayanan yangharus dipertahankan karena mahasiswa merasa puas.
Background: The nursing professionals quality as those who give health service, is not excluded from the quality of education attained before. Regarding to that quality improvement that can not be conducted in a step only and it is needed a supporting data in establishing the rate of priority, so that the measurement of client’s satisfaction is one of the way to measure the quality which can be used as an input in improving service quality of an educational institution. Target : This research has an objective to obtain data about satisfaction rate of the college students to the service quality of education at Tanjung Pinang Department of Nursing at Polytechnic of Health in Riau in 2005, either factors that affect it. Method : The research carried out in June 2005, within sort of research applied is cross sectional to the 182 students at Tanjung Pinang Department of Nursing Polytechnic of Health in Riau. The analysis used are univariat, bivariat, and multivariate while the statistical test used are Chi Square and Multiplied Logistis Regression. Result : The research shows that the students percentage who are satisfied to the service quality at education at Tanjung Pinang Department of Nursing is only 48,4% and of 4 dimensions of educational service, there is a lowest proportion of satisfaction (41,8%) on lecturers service. The analysis result within Chartesius diagram, indicates that factor to be the major priority to be improve better on lecturer service, is (1) the ability from lecturers to come for the class on time, (2) lecturers ability to give the relevant illustration within given matters, (3) their ability to give opportunity for their counseled students for an academic consultation, (4) their ability to give learning matter both descriptively and systematically, and ( 5) the ability from lecturers to mastery of learning matter. From the test result of bivariate, it shows that factor correlates to satisfaction supports the variables of education, academic achievements, and learning motivations. While from the test result of doubled logistic regression, found that the most dominant factor in determining the student’s satisfaction is academic achievement. Conclusion : The quality of educational service at Department of Nursing in Tanjung Pinang Polytechnic of Health in Riau 2005, still lower. Service of lecturer become priority to increase satisfaction of student, especially on teaching schedule, mastering study method and items.
