Abstrak:
Diabetes merupakan penyakit tidak menular ke 4 penyebab kematian di Indonesia,prevalensinya 6,9%, terjadi pada usia ≥ 15 tahun (Kemenkes, 2014), hampir 90% adalahDiabetes Melitus Tipe 2 (DMT2) disebabkan oleh gaya hidup tidak sehat. Karyawan PT.X menderita DMT2 dengan prevalensi 6,5%. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis polamakan dan aktivitas fisik penderita DMT 2, dengan metode penelitian kualitatif analisisdeskriptif pada 12 responden. Pola makan diukur menggunakan kuesioner FoodFrequency Quesionnair (FFQ) dan aktivitas fisik dengan International Physical ActivityQuesionnair (IPAQ), serta dilakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasilpenelitian menunujukkan bahwa, karakteristik dari 12 orang responden berumur ≥ 40tahun (75%), laki-laki (91,7%), dan responden yang memiliki riwayat keluarga DM(58,3%). Pola makan respnden tidak teratur, konsumsi karbohidrat berlebih atau tinggiIndeks Glikemiknya (IG), aktivitas responden kategori ringan dan jarang berolahraga.Rata-rata Metabolic Equivalent (MET) responden secara total dari aktivitas kerja,aktivitas transportasi, kegiatan di rumah dan berkebun, olahraga yaitu di bawah 600MET-menit/minggu, responden beralasan tidak ada waktu dan malas berolahraga.Disarankan program promosi kesehatan tentang makanan sehat atau rendah IG untukkaryawan dan istrinya, bila memungkinan perusahaan menyediakan makanan sehat bagikaryawan, promosi pentingnya olahraga dan membuat program olahraga untukmengimbangi aktivitas kerja yang ringan.Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Fisik, Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2, Kesehatan Kerja, Pola Makan

The diet was measured by Food Frequency Quesionnair questionnaireand physical activity with International Physical Activity Quesionnair, and observationand in-depth interviews were conducted. The results showed that the characteristics of 12respondents were ≥ 40 years old (75%), male (91.7%), and respondents who had a familyhistory of DM (58.3%). Irregular eating patterns, excessive carbohydrate consumption orhigh Glycemic Index (GI). The activity of respondents in the category of mild and rarelyexercise. Mean Total Metabolic Equivalent (MET) respondents from total work activities,transportation, domestic, exercise is below 600 MET-minutes/week, Respondentsreasoned no time and lazy to exercise. Jajanan gorengan merupakan salah satu makanan yang digemari remaja. Karakteristiknya yang berlemak dan padat energi membuat konsumsi secara berlebihan dapat berakibat pada risiko kegemukan dan obesitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan proporsi konsumsi jajanan gorengan berdasarkan tingkat stres, aktivitas fisik, kualitas tidur, faktor individu dan faktor sosioekonomi pada siswa-siswi SMAN 2 Cibinong Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengisian google forms dan lembar FFQ secara mandiri oleh responden. Data kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat (chi-square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 77,7% responden mengonsumsi jajanan gorengan tingkat tinggi (≥ 7x/minggu), jenis jajanan gorengan yang paling sering dikonsumsi secara berurutan adalah olahan ayam digoreng, sosis/nugget/otak-otak, dan gorengan tempe. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan pada konsumsi jajanan gorengan berdasarkan tingkat stres (p-value 0,002), pengetahuan gizi (p-value 0,009), kebiasaan sarapan (p-value 0,025), dan pengaruh teman sebaya (p-value 0,039).
Fried snacks are one of the foods favored by teenagers. With its energy-dense and high-fat characteristics, consumption excessively can lead to overweight and obesity. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences of fried snack consumption based on stress levels, physical activity, sleep quality, individual factors, and socioeconomic factors among students of SMAN 2 Cibinong 2024. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, involving a sample size of 130 individuals selected through consecutive sampling. Data collection was conducted through self-administered questionnaires completed by the respondents. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate (chi-square) methods. The results showed that 77.7% of respondents consumed high levels of fried snacks (≥ 7 times per week), the most frequently consumed types of fried snacks, in descending order, were fried chicken, sausage/nugget/otak-otak, and fried tempeh. The bivariate analysis showed different levels of fried snacks consumption based on stress levels (p-value 0,002), nutritional knowledge (p-value 0,009), breakfast habits (p-value 0,025), and peer influence (p-value 0,039).
