Abstrak:
Kasus kematian ibu di Kota Bogor menurut data profil kesehatan Kota Bogor tahun 2015 sebagian besar disebabkan oleh hipertensi (33%) dan penyakit penyerta ibu (38%) yang dapat terdeteksi sejak awal ibu melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan. Hal ini menunjukkan jejak rekam kondisi ibu harus sudah terpantau sejak ia kontak dengan layanan kesehatan yang tercatat dan terpantau melalui kohort ibu. Kohort ibu merupakan sumber data pelayanan ibu hamil dan bersalin, serta keadaan dan resiko yang dimiliki ibu, Sehingga kohort merupakan sumber data penting dalam deteksi dini ibu hamil sehingga dapat dilakukan penanggulangan sejak dini. Namun terkadang tidak semua ibu hamil di suatu wilayah kerja Puskesmas tercatat di kohort ibu, hal ini disebabkan masih lemahnya sistem registrasi populasi di wilayah kerja puskesmas. Berdasarkan data hasil Riskesdas 2013, fasilitas kesehatan yang banyak dimanfaatkan ibu hamil adalah praktek bidan (52,5%), sedangkan Puskesmas/Pustu (16,6%) dan Posyandu (10,0%), sedangkan sisanya ibu hamil memeriksakan kehamilannya di RS, rumah bersalin, klinik/praktek dokter dan fasilitas lainnya, hal ini menunjukkan ada ibu hamil yang tidak teregistrasi oleh puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem informasi berupa prototype yang dapat mendukung manajemen program KIA yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas untuk peningkatan pemantauan kondisi kesehatan masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas khususnya kesehatan ibu dan menjadi data dasar dalam deteksi dini resiko yang berkaitan dengan masalah kesehatan ibu selama kehamilan sehingga tidak terjadi resiko dalam persalinannya. Aplikasi menghasilkan data jumlah ibu hamil beresiko, dan rekomendasi fasilitas kesehatan rujukan. TNI AL mempunyai potensi sumber daya manusia yang harus selalu dipelihara dan ditingkatkan kemampuan fisik dan mentalnya, melalui pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit Angkatan Laut. Peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien dinas maupun pasien umum terus dilakukan. Pelayanan medik yang merupakan primadona dalam penyembuhan pasien, tidak akan berarti jika tidak ditunjang dengan pelayanan penunjang medik, salah satunya ialah pemeriksaan radiologi. Dalam operasional pelayanan radiologi membutuhkan biaya tinggi untuk pengadaan film.
Untuk melakukan efisiensi dan meningkatkan efektiftas dalam pelayanan diperlukan suatu perencanaan yang baik. Dari unsur-unsur yang terkait dengan perencanaan, yaitu dari segi organisasi masih belum berjalan sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang ada dalam struktur organisasi. Sumber daya manusia yang ada di Subdepartemen Radiologi belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan/penataran mengenai cara membuat perencanaan yang baik dengan menggunakan metode tertentu. Kebijakan dalam membuat perencanaan belum dibuat secara tertulis. Anggaran yang tersedia dalam pembelian film berasal dari dana APBN dan non APBN (hasil pelayanan terhadap masyarakat umum).
Proses perencanaan yang ada belum menggunakan metode tertentu, tetapi menggunakan perkiraan dari jumlah pemakaian tahun lalu dibagi 12. Proses perencanaan yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode peramalan l forecasting time series dengan sepuluh macam model. Dari hasil peramalan yang dilakukan hanya 6 jenis film saja yang dapat dibuat peramalannya. Sedangkan metode peramalan yang dipakai hanya 4, yakni rata-rata bergerak tertimbang, rata-rata bergerak dengan trend liner, single exponential smoothing, double exponential smoothing.
Dengan Analisis ABC diketahui kelompok berdasarkan pemakaian dan besarnya investasi. Semua jenis film mempunyai kekhususan sendiri-sendiri, salah satu jenis film tidak dapat digantikan oleh jenis film yang lain, untuk itu tidak dilakukan analisa VEN. Dengan mengetahui harga per item, waktu pesan, biaya pesan dan biaya penyirnpanan, maka economic order quantity dan reorder point dapat dicari. Metode yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan bisa diterapkan untuk persediaan yang lain.

In order to increase service efficiency and effectivity a good planning is needed. From all of the planning involved elements, the organizational aspect has not yet run as it should be in means of task and responsibility. The human resources in the Radiology Subdepartment never have any training or improvement in making good planning according to the suitable method. Policy in the making of planning has not been produced yet in writings. The available budget for the purchasing of films sources from the APBN (income from the goverment) and non APBN ( income from the public service).
The process of planning has not used certain method yet, instead using historical usage, divided by 12. The process of planning which is proposed in this research is the forecasting time series with 10 models. From the result of the forecasting there are only 6 kinds of film that can be forecast. The methods that are aplicable are only 4 i.e.: average weighed moving, average trend linear moving, single exponential smoothing and double exponential smoothing.
With ABC analyses it can recognize groups based on usage and the amount of investment. All kind of film has its own specialities, one kind-of film cannot be substitute by another kind, for this purpose the Vital Essential Non essential analyses is being used. With the knowledge of per item price, ordering time, ordering cost and storage cost, the ecoonomic order quantity and reorder point can be calculated. It is hoped that the method being proposed in this research can be applied for other purposes.

Abstrak:
Rekam medis manual (kertas) mempunyai beberapa kelemahan, penggunaan rekam medis elektronik merupakan sebuah solusi mengatasinya. Rumah Sakit Husada mulai ujicoba penerapan Electronic Medical Record (EMR) di Klinik Spesialis pada September 2019, sampai Juni 2021 diketahui penggunaan EMR belum 100%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan, dan minat perilaku terhadap penggunaan EMR. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah tenaga Kesehatan yang terlibat dalam penggunaan EMR yang berjumlah 288 orang yang terdiri dari Dokter, Perawat, Petugas Rekam Medis, Petugas Radiologi, Petugas Laboratorium, Petugas Farmasi dan Admission. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 80 orang yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dan kemudian dilakukan stratifikasi berdasarkan profesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan EMR tertinggi pada unit Admission dengan skor 24,10 dan terendah pada dokter dengan skor 19,04. Pada hasil uji diketahui tidak terdapat hubungan persepsi kemudahan dengan penggunaan EMR, dan terdapat hubungan persepsi kemanfaatan dan minat perilaku dengan penggunaan EMR dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Kemanfaatan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna dengan adanya EMR adalah lebih efisien waktu dan tenaga. Pada persepsi kemudahan rata-rata skornya adalah 36,79, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala diantaranya jaringan yang error atau data pasien tidak muncul. Skor minat perilaku penggunaan EMR adalah 20,55 artinya minat untuk menggunakan EMR cukup baik. Saran terhadap Rumah Sakit Husada adalah perlunya perbaikan jaringan secara menyeluruh untuk mengurangi terjadinya gangguan sistem. Abstrak:
Dengan ditetapkannya Covid-19 sebagai kondisi kegawatdaruratan kesehatan dunia oleh WHO pada bulan Januari 2020, dan angka kematian yang terlihat lebih tinggi pada pasien dengan ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome), maka kebutuhan akan pelayanan unit intensif (ICU) sangat meningkat. Lonjakan pasien yang terjadi sangat cepat, mengharuskan rumah sakit beradaptasi dan segera mempersiapkan pelayanan khusus ICU Covid-19. Strategi manajemen keperawatan diperlukan untuk mengatasi kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan ICU yang ikut melonjak. Sementara jumlah tenaga keperawatan dengan kualifikasi ICU yang belum memadai kondisi pandemi Covid yang belum pernah dialami sebelumnya, menyebabkan tenaga keperawatan banyak yang menolak untuk melayani pasien Covid-19.

Abstrak:
Melihat data 2014 hingga 2016 yang dimiliki oleh puskesmas Cilandak, trend kasus DBD di Kecamatan Cilandak cenderung meningkat pada bulan Januari hingga Mei, mulai turun ketika bulan juni dan titik terendahnya pada bulan Desember. Trend kasus tersebut selalu sama terjadi di setiap tahunnya ini menimbulkan ketertarikan penulis untuk meneliti terkait faktor iklim, faktor kepadatan vektor yang dilihat dari angka bebas jentik (ABJ), dan faktor kepadatan penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor iklim (suhu udara, kelembaban, dan curah hujan), faktor kepadatan vektor (angka ABJ), dan kepadatan penduduk dengan angka incidence rate DBD di Kecamatan Cilandak Tahun 2010-2019. Jenis data yang diambil adalah data sekunder. Data incidence rate DBD, dan angka ABJ didapatkan dari laporan tahunan Puskesmas Kecamatan Cilandak. Data mengenai kepadatan penduduk didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Data terkait iklim didapat dari BMKG. Hubungan akan dianalisis menggunakan uji pearson product moment. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tahun 2010-2019, curah hujan dan kelembaban memiliki hubungan dengan IR DBD di Kecamatan Cilandak (p=0,029, r=0,685).

Banyaknya kejadian kesalahan obat di farmasi RS Awal Bros Bekasi. Tujuan penelitian inimembahas faktor yang mempengaruhi kesalahan obat di farmasi RS awal Bros bekasi daripersepan, penyiapan dan pemberian obat. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuaneksplanatif. Hasil penelitian ada 274 kejadian. Jenis kesalahan meliputi salah obat, salahpasien, salah baca, salah rute pemberian. Penyebab kesalahan yaitu pengetahuan danketerampilan petugas kurang, kesibukan petugas, komunikasi kurang, kurangnya sosialisasikebijakan dan prosedur, penggunaaan resep online belum maksimal. Saran untuk pencegahankesalahan obat diperlukan sosialisasi kebijakan dan prosedur serta penyempurnaannya danmereview beban kerja petugas serta pelatihan ketrampilan petugas.Kata kunci : Kesalahan Pengobatan, Sosialisasi Kebijakan dan SPO, Review Beban Petugas
