Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Proses pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan perlu melibatkan seluruh karyawan. Perawat merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit yang langsung berhubungan dengan pasien dan jumlahnya yang terbesar dari seluruh karyawan rumah sakit maka perannya sangat dominan dalam menentukan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit.Maksud penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja, kinerja dan karakteristik individu perawat. Serta mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta. Tingkat kepuasan dilihat secara umum dan dari masing-masing dimensi kepuasan kerja yaitu kepuasan terhadap imbalan, pekerjaan itu sendiri, pengembangan diri, hubungan interpersonal dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisis statistik dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat.Hasil dari analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa perawat yang tidak puas (46,9%). Ketidakpuasan terhadap pengawasan adalah paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 71,5%. Sedangkan hasil pengukuran kinerja diperoleh gambaran sebagian besar di bawah rata-rata (53,1%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat. Diantara dimensi kepuasan kerja didapatkan bahwa kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan dan pengawasan berhubungan bermakna dengan kinerja perawat. Selain itu ditemukan adanya hubungan bermakna antara karakteristik individu yaitu antara umur dengan kinerja dan antara umur dengan kepuasan kerja. Dengan hasil tersebut diatas maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan umur akan mempengaruhi kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta.Disarankan agar dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan maka perlu lebih ditingkatkan kinerja tenaga keperawatan dengan menjalankan sistem pengawasan yang baik dan pelaksanaan reward and punishment yang tentunya harus diikuti oleh komitmen dari seluruh staf di Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta.
Correlation of Work Satisfaction and Individual Characteristics with Nurse Performance at Drug Dependence Hospital Jakarta Year 2002 Qualified manpower is needed in order to enhance hospital service quality. The process of health services involves the whole staff and nurses specially as they interact directly with the patients and so also determine the quality of service.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the job satisfaction, performance and individual characteristics of the nurses and whether there is a correlation between satisfaction and individual characteristics with nurses? performance at Drug Dependence Hospital Jakarta. Degree of satisfaction is evaluated generally and from every dimension of satisfaction namely of income, the job itself, personal development, interpersonal relationship and supervision. This study is a cross sectional quantitative with univariate and bivariate analysis.Results of univariate analysis show that more nurses (46,9%) are unsatisfied. Un-satisfaction of supervision is the highest, namely 71,8%. Most nurses performed below average (53,1%). Results of bivariate analysis show that satisfaction is correlated with performance. And that satisfaction of one's work itself and supervision correlates significantly with nurses? performance. Besides that, the result show significant correlation between age and nurses performance. This study also revealed significant correlation between age and job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that job satisfaction will influence nurses? performance and that this correlation is also influenced by the age factor.Enhancing nurses? performance is advised by improving nurses? management in general and good supervision besides implementing reward and punishment system to motivate nurses? performance and certainly must be followed by commitment of the whole staff of Drug Dependence Hospital Jakarta.
One of the functions of hospital bylaws is as a means of legal protection for allparties associated with the hospital. Legal protection is very necessary when healthworkers get claim. One of the things that can cause the claim is unexpected incidence (adverse events). The purpose of this research is to know in depth about how thepolicy content of hospital bylaws in efforts to protect health workers against theclaim of adverse events and the content of policy conformance with existing guide lines. Research design with qualitative methods. Results of the study was RSKO Jakarta hospital bylaws policy already contains about legal protection for healthworkers but still need to be equipped with making other technical operationalpolicies and there is still a discrepancy contents policy with Hospital Bylawsguidelines. Suggestion is that the contents of the RSKO Jakarta hospital bylawspolicy can be improved, making technical operasional policies and improvement ofhospital bylaws guidelines by government. This thesis discusses the model of Integrated Care Pathway (ICP) treatment ofpatients with drug abuse of opioid withdrawal as one case. This study is aqualitative study with a descriptive design. The results show coordination,communication, and collaboration continuity of patient care opioid withdrawalhas not run optimally involving various elements of scientific disciplines on theservice provided. ICP models are proposed for re-developed with the involvementof a variety of multi-disciplines involved in the care of patients with drug abuse ofopioid withdrawal in RSKO Jakarta through an FGD activities that involve morehealth workers associated with the service so that it can produce the ICP inaccordance with the requirements .Keywords: ICP, drug, opioid withdrawal
Cakupan Peran Serta Masyarakat di Kabupaten Subang masih rendah, salah satu penyebab dari permasalahan tersebut berhubungan dengan kemampuan manajerial kepala Puskesmas. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan manajerial kepala Puskesmas dalam penggerakan masyarakat di Kabupaten Subang pada Tahun 2006. Dengan mempelajari hubungan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala Puskesmas tersebut dengan faktor internal yang terdiri dari Umur, Pendidikan dan Lama kerja serta faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari Supervisi, Pelatihan, Umpan balik dan Sarana kerja. Dalarn penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer yang didapat melalui kegiatan wawancara mend alam dan Focus Group Discussion dengan informan dari Dinas Kesehatan, Kepala Puskesmas dan Tokoh Masyarakat, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui kegiatan penelusuran dokumen baik di tingkat Dinas Kesehatan maupun Puskesmas yang menjadi lokasi penelitian. Dari wawancara mendalam dapat diketahui bahwa rendahnya cakupan peran serta masyarakat dipicu oleh beberapa permasalahan mendasar, selain karena kualitas dan kuantitas tenaga kesehatan yang ada masih sangat terbatas, kemampuan manajerial kepala Puskesmas sebagai pimpinan tertinggi di wilayah kerjanya juga rata-rata masih kurang, mereka belum mampu memaksimalkan potensi yang ada untuk membantu pelaksanaan program Puskesmas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari ketiga faktor internal yang diteliti ternyata faktor yang tampak cenderung berhubungan dengan kemampuan manajerial kepala Puskesmas dalam penggerakan masyarakat adalah faktor lama kerja. Sedangkan dari keempat faktor eksternal temyata tidak ada satupun yang mempengaruhi kemampuan manajerial kepala Puskesmas dalam penggerakan masyarakat. Saran yang dapat disampaikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pihak Dinas Kesehatan sebaiknya mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut diatas terutama lama kerja pegawai dalam pengangkatan Kepala Puskesmas di wilayah kerjanya. Disamping itu sebaiknya pihak Dinas lebih menyeimbangkan porsi pelatihan antara pelatihan teknis medis dengan pelatihan manajemen, khususnya mengenai manajemen dalam peningkatan peran serta masyarakat.
Public Cooperation in health sector in Subang distric still far from adequate, one of the causes from those problems related with Puskesmas chief managerial ability. Related with those cases then done research that aim to get the view about related factors related with Puskesmas chief managerial ability in moving society Subang distric in year 2006. By learn the relation between Puskesmas chief managerial ability along with internal factor that consist of Age, Education, and Working Length and also external factor that consist of Supervision, Training, Feedback and Working tools. In this research, approach that used is qualitative approach, where collected data is primary data that got from deep interview activity and Focus Group Discussion with informant from Health Agency, Puskesmas Chief and Public Figure, while secondary data got from document study activity whether in Health Agency or Puskesmas that become research location. From deep interview also known that public cooperation in health sector still far from adequate those cases triggered by some basic problems, besides quality and quantity of health source that still limited, Puskesmas chief managerial ability as highest leader in his working area even still low, they not yet can maximize available potency to help in conduct Puskesmas program. Research result be known that from three researched internal factor obviously factor that affect Puskesmas chief managerial ability in moving society is working length. While from four external factors obviously no one that affect Puskesmas chief managerial ability in moving society. Suggestion that can be submitted based on this research result showed to Public Health office is better considering those factors especially employee working length in giving position of Puskesmas Chief in his working area. Besides, Agency should balance training portion between medical techniques with management training, especially about management in improving public role.
