Abstrak:
Latar Belakang: Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia dan hak setiap warga negara yang dijamin oleh UUD 1945. Salah satu langkah strategis pemerintah dalam memastikan hak ini adalah melalui program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), yang dikelola oleh BPJS Kesehatan sejak 2014. Program ini bertujuan untuk mencapai cakupan kesehatan universal, meningkatkan akses, dan kesetaraan layanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Namun, pelaksanaan program ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti distribusi tenaga kesehatan yang tidak merata, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan disparitas kualitas layanan. Data dari Profil Kesehatan Indonesia 2023 dan Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) 2023 menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama, seperti puskesmas, merupakan yang paling sering diakses masyarakat, meskipun aksesibilitas dan kualitas layanan masih menjadi isu utama. Berdasarkan Model Anderson, akses pelayanan kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh faktor predisposisi, pemungkin, dan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menganalisis utilisasi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data SKI 2023, yang mencakup evaluasi tren akses dan pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan Menganalisis utilisasi fasilitas kesehatan berdasarkan data SKI 2023. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi penampang dengan data sekunder dari SKI 2023. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta JKN yang tersebar di 38 provinsi. Analisis dilakukan melalui uji chi-square dan regresi logistic sederhana untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel independen predisposisi (umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan status pekerjaan) dan enabling (kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan, waktu menuju fasilitas kesehatan dan biaya yang diperlukan menuju fasilitas kesehatan) dengan variabel dependen (pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan). Hasil: Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan terapat hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai fasilitas kesehatan dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk mengunjungi fasilitas kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan dalam 1 tahun terakhir. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara variable predisposisi dan enabling terhadap pemanfaatan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.

One of the government's strategic efforts to ensure this right is through the National Health Insurance (JKN) program, managed by BPJS Kesehatan since 2014. This program aims to achieve universal health coverage, improve access, and ensure equity in healthcare services in Indonesia. However, the implementation of this program faces various challenges, such as unequal distribution of healthcare workers, limited infrastructure, and disparities in service quality. Data from the 2023 Indonesia Health Profile and the 2023 Indonesia Health Survey (SKI) show that primary healthcare facilities, such as puskesmas, are the most frequently accessed by the public, although accessibility and service quality remain key issues. According to Anderson's Model, access to healthcare services is influenced by predisposing, enabling, and need factors. This study analyzes the utilization of healthcare services in Indonesia using data from the 2023 SKI, which evaluates trends in access and utilization of healthcare facilities over the past five years. Objective: This study aims to analyze the utilization of healthcare services based on 2023 SKI data. Methods: This study employs a cross-sectional design using secondary data from the 2023 SKI. The study population consists of JKN participants spread across 38 provinces. Analysis was conducted using chi-square tests and simple logistic regression to identify the relationship between the independent variables (predisposing factors: age, gender, education level, and employment status; enabling factors: health insurance ownership, travel time to healthcare facilities, and costs required to access healthcare facilities) and the dependent variable (utilization of healthcare facilities). Results: The study revealed significant relationships between age, gender, education, health insurance ownership, travel time, and costs to access healthcare facilities and the utilization of healthcare services in the past year. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between predisposing and enabling variables and the utilization of healthcare facilities.

Saat ini masalah yang sering dihadapi rumah sakit pada umumnya yaitu belum mampu memberikan apa yang sebenarnya yang diharapkan pasien. Kurangnya kepedulian dan lambatnya penanganan dari pelaku kesehatan juga menjadi kendala mengapa pelayanan rumah sakit. Pasien menuntut sikap terhadap kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas dan kepercayaan kepada pemberi jasa layanan. RSGM UNAND merupakan rumah sakit kesehatan gigi dan mulut dibawah naungan Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi UNAND yang memiliki mahasiswa profesi atau dokter gigi muda. Setiap tindakan dokter gigi muda masih berada dibawah supervisi dokter pembimbingnya. Dokter gigi muda yang menjalani pendidikan harus tetap memberikan perawatan sesuai keluhan dan diagnosis pasien tetapi juga harus menyelesaikan treatment kasus yang telah ditetapkan dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan. Dalam studi pre klinik tentunya ini menjadi tantangan bagi dokter gigi muda maupun pihak RSGM UNAND untuk memberikan layanan yang berkualitas sehingga pasien dapat percaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien pada dokter gigi muda di RSGM Universitas Andalas. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan menggunakan 228 sampel yang ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Dari hasil data analisis secara univariat dan path analysis ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap kepercayaan pasien (p value= <0,001, B=47,7%), hubungan kualitas layanan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p value= <0,001, B=37,4%), hubungan kepuasan layanan yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pasien (p value= <0,001, B=32,2%), dan hubungan kepuasaan pasien signifikan sebagai mediator pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepercayaan pasien (p value= <0,001, B=12%).
Currently, the problem that hospitals often face in general is that they have not been able to provide what patients actually expect. The lack of concern and slow handling of health actors is also an obstacle to why hospital services. Patients demand an attitude towards patient satisfaction with quality and trust in service providers. RSGM UNAND is a dental and oral health hospital under the auspices of the Faculty of Dentistry UNAND which has dental preclinical students. Every action of dental preclinical students is still under the supervision of his supervising doctor. Dental preclinical students undergoing education must continue to provide treatment according to the patient's complaints and diagnosis but also must complete the case treatment that has been determined in completing education. In pre-clinical studies, of course, this is a challenge for dental preclinical students and the RSGM UNAND to provide quality services so that patients can trust. This study aimed to determine the effect of the quality of oral health services on patient satisfaction and trust in dental preclinical students at RSGM Universitas Andalas. Quantitative research using descriptive research with a cross sectional approach using 228 samples determined by accidental sampling technique. From the results of univariate data analysis and path analysis, it was found that there is a significant relationship between service quality and patient trust (p value = <0.001, B = 47.7%), a significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction (p value = <0.001, B = 37.4%), a significant relationship between service satisfaction and patient trust (p value = <0.001, B = 32.2%), and a significant relationship between patient satisfaction as a mediator of the effect of service quality on patient trust (p value = <0.001, B = 12%).

Abstrak:
Kelelahan pada operator ground support equipment dalam kegiatan ground handling pesawat di area ramp berisiko tinggi menyebabkan insiden dan kecelakaan yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian besar terutama bagi maskapai penerbangan, pekerja ground handling dan operasi bandara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kelelahan pada operator ground support equipment yang menangani pesawat wide body PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-analitik dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 80 responden. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi square. Fatigue Severity Scale digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk mengukur kelelahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur, waktu commuting dan waktu istirahat secara signifikan berasosiasi terhadap kelelahan pada operator ground support equipment. Faktor individu dalam penelitian ini berperan besar terhadap terjadinya kelelahan sehingga diharapkan pekerja dapat mengelola waktu pribadi dan mengoptimalkan waktu istirahat ketika bekerja untuk mengurangi kelelahan. Kecelakaan kerja yang mengakibatkan hilangnya hari kerja atau Lost Time Injury (LTI) merupakan tantangan serius dalam menjaga keselamatan kerja dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, khususnya di sektor logistik yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab kecelakaan kerja kategori LTI di Grup Perusahaan X tahun 2024 dari sudut pandang faktor manusia menggunakan pendekatan Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) yang berdasar teori Swiss Cheese Model. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui telaah laporan investigasi kecelakaan dan wawancara kepada key person. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lubang terbesar atau faktor dengan jumlah kejadian terbanyak terhadap kasus LTI antara lain, dalam kondisi laten adalah organizational culture, planned inappropriate operations, physical environment dan tools/technology, sedangkan dalam kegagalan aktif adalah skill-based errors. Diperlukan perbaikan sistem kerja dari sisi organisasi maupun individu agar tercipta lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan berkelanjutan.

Improvements in work systems, both at the organizational and individual levels, are necessary to create a safer and more sustainable work environment.
