Breast milk (ASI) is the liquid secreted by the mother's breast glands in the form of natural food or the best nutritious and high-energy milk produced since the mother's pregnancy (Wiji, 2013). Nationally, from the 2017 Ministry of Health data, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies is 61.33%, but there are still some provinces that have not reached this coverage. This study aims to determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross sectional study design. The results of the study were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. In this study, the results of the bivariate analysis showed that the variables that had a relationship with exclusive breastfeeding were the mother's working status variable (p value 0.013), health facilities during childbirth (p value 0.001), information exposure (p value 0.044), and IMD. (p value 0,000). Broadly speaking, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in this study is quite good, amounting to 61.0%. From the results of the multivariate analysis, it was found that the variables that had the most association with exclusive breastfeeding were maternal occupational status and BMI.
Hasil penelitian mendapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan, ketersediaan faskes dan riwayat kehamilan dengan pemilihan penolong persalinan. Pendidikan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan pemilihan penolong persalinan (p=0,001; OR=9,92) artinya ibu yang berpendidikan tinggi berpeluang 10 kali memilih tenaga kesehatan sebagai penolong persalinan dibanding ibu dengan pendidikan rendah, setelah dikontrol oleh ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan, riwayat kehamilan dan jarak tempuh.

Non-smoking area or more commonly referred to as KTR, is an effort by the government and stakeholders in reducing the prevalence rate of smokers in Indonesia which is increasing every year. KTR policy is based on Law Number 36 Year 2009 Article 115 on health. The application of KTR in the school environment is supported by Permendikbud Number 64 Year 2015 on Non-Smoking Areas in School Areas, which has the basic purpose of protecting the young generation who are studying in schools from exposure to tobacco smoke that is harmful and indirectly expected to reduce the number of smokers on students. In fact there are still many students and educators and staff in the school environment often violate this rule, even ignore this rule, while the area where they smoke is a non-smoking area. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between knowledge about non-smoking areas (KTR) with students perceptions of KTR implementation in SMA N 5 Padang with the subjects of the study were all students. This research is a quantitative research of analytic survey with cross sectional study design approach. The sample that became the subject of this research is 143 respondents. Data collection is done through interview. The result of the research stated that the hypothesis was answered by the relation between the perception of the students on the application of non smoking area with the students 'smoking status (pvalue=0.001), with the students' knowledge about the nonsmoking area (pvalue=0.001). Meanwhile, between the perception of the students on the application of non-smoking area with parent income no relationship (pvalue=1,000), parental smoking status no relationship (pvalue=0.617), family members smoking no relationship (pvalue=1,000), danger of smoking no relationship, (pvalue=0.365). There is no major variable interaction with confounding variables.

Woman who face menopause are included in the risk group because in this group there is a drastic change in physical, psychological, and socio-cultural. The age of menopause between a woman and another woman is not the same and depends on the factors that influence it. Menopause at an earlier age will increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, stroke, and osteoporosis. The purpose of this study is discusses the relationship between age of menarche, parity, last childbirth, history of contraception use, job history, nutritional status and history of smoking with age of menopause in elderly mother in Cimanggis Community Health Center Depok 2018. This study use survey method with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in May 2018. The population in this study were all elderly mothers (≥ 60 years) in Cimanggis Community Health Center Depok. The sample in this study amounted to 113 elderly mothers taken by cluster sampling. Data were collected through direct interviews with respondents using questionnaires and observations. Data is processed using computer and data analysis is done using multiple logistic regression. The result showed that there was a significant correlation between smoking history with age of menopause p value 0,001, OR = 6,80 (95% CI, 2,18-21,21). It is recommended to avoid smoking and cigarette smoke, especially active smokers, because the content in cigarettes can accelerate the occurrence of menopause. The occurrence of menopause at an earlier age will be more at risk of health problems in women.
