Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap perbedaan siklus menstruasi pada siswi SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Sampel yang diteliti adalah kelas 10 dan 11 dengan total sampel berjumlah 120 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa riwayat menstruasi, asupan energi dan makronutrien, aktivitas fisik, IMT/U, persen lemak tubuh, tingkat stres, dan perilaku makan menyimpang. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri, wawancara recall 2x24 jam, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan dan persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji chi-square, uji T independen, dan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 65,8% mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak teratur. Stres merupakan faktor dominan terhadap perbedaan siklus menstruasi (OR=5,9). Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan siklus menstruasi pada penari balet di Namarina Ballet-JazzFitness Jakarta tahun 2015. Penelitian yang melibatkan 84 penari balet ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan metode pengambilan sampel berupa accidental sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa riwayat menstruasi, durasi latihan, IMT, persen lemak tubuh, usia menarche, perilaku makan menyimpang, dan stres. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara mandiri, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan, serta pengukuran persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 65,5% responden mengalami gangguan siklus menstruasi. Uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata durasi latihan, IMT, dan persen lemak tubuh yang signifikan antara penari balet yang mengalami ketidakteraturan siklus menstruasi dengan penari balet yang mengalami keteraturan siklus menstruasi. Uji chi square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia menarche, perilaku makan menyimpang, dan stres dengan siklus menstruasi. Analisis regresi logistik ganda menunjukan bahwa perilaku makan menyimpang (OR= 4,8) merupakan faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan siklus menstruasi pada penari balet di Namarina Ballet-Jazz-Fitness Jakarta tahun 2015.

The collected data were menstrual history, duration of exercise, BMI, body fat percentage, menarche age, eating disorder, and stress. These data were collected by using self administered questionnaire, measurement for weight and height, and body fat measurement using BIA. The result of this study showed that 65,5% respondents experience menstrual cycle disorder. Mann-Whitney test showed no significant differences in the average duration of exercise, BMI and body fat percentage between ballet dancers who experience menstrual cycle irregularity with ballet dancers who experience menstrual cycle regularity. Chi square test showed significant relation between the age of menarche, eating disorder, and stress to the menstrual cycle. Regression binary logistic analysis showed that eating disorder (OR= 4,8) as the dominant factor associated with the menstrual cycle on ballet dancer in Namarina BalletJazz-Fitness Jakarta 2015.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi, pola makan, dan stres dengan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random klaster. Sampel yang diteliti adalah kelas X dan XI dengan total sampel berjumlah 104 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa lama siklus menstruasi, IMT/U, persen lemak tubuh, frekuensi makan utama dalam sehari, asupan energi dan makronutrien, dan tingkat stres. Data ini dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri, wawancara recall 3x24 jam, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan dan pengukuran persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 43 responden (41,3%) mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak teratur dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persen lemak tubuh dan stres dengan siklus menstruasi (nilai p<0,05).
