Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian Tingginya potensi kecelakaan kerja di bidang pelayanan prostetik ortotik menjadi permasalahan yang perlu diperhatikan dan perlu diteliti, terkait faktor apa saja yang berperan penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berkontribusi terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pelayanan prostetik ortotik, sehingga dapat dibuat rekomendasi sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja untuk meminimalisir kecelakaan dan meningkatkan safety dalam pelayanan prostetik ortotik. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan input berupa potensi risiko pada pelayanan prostetik ortotik, kemudian menggunakan metode systematical review sebagai acuan faktor risiko yang paling berkontribusi pada keselamatan dan kecelakaan kerja dalam pelayanan prostetik ortotik. Dari hasil pencarian yang dilakukan terhadap database (Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct, Sage, dan Springer Link) diperoleh 442.793 literatur. Melalui evaluasi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, terdapat 15 literatur yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi tersebut. Hasil Dari hasil penilaian terhadap 15 literatur, ditemukan 8 faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pelayanan prostetik ortotik. Kedelapan faktor tersebut adalah faktor sumber daya manusia, faktor sumber daya alat dan bahan, faktor teknologi, faktor pengelolaan hazard, faktor dukungan pemerintah, faktor dukungan dari manajemen, faktor pengetahuan/ pendidikan, serta faktor regulasi dan standar. Simpulan Hasil analisis terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut, terdapat tiga faktor yang paling berkontribusi berdasarkan presentase tertinggi, yaitu: (1) faktor pengelolaan hazard (38%), (2) faktor dukungan dari manajemen (14%), dan (3) faktor sumber daya manusia (12%)

Abstrak:
Persepsi karyawan terhadap implementasi sistem manajemen K3 adalah pandangan karyawan terhadap apa yang diberikan perusahaan yang bertujuan agar karyawan terjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjanya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi karyawan terhadap implementasi sistem manajemen K3 di PT X. PT. X merupakan perusahaan distributor alat berat yang memiliki tingkat bahaya dan risiko yang cukup tinggi bagi karyawan yang bekerja di lapangan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik. Dengan jumlah responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 133 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. PT. X telah menerapkan sistem manajemen K3 di seluruh area kerjanya dengan mengintegrasikannya berdasarkan OHSAS 18001 dan PP No.50 tahun 2012. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi karyawan PT. X terhadap implementasi sistem manajemen K3 secara umum masih kurang baik. Dari hasil kuesioner diperoleh bahwa dari 133 responden yaitu sebanyak 69 orang (51,9%) memiliki persepsi kurang baik tentang implementasi sistem manajemen K3 dan 64 orang (48,1%) yang memiliki persepsi baik tentang implementasi sistem manajemen K3. Disarankan agar perusahaan memberikan sosialisasi kepada seluruh karyawan tentang SMK3 khususnya mengenai manfaat penerapan SMK3 bagi perusahaan, peran serta karyawan dalam penerapan SMK3. Meninjau kembali dan menginformasikan kepada karyawan tentang pencapaian tujuan, sasaran dan program-program K3 dalam pertemuan tinjauan manajemen. Mendeskripsikan dengan jelas tugas dan fungsi masing ? masing anggota P2K3 serta meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap kehadiran pengurus terhadap rapat-rapat yang diadakan sehingga pelaksanaan SMK3 oleh P2K3 dapat lebih efektif. Serta menjaga kesinambungan pelaksanaan SMK3 yang telah ada di perusahaan sehingga senantiasa diperoleh tempat kerja yang aman, nyaman, sehat dan produktifitas dapat ditingkatkan.
Employee perceptions of implementation occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) is the view of employees to what is given the company aims to secure the safety and health of employees work. The main objective of this study was to determine the employees' perception of the implementation occupational health and safety management system at PT. X. PT. X is a heavy equipment distributor that has the level of hazard and risk is quite high for employees working in the field. This research is descriptive analytic. With the number of respondents involved in this study as many as 133 people. This study was conducted using questionnaires. PT. X has implemented an occupational health and safety management system throughout the work area by integrating based on OHSAS 18001 and PP 50 in 2012. The results of the study showed that the employees perceptions of implementation occupational health and safety management system at PT. X in general is still not good. From the questionnaire results showed that of the 133 respondents as many as 69 people (51.9%) had a poor perception of the implementation of OHSMS and 64 (48.1%) who have a good perception of the implementation of OHSMS. It is recommended that the company provide socialization of all employees about the benefits of applying OHSMS especially for the company, the participation of employees in the application of OHSMS. Reviewing and inform employees about the achievement of goals, objectives and OHS programs in management review meetings. Describe clearly the duties and functions of each member Committe of OHS and increasing supervision of the presence of officials of the meetings are held so that the implementation OHSMS by committee can be more effective. As well as maintain the continuity of the implementation OHSMS that already exist in the company so always obtained workplace that is safe, comfortable, healthy and productivity can be improved.

Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) terhadap PP No. 50 Tahun 2012. Desain penelitian ini bersifat campuran (kualitatif dan kuantitatif). Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan telaah data. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan perbandingan antara kondisi aktual dengan kriteria tingkat awal sistem manajemen keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja PP No. 50 Tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase pemenuhan sebesar 59,37% dengan kategori kurang.
This thesis discusses the evaluation of occupational health and safety management system’s impelemtation based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 at PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia which aims to identify the suitability of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) compared by PP No. 50 of 2012. The research design is mixed methode (qualitative and quantitative). Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and document analysis. The analysis was carried out by making a comparison between the actual conditions and the criteria for the initial level of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System PP No. 50 of 2012. The results showed that the percentage of fulfillment was 59.37% in the less category.

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hak pekerja untuk memperoleh perlindungan atas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk mengelola dan mengendalikan keselamatan, atau adalah sistem manajemen yang khusus ditujukan untuk keselamatan. ISO 45001: 2018 memiliki manfaat bagi pekerja maupun perusahaan. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan pengelolaan dan penanganan limbah B3 yang memiliki risiko bahaya K3 yang tinggi. Maka, SMK3 ISO 45001:2018 sangat diperlukan untuk pengembangan berkelanjutan K3. Oleh karena itu dilakukan analisis Implementasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di PT XYZ berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana pemenuhan SMK3 di PT XYZ yang selanjutnya akan menjadi masukan untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan dan pengetahuan sudah sejauh mana PT XYZ dalam kesesuaian SMK3 berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018. Penelitian merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan desain penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode studi perbandingan semi kuantitatif deskriptif yang kemudian hasilnya dianalisis secara univariat dengan skor penilaian pada skala 1 -5. Hasil dari analisis implementasi pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018 adalah PT XYZ telah memenuhi persyaratan ISO 45001:2018, dengan 71% telah memahami pentingnya aktivitas dan menerapkan secara konsisten, 20% sudah menerapkan tetapi belum konsisten, dan sebanyak 9% sudah memilki dokumen tetapi belum melaksanakan atau sudah melaksanakan tetapi belum memiliki dokumen. Maka berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan PT XYZ selalu dapat lakukan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan dalam penerapan SMK3 seperti pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan tinjauan terhadap dokumen secara berkala,.
Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is the right of workers to obtain protection for occupational safety and health. The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is a system used to manage and control safety, or is a management system specifically aimed at safety. ISO 45001: 2018 has benefits for both workers and companies. PT XYZ is a B3 waste management and handling company that has a high OHS hazard risk. So, ISO 45001:2018 SMK3 is very necessary for the continuous development of K3. Therefore an analysis of the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health at PT XYZ was carried out based on ISO 45001: 2018. The purpose of this research is to see the extent to which PT XYZ fulfills SMK3 which will then become input for continuous improvement and knowledge of the extent to which PT XYZ is in compliance with SMK3 based on ISO 45001:2018. This research was a cross-sectional study with a descriptive research design using a semi-quantitative descriptive comparative study method. The results were then analyzed univariately with an assessment score on a scale of 1 -5. The results of the analysis of the implementation of occupational safety and health implementation based on ISO 45001: 2018 are that PT XYZ has fulfilled the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018, with 71% having understood the importance of activities and implementing them consistently, 20% have implemented them but not consistently, and as many as 9% have have documents but have not implemented or have implemented but do not have documents. So based on the research results, it is expected that PT XYZ can always make continuous improvements in the implementation of SMK3 such as conducting training, and carrying out periodic reviews of documents.
