Terjadinya masalah gizi di 1000 hari pertama kehidupan dapat memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi anak yaitu dapat menyebabkan gagal tumbuh seiring dengan bertambahnya usia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan yang berhubungan dengan status gizi balita usia 6-59 bulan berdasarkan composite index of anthropometric failure (CIAF) di Indonesia (IFLS5 2014/2015). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) tahun 2014. Total sampel sebanyak 4079 anak balita. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara umur balita dengan CIAF, dimana balita yang berusia 6-23 bulan lebih banyak mengalami gagal tumbuh sebanyak 1,1 kali. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan ada hubungan antara keragaman makanan dengan kejadian CIAF, dimana anak balita yang keragaman makanan tidak tercapai berisiko 1,2 kali mengalami gagal tumbuh dan pendidikan ibu yang rendah menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian gagal tumbuh

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure (CIAF) adalah komposit indeks malnutrisi yang dibagi menjadi tujuh indikator. Faktor risiko kejadian CIAF diantaranya ASI eksklusif, desa/kelurahan Universal Child Immunization (UCI), jamban sehat, posyandu aktif, kemiskinan, tingkat pendidikan ibu dan status pekerjaan ibu balita. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap secara lokal dan secara global dan mengetahui perbedaan faktor yang menjadi prediktor CIAF di setiap kabupaten/kota Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis spasial menggunakan MGWR. Hasil: Hasil analisis F hitung < F tabel (0,47 < 2,25) sehingga tidak ada variasi spasial di Kalimantan namun ada variabel yang signifikan di wilayah lokal atau per kabupaten/kota yaitu pendidikan ibu yang rendah dan posyandu aktif thitung > t tabel (0,025;49 = 2,009). Nilai R-square pemodelan MGWR sebesar 52.56% sehingga model ini cukup dalam menggambarkan variasi CIAF di Kalimantan. Kesimpulan: Variabel yang berpengaruh secara spasial di kabuaten/kota adalah variabel tingat pendidikan ibu yang rendah dan posyaandu aktif sedangkan hasil analisis di Kalimantan tidak ada variasi spasial. Faktor tingkat pendidikan ibu yang rendah dan posyandu aktif yang menjadi prediktor kejadian CIAF secara lokal. Tingkat pendidikan ibu signifikan diseluruh kabupaten/kota, sedangkan posyandu aktif signifikan di 14 kabupaten/kota. Kata kunci: CIAF, malnutrisi, MGWR, spasial Background: The Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure (CIAF) is a composite index of malnutrition that is divided into seven indicators. Risk factors of CIAF are exclusive breastfeeding, Universal Child Immunization (UCI) villages, avaibility of latrines, poverty, maternal education level, active integrated service post, and employment status of toddler mothers. This study was conducted to determine the variables that affect lokally and globally and to know the differences in factors that predict CIAF in each district that affect spatial malnutrition incidence in infants. Method: This study used a quantitative approach using cross sectional study design. The research analysis used spatial analysis using MGWR. Results: The result of F value < F table (0,47 <2,25), there is no spatial variability in Kalimantan but there are significant variables in lokal area (i.e., low maternal education and active integrated service post (t value> t table 0.025; 49 = 2,009). MGWR analysis for CIAF resulted in a 52.56% so this model is strong to describe the variation of CIAF in Kalimantan Conclusion: The variables that have spatial variability in lokal area are low education maternal education variable and active active integrated service post, while analysis result in Kalimantan no spatial variability. Factors of low level of maternal education and active integrated service post, become predictors of CIAF incidence. Composite Index of Antropometric Failure (CIAF) merupakan indikator penilaian status gizi komposit (BB/U, PB/U, BB/PB) untuk menggambarkan seluruh masalah gizi yang dialami balita. Masalah gizi, tingkat pengangguran, dan kemiskinan Provinsi Banten cukup tinggi serta pendapatan penduduknya rendah. Desa Karangkamulyan adalah desa tertinggal dengan wilayah pertambangan. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi balita berdasarkan CIAF di Desa Karangkamulyan, Kecamatan Cihara, Kabupaten Lebak tahun 2020. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan menganalisis data primer penelitian ?Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Kecacingan pada Balita di Desa Karangkamulyan Kecamatan Cihara Kabupaten Lebak Tahun 2020?. Sampel penelitian adalah 141 balita berusia 24-59 bulan. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menemukan balita dengan masalah gizi berdasarkan CIAF berjumlah 36,2%. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan status gizi balita berdasarkan CIAF, yaitu ASI Eksklusif (p-value 0,026), asupan energi (p-value 0,026), dan kebiasaan konsumsi protein nabati (p-value 0,003). Variabel pendidikan ibu, penghasilan keluarga, jenis kelamin, berat lahir, panjang lahir, asupan balita (protein, karbohidrat, lemak) kebiasaan konsumsi (protein hewani, sayur dan buah), dan riwayat penyakit (ISPA, diare) tidak berhubungan dengan status gizi balita. Dengan kondisi ini, pelaksanaan penanggulangan gizi dari orang tua, puskesmas, dan dinas kesehatan diharapkan dilakukan untuk menanggulangi masalah gizi balita.

Gagal tumbuh selama ini menggunakan pengukuran antropometri menurut indeks konvensional yang diukur terpisah, sementara kekurangan gizi tidak dapat berdiri sendiri. Pengukuran gagal tumbuh menggunakan CIAF diperlukan untuk melengkapi kegagalan antropometri yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gagal tumbuh dengan perkembangan anak usia 24-59 bulan di desa lokus stunting wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Limau. Menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan teknik simple random sampling, analisis chisquare dan regresi logistik model faktor risiko dengan sampel 105 anak usia 24-59 bulan. Anak mengalami perkembangan meragukan sebanyak 31,4%, perkembangan sesuai 68,6%, gagal tumbuh sebanyak 29,5% dan normal 70,5%. Hasil bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara gagal tumbuh dengan perkembangan anak(p= 0,028), gagal tumbuh berhubungan dengan perkembangan motorik kasar (p=0,002) dan kemampuan bicara bahasa (p=0,050).Variabel lain yang berhubungan dengan perkembangan anak yaitu pendidikan ibu (p= 0,002), pekerjaan ibu (p= 0,003),pendapatan(p= 0,003), ASI ekslusif (p= 0,0034), dan stimulasi (p= 0,0005). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan gagal tumbuh tetap konsisten berhubungan dengan perkembangan anak (p= 0,002). Gagal tumbuh berhubungan dengan perkembangan meragukan setelah dikontrol beberapa variabel kovariat. Pelaksanaan program deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak memerlukan kerjasama dan komitmen lintas sektor kesehatan dan pendidikan yaitu mengintegrasikan kegiatan posyandu dan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini.

Measurement of failure to thrive using CIAF is needed to complement more comprehensive anthropometric failures. This study aims to determine the relationship between failure to thrive and the development of children aged 24-59 months in the stunting locus village of the Sungai Limau Health Center work area. Using a cross-sectional study design with simple random sampling techniques, chisquare analysis and logistic regression risk factor models with a sample of 105 children aged 24-59 months. Children experienced dubious development as much as 31.4%, corresponding development 68.6%, failure to grow as much as 29.5% and normal 70.5%. Bivariate results showed an association between failure to thrive with child development (p = 0.028), failure to thrive was associated with gross motor development (p = 0.002) and speech skills (p = 0.050). Other variables related to child development were maternal education (p = 0.002), maternal employment (p = 0.003), income (p = 0.003), exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.0034), and stimulation (p = 0.0005). Multivariate analysis showed failure to thrive remained consistently associated with child development (p = 0.002). Failure to thrive was associated with dubious development after controlling for several covariate variables. Kekurangan gizi pada balita terutama pada dua tahun pertama kehidupan masih merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Selain kekurangan gizi berdasarkan indikator tunggal BB/U, TB/U, BB/TB, balita juga berisiko mengalami permasalahan kurang gizi kombinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran status gizi balita umur 6-23 bulan berdasarkan indikator antropometri tunggal dan CIAF serta mengetahui hubungan antara status ASI eksklusif (inisiasi menyusui dini, ASI eksklusif), status MP ASI (inisiasi MP ASI, keragaman konsumsi makanan, protein hewani), penyakit infeksi (diare, ISPA, TB paru), tinggi badan ibu, status BBLR dan faktor dominan terhadap status gizi balita umur 6-23 bulan berdasarkan CIAF. Penelitian ini merupakan studi cross sectional menggunakan data sekunder Riskesdas 2018 dengan jumlah sampel 12.366 balita umur 6-23 bulan di Indonesia. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji chi square dan analisis multivariat dilakukan dengan uji regresi logistik dengan nilai signifikansi (p value< 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 42,4% balita yang mengalami kurang gizi berdasarkan indikator CIAF. ASI eksklusif, inisiasi MP ASI, tinggi badan ibu, dan status BBLR berhubungan signifikan dengan status gizi berdasarkan CIAF dan status BBLR merupakan faktor dominan. Balita yang dilahirkan dalam kondisi BBLR berisiko mengalami kurang gizi sebesar 2,17 kali (95%CI: 1,8692,524) dibandingkan balita yang dilahirkan normal. Diperlukan peningkatan edukasi gizi melalui kolaborasi dengan kegiatan kemasyarakatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran gizi pada masyarakat dan mencegah terjadinya permasalahan gizi.
Undernutrition in children under five especially the first two years of life was still one of public health problem in Indonesia. Besides undernutrition according to single indicator WAZ, HAZ, and WHZ, children might be risk of combination undernutrition problem. Until the first two years of life, children were in important periode of growing and developing. The aim of this study was to know nutrition status of children 6-23 months of age using a single indicator of anthropometry and CIAF, besides determining the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding status (initiation of early breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding), complementary feeding status (initiation of complementary feeding, dietary diversity, animal protein), infectious diseases (diarrhea, upper respiratory tract infection, pulmonary tuberculosis), maternal height, low birth weight status and the dominant factor of nutrition status in children 6-23 months of age using CIAF. This was crosssectional study using secondary datas on 12.366 children from Indonesia Basic Health Research 2018. Data analysis used chi square for bivariat and logistic regression for multivariate with significance value (p value < 0,05). The results of this study showed 42,4% children 6-23 months were undernutrition by using CIAF. Exclusive breastfeeding, initiation of complementary feeding, maternal height, and low birth weight status were significantly related to undernutrition based on CIAF with low birth weight status as the dominant factor. Children 6-23 months of age had 2.17 times risk (95% CI: 1.869-2.524) of undernutrition compared to children who were born normally. Increasing nutrition education was required by collaborating with public activities so that it would be able to increase nutrition knowledge and awareness moreover to prevent undernutrition.

Composite Index Anthropometric Failure (CIAF) adalah indikator alternatif penilaian status gizi pada anak-anak yang dapat mengidentifikasi semua anak yang kurang gizi, baik itu stunting, wasting, underweight, wasting dan underweight, stunting dan underweight, atau kombinasi ketiganya. Masalah gagal tumbuh pada balita berdasarkan CIAF di Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kota Depok pada tahun 2023 sebesar 29,8%. Angka tersebut lebih tinggi dibandingkan pengukuran konvensional dengan indikator tunggal dari stunting, wasting dan underweight di Kota Depok berdasarkan SKI 2023 secara berurutan yaitu 14,3%, 5,8% dan 12,8%. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui determinan status gizi anak usia 6-59 bulan berdasarkan CIAF di Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kota Depok, Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2023. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional menggunakan data sekunder dan analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda. Terdapat 317 anak usia 6-59 bulan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan status gizi anak berdasarkan CIAF adalah asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan lemak dan asupan karbohidrat. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa asupan energi menjadi faktor risiko pada status gizi anak berdasarkan CIAF pada anak usia 6-59 bulan di Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kota Depok, Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2023 setelah dikontrol variabel asupan protein dan asupan lemak (p=0,006; OR = 3,493, 95% CI = 1,428 – 8,543).
Composite Index Anthropometric Failure (CIAF) is an alternative indicator for assessing nutritional status in children which can identify all children who are malnourished, whether they are stunting, wasting, underweight, wasting and underweight, stunting and underweight, or a combination of all three. The problem of failure to thrive in children aged 6-59 months based on CIAF in Bojongsari District, Depok City in 2023 is 29,8%. This figure is higher than conventional measurements with single indicators of stunting, wasting, and underweight in Depok City based on the 2023 SKI respectively, namely 14.3%, 5.8%, and 12.8%.. The research aims to determine the determinants of the nutritional status of children aged 6-59 months based on CIAF in Bojongsari District, Depok City, West Java Province in 2023. This quantitative research with cross-sectional study design used secondary data, and data analysis was conducted using Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. There were 317 children aged 6-59 months in this study. Bivariate analysis showed that variables related to children’s nutritional status based on CIAF were energy intake, protein intake, fat intake and carbohydrate intake. Multivariate analysis shows that energy intake is the risk factor in children’s nutritional status based on CIAF in children aged 6-59 months in Bojongsari District, Depok City, West Java Province in 2023 after controlling for the variables protein intake and fat intake (p=0.006; OR = 3.493, 95% CI = 1.428 – 8.543).

Masalah kurang gizi pada anak usia 0-23 bulan baik itu stunting, wasting dan underweight baik di Sulawesi Barat maupun di tingkat nasional masih menjadi masalah serius. Ditambah lagi pada kenyataannya terdapat anak-anak yang memiliki dua atau lebih masalah kurang gizi secara bersamaan dan tidak ada satupun indikator konvensional yang benar-benar menggambarkan keseluruhan beban masalah kurang gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan CIAF (composite index anthropometric failure) pada anak usia 0-23 bulan di Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari Riskesdas 2018 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 395 anak. Analisis bivariat dilakukan mengunakan uji chi kuadrat sementara analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistic ganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan prevalensi CIAF pada anak usia 0-23 bulan di Sulawesi Barat tahun 2018 sebesar 47.3 %. ISPA dan berat badan lahir memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan CIAF, dimana ISPA merupakan faktor dominan (OR= 2.13). Namun tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara CIAF dengan keanekaragaman konsumsi makanan (MDD), diare, TB Paru, MPASI Dini, imunisasi, status pekerjaan ayah, status pendidikan ibu, status pekerjaan ibu, wilayah tempat tinggal, Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD), cara pembuangan tinja baduta, sumber air minum dan pemberian kapsul vitamin A. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu anak yang mengalami ISPA dalam kurun waktu sebulan terakhir berisiko 2.1 kali mengalami CIAF sehingga upaya pencegahan penyakit infeksi berulang perlu ditingkatkan agar tidak berdampak pada masalah kurang gizi
Undernutrition in children under five especially aged 0-23 months like stunting, wasting, underweight either in West Sulawesi or nationally is still being a serious problem. In addition there are children who have two or more undernutrition problem simultaneously and none of the three conventional indicators are able to provide the overall prevalence burden of undernutrition. This research aims to determine the dominant factor of composite index anthropometric failure aged 0-23 months in West Sulawesi using Riskesdas Data 2018. This research used cross sectional design with a sample total of 395 children aged 0-23 months. Data were analyzed using chi square for bivariate analysis and multiple regression logistic for multiple analysis. The result showed that 47.3% children aged 0-23 months were undernourished by using CIAF. Acute respiratory infection and birth weight were significantly related to CIAF with acute respiratory infection is a dominant factor (OR 2.13). Meanwhile there were no significant relationship between minimum dietary diversity, diarrhea, lung tuberculosis, early complementary feeding, basic immunization, early initiation of breastfeeding, working status of mother, working status of father, education status of mother, area of residence, source of drinking water, feces children disposal, and supplementation of vitamin A. The conclusion of this research was children who have suffered ARI in the last month have a risk 2.3 times of experiencing CIAF. Therefore increasing efforts to prevent repeated ARI is needed

Malnutrisi merupakan penyebab paling umum morbiditas dan mortalitas pada anak-anak dan remaja di seluruh dunia, malnutrisi pada balita menimbulkan masalah kesehatan yang berkepanjangan antara lain gangguan pertumbuhan fisik dan motorik, gangguan perkembangan kognitif, kecerdasan intelektual yang rendah, keterampilan sosial yang buruk, dan rentan terhadap penyakit menular. Menurut WHO sebanyak 6% kematian balita di dunia disebabkan karena penyakit infeksi, infeksi spesifik yang mempunyai dampak tinggi terhadap status gizi adalah tuberkulosis. Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure (CIAF) adalah indikator pengukuran status gizi balita yang menggabungkan antara indikator antropometri yang dapat menunjukan besaran kasus kekurangan gizi secara lebih komprehensif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan TB paru dengan malnutrisi pada balita di Indonesia tahun 2021 menggunakan indikator CIAF. Desain studi ini adalah cross-sectional dan menggunakan data Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2021 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95.911 balita. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah cox-regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukan proporsi balita malnutrisi sebanyak 29,29% (28.093), dan balita yang terinfeksi TB paru sebanyak 0,44% (422). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukan prevalensi balita malnutrisi dengan TB pari 1,68 kali lebih tinggi dibanding dengan balita yang tidak terinfeksi TB paru setelah dikontrol variabel kovariat jenis kelamin dan hygine sanitasi dengan nilai PR (Prevalance Ratio) 1,68 (95%CI: 1,36 - 2,07) dengan p-value 0,000.

Malnutrition in toddlers causes long-term health problems including impaired physical and motoric growth, impaired cognitive development, low intellectual intelligence, poor social skills, and vulnerable against infectious diseases. According to WHO, 6% of under-five deaths in the world are caused by infectious diseases, a specific infection that has a high impact on nutritional status is tuberculosis. The Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure (CIAF) is an indicator for measuring the nutritional status of children under five which combines anthropometric indicators which can show the magnitude of cases of malnutrition more comprehensively. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between pulmonary TB and malnutrition among children under five in Indonesia in 2021 using the CIAF indicator. The design of this study is cross-sectional and uses data from the 2021 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) with a sample size of 95,911 children under five. The statistical test used is cox-regression. The research results showed that the proportion of malnourished toddlers was 29.29% (28,093), and toddlers infected with pulmonary TB were 0.44% (422). ABSTRAK Kurang gizi pada balita 0-23 bulan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pada tahun 2017 prevalensi underweight di Provinsi DKI Jakarta tergolong prevalensi medium (14,5%), sementara wasting tergolong serius, sedangkan untuk stunting termasuk rendah (18,1%). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan lemak, keragaman jenis makanan, frekuensi pemberian makanan, ASI eksklusif, inisiasi menyusu dini, penimbangaan berat badan, pemberian kapsul vitamin A, riwayat pendidikan formal ibu dan status ibu bekerja dengan kurang gizi pada Balita 0-23 bulan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2017. Kurang gizi diukur menggunakan Compocite Index of Anthropometric Failure (CIAF). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 658 balita 0- 23 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prevalensi kurang gizi pada Balita 0-23 bulan dengan indikator CIAF jauh lebih tinggi (31,9%) dibandingkan dengan indikator BB/U, PB/U, dan BB/PB. Asupan protein, keragaman jenis makanan, pemberian kapsul vitamin A dan status bekerja ibu berhubungan signifikan dengan kurang gizi. Faktor dominan adalah asupan protein. Balita yang mengkonsumsi protein kurang memiliki risiko sebesar 4,8 kali (95% CI: 0.599-38.746) untuk mengalami kurang gizi dibandingkan Balita yang mengkonsumsi protein cukup. Terdapat interaksi antara asupan protein dan keragaman jenis makanan. Interaksi tersebut saling melemahkan terhadap kejadian kurang gizi. The objectives of the study were to investigate the relationship between energy intake, protein intake, fat intake, food diversity, feeding frequency, exclusive breastfeeding, early breastfeeding initiation, weight monitoring, vitamin A capsule supplementation, maternal formal education and maternal working status with undernutrition in under five children (0-23 months). Undernutrition was measured using the Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure (CIAF). This research use cross sectional design with number of sample 658. The results showed prevalence of undernutrition using CIAF indicator is much higher (31.9%) compared with BB / U, PB / U, and BB / PB indicators. Protein intake, dietary diversity, vitamin A capsule supplementation and maternal working status were significantly associated with undernutrition. The dominant factor is protein intake. Toddlers who consumed less protein had 4.8 times higher risk (95% CI: 0.599-38.746) to experience undernutrition compared to toddlers who consumed enough protein. There is an interaction between protein intake and food diversity. The interactions are mutually debilitating to the incidence of undernutrition. Cakupan perilaku Kadarzi di Kota Depok masih rendah dan prevalensi gizi kurang, pendek, kurus tergolong masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap status gizi balita 6-59 bulan berdasarkan Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure (CIAF). Data yang digunakan adalah hasil survei PSG Kadarzi Tahun 2011 di Kota Depok. Survei yang dilakukan menggunakan rancangan penelitian Cross Sectional. Analisis univariat menunjukkan prevalensi gizi kurang (7,8%), pendek (22,3%), kurus (8,6%), dan gagal tumbuh (31%). Cakupan Kadarzi (29,8%), penimbangan balita (75,3%), konsumsi makanan beragam (54,5%), penggunaan garam beryodium (97,2%), dan suplementasi vitamin A (77,7%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan variabel yang memberikan perbedaan proporsi status gizi balita (BB/U) adalah umur balita, pendidikan ayah, pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan Kadarzi ibu, dan jumlah balita dalam rumah tangga. Variabel yang memberikan perbedaan proporsi status gizi balita (TB/U) adalah konsumsi makanan beragam, status Kadarzi, pendidikan ayah, dan pendidikan ibu. Variabel yang memberikan perbedaan proporsi status gizi balita (BB/TB) adalah penimbangan balita, pengetahuan Kadarzi ibu, dan jumlah balita dalam rumah tangga. Variabel yang memberikan perbedaan proporsi status gizi balita (CIAF) adalah penimbangan balita, status Kadarzi, dan pendidikan ibu. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan faktor dominan terhadap status gizi balita (BB/U) adalah jumlah balita dalam rumah tangga dan faktor dominan terhadap status gizi balita (BB/TB dan CIAF) adalah penimbangan balita. Disarankan agar dalam menginterpretasikan status gizi balita menggunakan indeks CIAF dan meningkatkan penyuluhan mengenai Kadarzi dan pentingnya pemanfaatan posyandu.

Variables which provide differences of nutritonal status proportion (WH) are children weighing, mother's knowledge of Kadarzi, and number of children in the household. Variables which provide differences of nutritonal status proportion (CIAF) are children weighing, Kadarzi status, and mother's education. Multivariate analysis showed that number of children in the household is a dominant factor to the children nutritional status (WA) and children weighing is a dominant factor to the children nutritional status (WH and CIAF). It is recommended that interpretation of children nutritional status should use CIAF and increase promotion about Kadarzi and the importance of using Posyandu.
