Kesehatan reproduksi untuk remaja penyandang disabilitas sering diabaikan sehingga kurangnya pendidikan seputar personal hygiene dikarenakan sebagian orang menganggap topik menstruasi merupakan topik yang sensitif dan keyakinan yang salah bahwa remaja dengan disabilitas tidak memiliki hasrat seksual. Sehingga pemahaman mengenai personal hygiene menstruasi pada remaja disabilitas kurang diperhatikan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran personal hygiene dalam menghadapi menstruasi pada remaja disabilitas fisik dan disabilitas intelektual. Metode penelitian kualitatif dalam bentuk case study, pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi, informan terdiri dari 3 informan remaja disabilitas usia 15-24 tahun yang sudah menstruasi, serta 3 informan dari ibu remaja disabilitas dan 2 informan terapis anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian dilakukan di Klinik Keanna Center dan YPAC Jakarta Selatan pada bulan Juli-September 2021. Hasil penelitian kurang pengetahuan ibu dan remaja disabilitas mengenai personal hygiene menstruasi, fasilitas penunjang memberikan kemudahan bagi remaja disabilitas maupun ibu untuk membantu melakukan personal hygiene menstruasi, kurangnya informasi mengenai personal hygiene pada remaja disabilitas, sebagian besar ibu membantu dalam melakukan personal hygiene menstruasi pada anak mereka dan perilaku personal hygiene menstruasi pada remaja disabilitas masih kurang tepat. Disarankan remaja disabilitas dan ibu perlu meningkatkan pengetahuannya dengan melakukan sharing dengan professional untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai personal hygiene menstruasi dengan tepat
Reproductive health for adolescents with disabilities is often neglected education regarding personal hygiene are lacking. It is because some people consider menstruation as a sensitive topic and have the wrong belief that adolescents with disabilities have no sexual desire. The research purposes to know the overview of personal hygiene in dealing with menstruation in adolescents with physical and intellectual disabilities. The research methods were qualitative in the form of case study, data collected by in-depth interview and observation. Informants consisted of 3 informants from the adolescents of 15-24 years old, 3 informants are the mothers and 2 informants are the therapists for special needs children. The research was conducted in Klinik Keanna Center and YPAC South Jakarta in July-September 2021. The research results the lack of apprehension about the personal hygiene menstruation from the mothers and the adolescents with disabilities, supporting facilities that accommodated adolescents with disabilities and their mothers to perform treatment in personal hygiene, lack of apprehension about general personal hygiene menstruation in adolescents with disabilities, most of the mothers gave supports to the adolescents with disabilities in the form of assistance in performing personal hygiene during menstruation, also personal hygiene menstruation behavior in adolescents with disabilities are still incorrect. It is suggested that adolescents with disabilities and their mothers need to improve their knowledge by sharing with a professional to obtain correct information about personal hygiene during menstruation

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan sistem informasi konseling kesehatan gigi dan mulut siswa penyandang disabilitas intelektual (tunagrahita) sebagai tools menghasilkan informasi status kesehatan gigi dan mulut untuk kebutuhan dan memfasilitasi upaya pencegahan dan intervensi permasalahan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain pendekatan pengembangan sistem model prototyping. Hasil penelitian diperoleh analisa kebutuhan sistem informasi, desain model terstruktur dan antarmuka untuk kemudahan penerapan sistem informasi oleh pengguna. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat memberikan kemudahan mengakses informasi akurat, relevan dan terkini; menghemat waktu kerja pengguna; terjamin pengendalian penyimpanan dan keamanan data; serta fleksibel, mudah dan nyaman digunakan oleh pengguna untuk layanan konseling kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada siswa tunagrahita. Sistem informasi memberikan solusi dalam mengidentifikasi informasi status kesehatan gigi dan mulut siswa tunagrahita di SLB Dharma Asih Kraksaan
The focus of this study is the design of dental and oral health counseling information system for students with intellectual disabilities as tools to produce information on dental and oral health status for needs and facilitate efforts to prevent and intervene in dental and oral health problems. This research is qualitative research with the design of prototyping model system development approach. The results obtained analysis of information system needs, structured model design and interface for ease of application of information system by users. Developed information systems can provide easy access to accurate, relevant and up-to-date information; save user working time; guaranteed storage control and data security; and flexible, easy and convenient to use by users for dental and oral health counseling services. The information system provides solutions in identifying information on the health status of dental and oral students with intellectual disabilities at SLB Dharma Asih Kraksaan

Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan hak bagi setiap manusia namun belum adakebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitas intelektual.Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengumpulan informasi untuk advokasikebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitas intelektual.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Rapid AssesmentProsedure. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang, dipilih secarapurposive dan snowball, yaitu berbagai pemangku kepentingan yang terkaitdengan isu kesehatan reproduksi dan disabilitas. Metode pengumpulan datamelalui indepth interview pada tahap analisis. Tahapan penelitian ini yaituanalisis; strategi pro aktif dengan membuat factsheet, press release sertapenyelenggaraan lokakarya; mobilisasi sebagai langkah awal dari membangunkoalisi; dan aksi advokasi melalui lokakarya. Hasil analisis didapatkan belumadanya kebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitasintelektual karena bukan program prioritas dan hasil lokakarya diperoleh usulanrekomendasi yang selanjutnya dibuat dalam bentuk policy brief berupa melakukankajian perundang-undangan dan modul yang sudah ada terkait kesehatanreproduksi dan disabilitas dengan melibatkan semua pihak untuk berkoordinasi,modul psikoedukasi kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja tunagrahita yang sudah adaperlu masuk ke dalam sistem pemerintah serta penyediaan alat peraga kesehatanreproduksi di SLB C.Kata kunci : Advokasi, disabilitas intelektual, kebijakan publik, kesehatanreproduksi, remaja

Thisstudy aims at collecting information for advocacy on the issue. This study used aqualitative research with Rapid Assessment Procedure design. The informants inthis study amounted to 12 people were selected purposively and employedsnowball, procedure a number of informant were selected consist of differentstakeholder. Data were collected through in-depth interview on the analysis stage.Stages of this research is the analysis; pro-active strategy to create factsheets,press releases and organizing workshops; mobilization as the first step of buildingcoalitions; and advocacy action through workshops. The results of the analysisindicated no public policies for reproductive health programs for adolescentsintellectual disability because is not a priority program and the results of theworkshop obtained by the proposed recommendations were subsequently made inthe form of policy briefs be reviewing legislation and existing modules related toreproductive health and disabilities by involving all parties to coordinate,psychoeducation module reproductive health for adolescents intellectualdisability existing need to get into the government system and the provision ofreproductive health props in SLB C.Keywords: advocacy, adolescent, intellectual disability, public policy,reproductive health.

Jumlah penyandang disabilitas usia sekolah (5-19 tahun) berkisar 2.197.833 jiwa. Sementara, yang terdata di Pusat Data dan Informasi Kemendikbudristek ada sekitar 269.398 anak yang mendapatkan pendidikan di sekolah luar biasa (SLB) dan sekolah inklusi artinya baru sekitar 12 % anak yang dilayani kebutuhan pendidikannya. Siswa remaja dengan disabilitas intelektual membutuhkan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualitas dalam konteks pendidikan formal di SLB sebagai bekal pengetahuan dan untuk merespons dengan tepat situasi bahaya kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualitas termasuk kesulitan yang dialami guru dan siswa remaja dengan disabilitas intelektual di SLB X dan SLB Y Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilakukan selama bulan Januari-Februari 2024 di SLB X dan SLB Y Kota Depok. Jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder ; wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Penentuan informan wawancara mendalam (WM) dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model CIPP. Hasil analisis variabel Context ; sebagian besar komponen kebijakan sudah terpenuhi, analisis variabel Input ; sebagian besar komponen sudah terpenuhi dengan baik, analisis variabel Process; dilaksanakan dengan maksimal di SLB X sedangkan di SLB Y belum maksimal, analisis variabel Product : Dampak program di SLB X sudah ada dampak dari hasil pelaksanaan sedangkan di SLB Y belum ada dampak dikarenakan belum adanya program. Kesulitan yang dialami guru adalah waktu pelaksanaan dan kompetensi guru. Kesulitan yang dialami siswa adalah lingkungan dan dukungan orangtua/pengasuh. The number of people with disabilities of school age (5-19 years) is around 2,197,833 people. Meanwhile, as recorded by the Data and Information Center of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, there are around 269,398 children who receive education in special schools and inclusion schools,it’s meaning only around 12% of children have their educational needs served. Adolescent students with intellectual disabilities need reproductive health and sexuality education in the context of formal education in special schools to provide knowledge and to respond appropriately to dangerous situations of sexual violence. This research aims to analyze the implementation of reproductive health and sexuality education, including the difficulties experienced by teachers and adolescent students with intellectual disabilities at Special School X and Special School Y, Depok City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study design conducted during January-February 2024 at Special School X and Special School Y, Depok City. The type of analysis used is thematic analysis. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data; in-depth interviews, observations, and document review. Determination of informants for in-depth interviews was carried out using purposive sampling. This research method uses the CIPP model. Results of analysis of Context variables; most of the policy components have been fulfilled, analysis of Input variables; most of the components have been fulfilled properly, Process variable analysis; implemented optimally in Special School X than Special School Y. analysis of Product variable; The Impact of Program in Special School X showed the positive impact than Special School Y. The difficulties experienced by teachers are implementation schedule and teacher competencies. The difficulties experienced by students are the environment and parents/caregivers’s supports.
