Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi masalah kesehatan primer di PT X sebagai dasar pengembangan program kesehatan kerja khususnya pencegahan PAK. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan HRA sebagai data awal mengenali risiko kesehatan. Desain penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif dan dilakukan analisis konten terhadap data primer dari hasil observasi dan wawancara serta data sekunder berupa data MCU dan kunjungan klinik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan risiko kesehatan utama adalah gangguan muskuloskeletal. Disarankan pekerja melakukan streching, olah raga, menghindari postur janggal saat bekerja, dan menggunakan alat bantu. Perusahaan perlu menambahkan pemeriksaan gangguan otot rangka dan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi desain stasiun kerja yang ergonomis. This study use Health Risk Assessment (HRA) as baseline data to help identify the health risks. The design of this study is descriptive survey and content analysis of primary data from observation and interviews and secondary data from MCU results and clinic visits. The results of the research indicated that major health risks are musculoskeletal disorders. The workers are suggested to conduct streching activities, exercise, avoid awkward postures while working, and use tools. Companies need to add musculoskeletal disorders examination and conducted further research to get ergonomic work station design recommendations. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk evaluasi hasil Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determine Control Kesehatan pada pekerja pengepakan di perusahaan minyak goreng yang telah dilakukan pihak perusahaan. Desain penelitian adalah Survey.  Evaluasi menggunakan data sekunder HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) pada proses pengepakan minyak goreng, lembar data keselamatan material, SPO dan instruksi kerja; kemudian dilakukan observasi  untuk perbandiangan dan descriptive analysis. Penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Januari – Juni 2024. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian yang sudah dilakukan oleh perusahaan minyak goreng adalah melakukan safety briefing setiap shift kerja, terdapatnya Standard Prosedur Oprasional, pemasangan rambu bahaya, dan penyediaan alat pelindung diri. Terdapat penerapan pengendalian yang berhasil menurunkan risiko signifikan menjadi tolerable. Ditemukan pengendalian pada bahaya ergonomi namun belum dapat menjawab masalah bahaya ergonomi tersebut. Oleh karena itu disarankan perusahan dapat meningkatan program kesehatan kerja secara berkelanjutan untuk menjamin kesehatan lingkungan dan pekerja seperti, program olahraga bersama, peregangan otot, pelatihan dan edukasi ergonomi, dan survei keluhan penyakit pada pekerja.

This study aims to evaluate the results of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determine Health Control on packing workers in cooking oil companies that have been carried out by the company. The research design is Survey.  The evaluation used secondary data from HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) in the cooking oil packing process, material safety data sheets, SPO and work instructions; then observations were made for comparison and descriptive analysis. The research was conducted during January - June 2024. The results of this study show that the controls that have been carried out by cooking oil companies are conducting safety briefings every work shift, the existence of Standard Operating Procedures, installing hazard signs, and providing personal protective equipment. There is a successful implementation of controls that reduce significant risks to tolerable. Controls were found on ergonomic hazards but have not been able to answer the ergonomic hazard problem. Therefore, it is recommended that the company can improve occupational health programs on an ongoing basis to ensure the health of the environment and workers such as joint exercise programs, muscle stretching, ergonomic training and education, and surveys of complaints of diseases in workers.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Health Risk Assessment yang diperoleh padaproses kegiatan kerja di Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) PT.X tahun 2012.Penilaian risiko kesehatan dilakukan dengan menganalisis nilai Potensial Risk(PR), Intrinsic Gravity Rate (G), Frequency Rate of Exposure (F), Duration of theexposure or the repeat rate of exposed task (D), Residual Risk (RR), danPrevention Means (PM) dari setiap wilayah kerja yang kemudian dibandingkandengan tabel standar ACGIH TLV's 2011 dan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja(Kepmenaker No. 13/Men/X/2011) untuk mengetahui level risiko kesehatan yangada pada setiap kegiatan kerja tersebut. Desain penelitian ini adalah crosssectional dengan melakukan observasi, pengukuran dan pengumpulan data. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan bahwa ditemukan level risiko kesehatan yang sangat tinggi(very critical) pada wilayah Main Deck (Bising, Asbestos, Paederus littoralis),Main Floor, Lower Engine Flat, Upper Engine Flat (Bising dan Asbestos) diPT.X tersebut.Kata kunci:Health Risk Assessment (HRA), FSO, Potensial Risk (PR), Intrinsic Gravity Rate(G), Frequency Rate of Exposure (F), Duration of the exposure or the repeat rateof exposed task (D), Residual Risk (RR), Prevention Means (PM).
This Health Risk Assessment (HRA) research that was held at Floating Storageand Offloading (FSO) PT.X in 2012, is based on process working area. HealthRisk Assessment was conducted by analyzing Potensial Risk (PR), IntrinsicGravity Rate (G), Frequency Rate of Exposure (F), Duration of the exposure orthe repeat rate of exposed task (D), Residual Risk (RR), and Prevention Means(PM) value that came from every job activity. The result will be compared withACGIH TLV's 2011 and Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja (Kepmenaker No.13/Men/X/2011). The design of this study is cross sectional by conductingobservation, measurment, and data gathering.
