The absence of performance indicators in the implementation of public relations in the health sector in Tangerang Regency has implications for the resulting outcome targets to be unclear. The General Guidelines for Public Relations in the Health Sector have not been well socialized so that there are still obstacles in carrying out these guidelines in a comprehensive manner. The absence of a public relations team in the form of a functional position has also contributed to the role of public relations that has not been able to run in accordance with the applicable rules. This study aims to analyze the implementation of public relations policy in the health sector in Tangerang Regency and see its effectiveness based on the theory of Edward III. The results of this study are expected to be input for developing appropriate policy strategies or evaluation actions. This study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques and document review. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of public relations in the health sector in Tangerang Regency has been running. However, the socialization of the General Guidelines for Public Relations in the Health Sector has not yet been optimal, resulting in a less in-depth understanding of the principles of public relations activities. Besides that, it is also necessary to have clear indicators in the implementation of public relations activities that are based on the principle of public relations activities in PMK number 81 of 2015, so that the implementation of public relations policies in the health sector can run better in Tangerang Regency.
Prelacteal is anything other breastmilk that given to infants before breastfeeding in the first 3 days of life which can cause failure of exclusive breastfeeding and may increased risk of infection and malnutrition which then will impact on stunting. One in two babies who have been breastfed in Indonesia have been given prelacteal. This study aims to determine the determinants of prelacteal feeding behavior in infants on the island of Sumatra. This study uses data from the 2017 IDHS with a cross sectional study design. The sample of this study was mothers who had babies aged 0-23 months with the inclusion criteria with a sum of 1,224 respondents. The results showed that there were 54.4% of mothers who gave prelacteal. From correlations analysis it was found that maternal age, parity, IMD, and type of delivery were associated with prelacteal feeding to infants (p-value < 0.05). The results of the logistic regression analysis showed that IMD as the dominant factor that causes prelacteal feeding (OR: 6.06) where mothers who are late in giving IMD are 6 times more likely to giving prelacteal to infants after being controlled by weight. birth, ANC, type of delivery, maternal age, parity, and birth attendants.
Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus and has spread across the world. The Indonesian government has made efforts to reduce the rate of transmission and handling of Covid-19, one of the ways is by issuing the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number Hk.01.07/Menkes/4641/2021 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Examination, Tracking, Quarantine, and Isolation in the Context of Accelerating Prevention and Control of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). To assess the success of the policy and to map the factors that influence its implementation, it is necessary to analyze the implementation of the policy. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Covid-19 handling policy and the factors that play a role in its implementation. This study is qualitative research using a case study approach, data collection techniques indepth interviews, and document review. The study was conducted in the working area of the Pancoran District Health Center in May ? June 2022. The sample was selected purposively according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research informants consisted of three health workers who handled Covid-19, two additional informants who were patients who had been confirmed positive for Covid-19 and two key informants who were leaders of the Covid19 handling program. The results of the study indicate that the implementation has been carried out well but but needs to be improved in achieving targets and indicators. The obstacle to implementing the Covid-19 handling flow in environmental conditions is the trust of some people who consider this disease a disgrace and the limited quota of PCR examinations and long waiting times for results from network labs because the number of samples exceeds capacity. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis implementasi kebijakan Edward III. Lokasi penelitian dari pusat ke pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Banten.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kebijakan Tenaga Kesehatan Asing Di Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2013 belum berjalan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu Kementerian Kesehatan harus segera melakukan pembenahan baik dari segi segi proses input kebijakan, proses pelaksanaan dan proses evaluasi pelaksanaan kebijakan dengan melibatkan instansi terkait baik horizontal maupun vertikal.

Untuk mempercepat target MDG?s maka diluncurkanlah program Jampersal untuk mengatasi keterbatasan akses dan ketidaktersediaan biaya sesuai dengan surat edaran yang dikeluarkan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor TU/Menkes/E/391/11/2011 tentang Jaminan Persalinan tanggal 22 Februari 2011. Tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi kebijakan jampersal di 3 puskesmas DKI Jakarta tahun 2012 berdasarkan variabel komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Metode. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni - Juli 2013 di 3 Puskesmas DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 11 orang. Hasil. Hasil analisa yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan belum berjalan semaksimal mungkin. Angka kematian ibu yang masih tinggi dan alokasi dana yang tidak terserap kemungkinan disebabkan oleh keempat variabel tersebut, sehingga masih perlu adanya tindak lanjut baik dari pemerintah, pemda, dinas kesehatan provinsi dan kabupaten/kota serta puskesmas.

To accelerate the MDG?s target Jampersal program was launched to address the limitations of access and unavaiability costs in accordance with their circulair issued by the Minister of Health No. TU/Menkes/E/291/11/2011 on Delivery Guarantee dated February 22, 2011. Puspose. The purpose of this study to determine the extend of policy implemtation Jampersal in 3 health center DKI Jakarta in 2012 based on the communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structures variables. Method. This research is qualitative and held in June-July 2013 in the 3 health centers DKI Jakarta by the number of informants as many as 11 peoples. Results. Analysis results obtained show that the implementation of the policy has not been running as much as possible. Maternal mortality rates are still high and the allocation of funds that is not absorbed is probably caused by the four variables, so it is still the need for better follow-up of the goverment, local goberment, Province health offices and district health offices and community health center.
